Custom shirts delivered to Reserve

Crews in Reserve order from us the same way the big-city ones do: published pack pricing, free design help, and a written proof before a single shirt prints.

Reserve covers 1.3 square miles of Montana, and delivery reaches every address in it on the standard 5 to 7 day window. The same run covers the neighboring communities too: Antelope, MT (6 mi), Medicine Lake, MT (7 mi), Plentywood, MT (13 mi) all order from the same shop at the same published pricing. For the military community, Minot Air Force Base sits about 148 miles away, well inside our normal unit-order routes.

The Montana military community orders here too: unit and family gear for Malmstrom Air Force Base, plus every recruiter, Guard unit, and veteran org chapter around Reserve.

What Reserve orders most

Small business and crew apparel

Uniform tees, embroidered caps and polos, and workwear that survives the job. A real designer, not an upload widget, checks every file before it goes near production.

HOA, civic, and community events

The civic calendar runs on volunteers, and volunteers run better in matching shirts. Ask for the honest option and you get it, even when it is the cheaper one.

Church and service group shirts

Service group shirts, from food drives to youth retreats, priced openly by the pack. We handle the art, the sizing spread, and the deadline. You handle handing them out.

Runs, tournaments, and fundraisers

Fundraiser and event tees on deadlines we commit to in writing. Packs mix garment colors freely, so squads, shifts, or grade levels can each get their own.

Youth sports and booster gear

League jerseys and fan gear where kid and parent sizes share one pack price. Ask for the honest option and you get it, even when it is the cheaper one.

School spirit wear

Field day, clubs, and spirit weeks, all proofed free with pack pricing the treasurer can verify. Packs mix garment colors freely, so squads, shifts, or grade levels can each get their own.

Why order from a shop built for the military community

We built this company on a simple standard: print it like the name on it matters. For Reserve customers, that means honest timelines, real proofs, and no excuses on delivery day.

Part of the job is refusing bad orders. When the art, the garment, or the date is wrong, saying so before you pay is the service.

See your exact price in about ninety seconds.

Ninety seconds in the Design Lab gets you a complete number: garment, print, sizes, upcharges, and shipping, all before any contact form.

What to print it on

The right blank depends on budget, season, and how hard the gear will be worn. For Reserve customers, these three earn their keep.

Classic Cotton Tee

The standard. 5.3oz heavy cotton in more than 80 colors including military green, sand, and every heather. Holds shape wash after wash. Reorders match the first run exactly because we keep your art and specs on file.

Crewneck Sweatshirt

For big front art, nothing beats this 8.0oz crew with its uninterrupted printing field. If a design will not print well at the size you want, you hear that before money changes hands.

Essential Light Tee

When the count is high, this 4.5oz ringspun blank keeps the math friendly: $12 a shirt at volume, front print included. Nobody chases an order here. Your contact tells you where it stands before you have to ask.

06 //

No artwork? That is the normal case

Half the orders we take begin as a phone photo of a sketch, an old shirt, or a sentence describing the idea. A designer turns that into print-ready vector art at no charge, sends the proof inside 24 hours, and revises it until you sign off in writing. Nothing is produced before that signature, which is why what shows up matches what you expected.

Prefer hands-on? Build the design yourself in the Design Lab on real product photos, with the running price on screen while you work.

What it costs

Here is what Reserve customers actually pay, starting from our light cotton tee. Every price includes a standard front print, and the number only moves down as the pack gets bigger.

Oversized full body fronts add $3 per piece under 25 pieces and $2 at 25 or more, and sizes 2XL and up add $6 each under 25 pieces or $4 each at 25 or more. Heavier garments follow the same pack structure at their own price points, all shown live in the Design Lab.

How it works, start to finish

01

Brief

Two doors in: the quote form if you want a person on it immediately, or the Design Lab if you want to see it on the garment first. Either way, unfinished ideas are the expected input.

02

Proof

Within 24 hours you have a proof in your inbox, drawn to size, on the garment and color you picked. Revisions are unlimited and free.

03

Approve

You approve in writing before production starts. No surprises at the box opening, because you already saw the shirt.

04

Print and ship

From approval, count 5 to 7 business days to your door. If the event is sooner, ask about rush and get a straight yes or no.

05

Reorder

Your art and specs stay on file, so reorders match the first run exactly, down to the ink.

09 //

Shipping and turnaround

The timeline to Reserve addresses is fixed and published: 5 to 7 business days door to door, production included. Shipping rates are flat, visible in the table, and free from 100 pieces.

Every box leaves counted, tracked, and matched to your roster. Shortages and shipping damage are on us to fix, fast, because delivery day is the only day the customer remembers.

Common questions

How long does shipping take?

The standard clock is 5 to 7 business days covering both production and delivery. Many orders can run faster; name the date and we will confirm or decline honestly.

Do you help with the design?

Yes, and it costs nothing with your order. Send a sketch, an old logo, or just the idea, and a designer sends a print ready proof within 24 hours.

Can you handle a large order for your Reserve group?

Absolutely. Bulk is where pack pricing shines, and big mixed-size runs ship counted against your roster with a single person accountable for the date.

How do 2XL and larger sizes work?

The extended-size rule fits in one line: add $6 per piece below 25 total, $4 per piece at 25 or more. The Design Lab applies it automatically.

What is your return policy?

Custom work does not come back: due to custom orders, all work is finalized and no returns are accepted. The protection is up front instead, a free proof that must be approved in writing before anything prints, so check sizing and art carefully at that stage.

Is there a minimum order?

The minimum order is 10 pieces. Your reserve group can order ten today and a hundred next month; the packs just make each piece cheaper as the count grows.

What file types work best?

File quality is our problem, not yours: vectors are ideal, 300 DPI PNGs work, and weak files get redrawn at no charge.
