Custom apparel delivered to Plush, Oregon in 5 to 7 business days. Low 10 piece minimum, free design help, pack pricing published up front.
Crews in Plush order from us the same way the big-city ones do: published pack pricing, free design help, and a written proof before a single shirt prints.
All 1.6 square miles of Plush sit inside our normal delivery map, tracked door to door. If your people are spread out, that is fine: Lakeview, OR (27 mi), New Pine Creek, OR (35 mi), New Pine Creek, CA (35 mi) sit close enough that one order can outfit all of them. Kingsley Field, around 97 miles from Plush, anchors the local military community we print for every week.
The Oregon military community orders here too: unit and family gear for Kingsley Field and Coast Guard Air Station Astoria, plus every recruiter, Guard unit, and veteran org chapter around Plush.
Best per-piece price at volume, with ink that outlives the garment.
Thread instead of ink: caps, polos, and outerwear with permanent texture.
No screens, no setup fee: full-color small runs from 10 pieces.
Edge-to-edge jerseys and performance gear with print in the fibers.
Homecoming banners and event signage built for outdoors.
Logo cleanups, redraws, and full concepts from the in-house team.
Spirit gear for schools where the PTA sees the proof and the price before any form goes home. Start from a napkin sketch if that is what you have. Turning rough into print ready is the job.
Shop shirts and stitched caps that make a small crew read like an established company. We handle the art, the sizing spread, and the deadline. You handle handing them out.
Festival tees, cleanup-day shirts, and volunteer gear for the events that hold a town together. Packs mix garment colors freely, so squads, shifts, or grade levels can each get their own.
Mission trip tees and congregation gear at pack rates a committee can approve. Bring a rough idea, even a phone photo of a whiteboard, and our designers make it print ready at no charge.
Race shirts and tournament gear that arrive before the starting gun, guaranteed honestly. Nobody chases an order here. Your contact tells you where it stands before you have to ask.
League jerseys and fan gear where kid and parent sizes share one pack price. We handle the art, the sizing spread, and the deadline. You handle handing them out.
This shop exists for the military community, and it shows in how orders run. Deadlines are treated like formation times, proofs are honest instead of optimistic, and when Plush customers call, a person who owns the order answers.
It also means we say no when we should. If a design will not print well at the size you want, or a date cannot be hit, you hear it before you spend money, not after.
Upload art or add text in the Design Lab, set sizes and quantities, and the full estimate, shipping included, is on screen before you give anyone your email.
The right blank depends on budget, season, and how hard the gear will be worn. For Plush customers, these three earn their keep.
An 8.0oz fleece crew with a clean uninterrupted front, the best canvas we stock for big crests and old school block lettering. What you approve in writing is what ships. That rule has no exceptions.
Big-run economics start here: light ringspun cotton from $12 at volume, with the front print already in the price. Packs mix garment colors freely, so squads, shifts, or grade levels can each get their own.
Eighty-plus colors of 5.3oz heavy cotton, from military green to every heather, that keeps its shape through the laundry years. A real designer, not an upload widget, checks every file before it goes near production.
Design help is not an upsell here, it is how orders start. Describe the concept in a sentence, attach whatever reference you have, and within 24 hours a real designer returns a proof drawn as clean vectors, era-correct where it matters. Revisions cost nothing and continue until the proof is right, and your written approval is the only thing that sends it to production.
The Design Lab is there when you want to drive: upload, place, and price the design yourself on the exact garment we print.
Budget planning for Plush customers starts with real numbers. This is our light cotton tee pack pricing with the front print already included.

Delivery to Plush addresses follows one simple clock: 5 to 7 business days including production, with tracking from the moment it leaves. Hit 100 pieces and the shipping line drops to zero.
Orders ship boxed and counted against your size roster, with tracking sent the day they leave. If anything arrives short or damaged, photograph it and send it over, and we correct it at our cost.

Sizes 2XL and up add $6 per piece under 25 total pieces, or $4 per piece at 25 or more. The Design Lab includes it in your estimate automatically.
Custom work does not come back: due to custom orders, all work is finalized and no returns are accepted. The protection is up front instead, a free proof that must be approved in writing before anything prints, so check sizing and art carefully at that stage.
Our minimum is 10 pieces. Packs for your Plush group begin at 10, the per piece price falls as the count climbs, and shipping goes free at 100.
