From the county seat to the last rural route, Republic County gets custom gear with honest pricing and tracked 5 to 7 day delivery.
From the county seat to the last gravel road, every Republic County address gets the same service: published pack pricing, free design help, and a written proof before anything prints.
Republic County spans 717 square miles and holds about 4,600 people, and our delivery map covers every one of those addresses on the same 5 to 7 day window.
That includes the Kansas military community: we deliver unit and family gear for Fort Riley, Fort Leavenworth, McConnell Air Force Base, plus every Guard armory, recruiter, and veteran org chapter in and around Republic County.
The workhorse method: thick ink, bulk pricing, hundreds of washes.
Thread instead of ink: caps, polos, and outerwear with permanent texture.
Photograph-grade prints from a 10 piece run up.
All-over color dyed into the fabric, impossible to crack or peel.
13oz vinyl banners and signs sized to be read at distance.
Logo cleanups, redraws, and full concepts from the in-house team.
Rec league kits, numbered and sponsored, delivered on the schedule the league sets. One point of contact owns your order from first proof to delivery confirmation.
Reunion shirts sized for grandparents to toddlers, and memorial runs treated with care. Mixed sizes and colors in one run are standard here, not a special request.
Vendor booths, event staff, and commemorative tees for the biggest weekend on the county calendar. We handle the art, the sizing spread, and the deadline. You handle handing them out.
Station gear and fundraiser runs for volunteer fire and rescue outfits. A real designer, not an upload widget, checks every file before it goes near production.
Group shirts for congregations, food banks, and service days, in mixed sizes at one pack price. Reorders match the first run exactly because we keep your art and specs on file.
Chapter and program shirts spanning youth small to adult 5XL in a single order. If a design will not print well at the size you want, you hear that before money changes hands.
We print for units, veterans, and military families every day, and the discipline transfers. Republic county customers get straight answers on dates, a named person on their order, and work we would put our own name on.
Honesty runs in both directions here. A doomed timeline or a design that will disappoint gets called out early, with an alternative attached.
Ninety seconds in the Design Lab gets you a complete number: garment, print, sizes, upcharges, and shipping, all before any contact form.
The right blank depends on budget, season, and how hard the gear will be worn. For Republic County customers, these three earn their keep.
Eighty-plus colors of 5.3oz heavy cotton, from military green to every heather, that keeps its shape through the laundry years. Nobody chases an order here. Your contact tells you where it stands before you have to ask.
The clean-front fleece crew: 8.0oz, no pocket, no hood, maximum canvas for crests and block letters. Reorders match the first run exactly because we keep your art and specs on file.
When the count is high, this 4.5oz ringspun blank keeps the math friendly: $12 a shirt at volume, front print included. We handle the art, the sizing spread, and the deadline. You handle handing them out.
Every order includes the design team. They rescue low-resolution logos, invent art from plain descriptions, and keep insignia and period typography accurate when the concept demands it. Twenty-four hours after you send the idea, the proof is in your inbox; as many revisions as it takes come free, and your written sign-off is what starts the presses.
Or open the Design Lab and lay the design out yourself, priced in real time on the exact blank.
No mystery pricing. These are the published packs on our light cotton tee, front print included, and Republic County customers watch the per piece cost fall as quantity climbs.

Add-on pricing is deliberately boring: back print per the table (later $3, then $2), oversize front $3 or $2 by volume, extended sizes $6 or $4 by volume. That is the complete list, and the Design Lab computes it live before any quote is written.
Two doors in: the quote form if you want a person on it immediately, or the Design Lab if you want to see it on the garment first. Either way, unfinished ideas are the expected input.
Within 24 hours you have a proof in your inbox, drawn to size, on the garment and color you picked. Revisions are unlimited and free.
Your written approval is the gate. Until it exists, nothing prints; once it exists, exactly that design prints.
Approval to doorstep runs 5 to 7 business days as the default, faster when rush is booked and honestly refused when it cannot be.
Everything about the run gets archived, which turns every future reorder into a one-line email.
Gear only works if people actually wear it, and people only wear what feels and looks right. That is why ink gets cured at temperature so it flexes instead of cracking, why embroidery is digitized in-house so lettering stays sharp at small sizes, and why the blank lineup runs from a 4.5oz summer tee to a 7.5oz max heavyweight instead of one-weight-fits-nobody. Production defects are our problem, not yours: a failed print gets remade at no charge.
They cannot put a designer between your file and the press, so mistakes print. They cannot give your order a person, so problems ticket-queue. And they rarely show the full price until the end. All three are standard practice here, with the written proof as your guarantee instead of a returns page.
Count 5 to 7 business days, production included, for tracked delivery to every address in Republic County. At 100 pieces shipping costs nothing; under that, the flat rates in the table are the whole story.
Every box leaves counted, tracked, and matched to your roster. Shortages and shipping damage are on us to fix, fast, because delivery day is the only day the customer remembers.
Always, at no charge. A designer takes your rough input, redraws it print ready, and has a proof in your inbox inside a day, with unlimited revisions after.
Large orders are the specialty, not the exception: hundreds of mixed-size pieces, roster-counted boxes, one accountable contact.
The extended-size rule fits in one line: add $6 per piece below 25 total, $4 per piece at 25 or more. The Design Lab applies it automatically.
Due to custom orders, all work is finalized and no returns are accepted. Double check sizing and artwork before submitting your order. Every order gets a free proof first, and nothing prints until you approve it in writing.
The minimum order is 10 pieces. Your republic county group can order ten today and a hundred next month; the packs just make each piece cheaper as the count grows.
Vector files such as AI, SVG, EPS, and PDF are ideal. A 300 DPI PNG with a transparent background also prints clean. If all you have is a screenshot, we redraw it free.
We do, at the same pace as domestic orders. Deployed and overseas service members at APO and FPO addresses are covered alongside all 50 states.
