Quanah orders custom gear here because the pricing is published, the proof is free, and delivery to Texas runs 5 to 7 business days flat.
Crews in Quanah order from us the same way the big-city ones do: published pack pricing, free design help, and a written proof before a single shirt prints.
Quanah is home to about 2,200 people across 3.5 square miles, and every one of those addresses is inside our standard 5 to 7 day delivery window. Nearby crews are already in the coverage circle, with Chillicothe, TX (13 mi), Eldorado, OK (13 mi), Crowell, TX (22 mi) sharing the identical pack rates and timelines. For the military community, Altus Air Force Base sits about 35 miles away, well inside our normal unit-order routes.
The Texas military community orders here too: unit and family gear for Fort Cavazos and Fort Bliss, plus every recruiter, Guard unit, and veteran org chapter around Quanah.
The bulk-run classic: pressed ink, published packs, proven durability.
Stitched logos for hats, polos, and jackets that read professional up close.
Photograph-grade prints from a 10 piece run up.
Edge-to-edge jerseys and performance gear with print in the fibers.
Weatherproof vinyl, hemmed and grommeted, readable across a lot.
A real designer builds your art before anything prints.
League jerseys and fan gear where kid and parent sizes share one pack price. Deadlines get treated like formation times, not suggestions.
Spirit gear for schools where the PTA sees the proof and the price before any form goes home. Deadlines get treated like formation times, not suggestions.
Shop shirts and stitched caps that make a small crew read like an established company. Reorders match the first run exactly because we keep your art and specs on file.
Volunteer shirts and festival gear for the days the whole community shows up. If a design will not print well at the size you want, you hear that before money changes hands.
Service group shirts, from food drives to youth retreats, priced openly by the pack. Mixed sizes and colors in one run are standard here, not a special request.
Fundraiser and event tees on deadlines we commit to in writing. Rush timelines get quoted honestly. If we cannot hit the date, we say so before you pay a cent.
This shop exists for the military community, and it shows in how orders run. Deadlines are treated like formation times, proofs are honest instead of optimistic, and when Quanah customers call, a person who owns the order answers.
That standard cuts both ways. If your art needs work or your timeline is impossible, we tell you up front and offer the fix, because a bad shirt with our print on it costs us more than the order.
Upload art or add text in the Design Lab, set sizes and quantities, and the full estimate, shipping included, is on screen before you give anyone your email.
Start from the garment and the rest follows. Among Quanah customers, these three blanks carry most of the orders, each designable online on its real photos.
When the count is high, this 4.5oz ringspun blank keeps the math friendly: $12 a shirt at volume, front print included. The proof comes first and it is free, so what arrives is exactly what you signed off on.
The standard. 5.3oz heavy cotton in more than 80 colors including military green, sand, and every heather. Holds shape wash after wash. What you approve in writing is what ships. That rule has no exceptions.
An 8.0oz fleece crew with a clean uninterrupted front, the best canvas we stock for big crests and old school block lettering. A real designer, not an upload widget, checks every file before it goes near production.
Finished files are welcome but never required. A faded photo, a hand sketch, or three sentences of description all become professional vector art at no charge, proofed back to you within a day. The revision count is unlimited, the approval is in writing, and production does not move an inch until that approval exists.
Hands-on types can skip the wait entirely: the Design Lab puts your art on the actual garment with the price updating live.
The table below is the actual price list Quanah customers order from, light cotton tee, front print included, no asterisks.

Options price per piece: back prints at the listed rate (falling to $3 at 25 and $2 at 50), oversized full-body fronts at $3 under 25 pieces or $2 above, and 2XL-plus sizes at $6 under 25 pieces or $4 above. Every heavier garment keeps this same pack shape at its own numbers, and the Design Lab totals it live while you build.
Two doors in: the quote form if you want a person on it immediately, or the Design Lab if you want to see it on the garment first. Either way, unfinished ideas are the expected input.
The proof arrives inside a day, drawn at print size on your chosen garment and color. Change anything, as often as needed, at no cost.
Your written approval is the gate. Until it exists, nothing prints; once it exists, exactly that design prints.
Standard turnaround is 5 to 7 business days from approval to doorstep, with rush available when the calendar demands it.
Art, thread colors, and size history stay archived, so the next season run starts with one email.
Production plus shipping to Quanah addresses runs 5 to 7 business days standard, tracked the whole way. Shipping is free at 100 pieces and flat rated below that, exactly as shown in the pricing table above.
Boxes get counted twice against the roster before they seal, and the tracking number reaches you the day of pickup. Damage or shortage claims are our expense and our rush.
Simple math: 2XL and up cost $6 more per piece on small orders and $4 more per piece from 25 pieces. No other size fees exist, and the Design Lab totals it live.
Custom work does not come back: due to custom orders, all work is finalized and no returns are accepted. The protection is up front instead, a free proof that must be approved in writing before anything prints, so check sizing and art carefully at that stage.
Our minimum is 10 pieces. Packs for your Quanah group begin at 10, the per piece price falls as the count climbs, and shipping goes free at 100.
Send whatever exists. Vectors print perfectly, high resolution PNGs print clean, and anything below that gets redrawn free by the design team before it goes near a press.
Deployed addresses are first-class here: APO and FPO ship on the standard timeline, right alongside all 50 states.
Completely. Build the design in the Design Lab and the full order total sits on screen the whole time; no email, no call, no waiting.

The next towns over, Chillicothe (13 mi), Eldorado (13 mi), Crowell (22 mi), order here too. The full Texas coverage page and the directory of every Texas town go deeper, and the Design Lab prices any idea on the spot.
You will see the proof before you pay and the price before you talk to anyone. That is the whole pitch.
