Custom apparel delivered anywhere in Queens County, New York in 5 to 7 business days. Low 10 piece minimum, free design help, pack pricing published up front.
There is no local print shop requirement for good gear anymore. Queens County crews design online, approve a proof from a real designer within 24 hours, and take delivery anywhere in the county in 5 to 7 business days.
Queens County spans 109 square miles and holds about 2.3 million people, and our delivery map covers every one of those addresses on the same 5 to 7 day window.
That includes the New York military community: we deliver unit and family gear for Fort Drum, Fort Hamilton, West Point, plus every Guard armory, recruiter, and veteran org chapter in and around Queens County.
The bulk-run classic: pressed ink, published packs, proven durability.
Digitized in-house so small text stays sharp on caps and chest logos.
No screens, no setup fee: full-color small runs from 10 pieces.
All-over color dyed into the fabric, impossible to crack or peel.
13oz vinyl banners and signs sized to be read at distance.
A real designer builds your art before anything prints.
Group shirts for congregations, food banks, and service days, in mixed sizes at one pack price. Rush timelines get quoted honestly. If we cannot hit the date, we say so before you pay a cent.
Spirit wear, chapter tees, and program gear with youth and adult sizes in the same run. The second order takes two minutes because the first one is archived down to the thread color.
Rec league kits, numbered and sponsored, delivered on the schedule the league sets. Mixed sizes and colors in one run are standard here, not a special request.
From hundred-piece reunion runs to a 10 piece memorial order, handled with the same seriousness. Nobody chases an order here. Your contact tells you where it stands before you have to ask.
Staff shirts, vendor gear, and keepsake tees for fair week. Deadlines get treated like formation times, not suggestions.
Duty shirts for the volunteers who show up at 3am, and fundraiser tees that keep the station funded. A real designer, not an upload widget, checks every file before it goes near production.
The shop runs on habits borrowed from the people we serve: accountability by name, honest reporting, and deadlines that do not slide. Queens county customers feel the difference on the first order.
Honesty runs in both directions here. A doomed timeline or a design that will disappoint gets called out early, with an alternative attached.
Upload art or add text in the Design Lab, set sizes and quantities, and the full estimate, shipping included, is on screen before you give anyone your email.
Garment choice makes or breaks the order. These are the blanks Queens County customers pick most, all designable online on real product photos.
Big-run economics start here: light ringspun cotton from $12 at volume, with the front print already in the price. If a design will not print well at the size you want, you hear that before money changes hands.
The standard. 5.3oz heavy cotton in more than 80 colors including military green, sand, and every heather. Holds shape wash after wash. Nobody chases an order here. Your contact tells you where it stands before you have to ask.
The clean-front fleece crew: 8.0oz, no pocket, no hood, maximum canvas for crests and block letters. Rush timelines get quoted honestly. If we cannot hit the date, we say so before you pay a cent.
Design help is not an upsell here, it is how orders start. Describe the concept in a sentence, attach whatever reference you have, and within 24 hours a real designer returns a proof drawn as clean vectors, era-correct where it matters. Revisions cost nothing and continue until the proof is right, and your written approval is the only thing that sends it to production.
The Design Lab is there when you want to drive: upload, place, and price the design yourself on the exact garment we print.
No mystery pricing. These are the published packs on our light cotton tee, front print included, and Queens County customers watch the per piece cost fall as quantity climbs.

|---|---|---|---|---|
| 10 pieces | $180 | $18 ea | $18 | $4 ea |
| 15 pieces | $250 | $16.67 ea | $18 | $4 ea |

Add-on pricing is deliberately boring: back print per the table (later $3, then $2), oversize front $3 or $2 by volume, extended sizes $6 or $4 by volume. That is the complete list, and the Design Lab computes it live before any quote is written.
Start in the Design Lab on the exact garment we print, or send whatever you have through the quote form. Rough ideas are welcome, that is what the free design service is for.
A real designer, not an algorithm, sends your proof within 24 hours. You change it as many times as it takes to be right.
Production waits for one thing only: your written sign-off on the proof. That signature is the contract for exactly what prints.
From approval, count 5 to 7 business days to your door. If the event is sooner, ask about rush and get a straight yes or no.
The specs live in our archive permanently: same art, same colors, same result, on demand.
Usually it is one of three moments: a big-platform order arrived wrong and nobody answered the support ticket, a hidden fee doubled the checkout price, or a deadline slipped with no warning. Our structure removes all three. Written proof approval before production, published pack pricing before any conversation, and a single named person who owns your order until it is delivered.
Every order ships tracked to every address in Queens County with standard production plus shipping at 5 to 7 business days. Free shipping kicks in at 100 pieces, and pack shipping rates below that are published, not surprises at checkout.
The roster is the packing list: every size counted into the box, tracking issued at pickup, and any shortage or transit damage made right at our cost without argument.
Included with every order: a designer turns whatever you send into print-ready art, proofs it within 24 hours, and revises free until approved.
Large runs are the core business: hundreds of pieces, mixed sizes, multiple colors, one named contact who owns it from first proof to the delivery scan.
Extended sizes carry a flat per-piece add: $6 when the order is under 25 pieces, $4 once it reaches 25. The estimate in the Design Lab applies it for you.
Custom work does not come back: due to custom orders, all work is finalized and no returns are accepted. The protection is up front instead, a free proof that must be approved in writing before anything prints, so check sizing and art carefully at that stage.
The minimum order is 10 pieces. Your queens county group can order ten today and a hundred next month; the packs just make each piece cheaper as the count grows.
File quality is our problem, not yours: vectors are ideal, 300 DPI PNGs work, and weak files get redrawn at no charge.
