Custom shirts delivered to Roberta

Crews in Roberta order from us the same way the big-city ones do: published pack pricing, free design help, and a written proof before a single shirt prints.

With a community of 784 spread over 1.5 square miles, Roberta gets the same flat delivery promise as everywhere else we serve: 5 to 7 business days to any door. If your people are spread out, that is fine: Knoxville, GA (1 mi), Musella, GA (6 mi), Salem, GA (11 mi) sit close enough that one order can outfit all of them. The closest major installation is Robins Air Force Base, roughly 22 miles out, and unit orders from there run through this same process daily.

The Georgia military community orders here too: unit and family gear for Fort Moore and Fort Stewart, plus every recruiter, Guard unit, and veteran org chapter around Roberta.

Spirit gear for schools where the PTA sees the proof and the price before any form goes home. Ask for the honest option and you get it, even when it is the cheaper one.

Small business and crew apparel

Uniform tees, embroidered caps and polos, and workwear that survives the job. We handle the art, the sizing spread, and the deadline. You handle handing them out.

HOA, civic, and community events

Volunteer shirts and festival gear for the days the whole community shows up. Ask for the honest option and you get it, even when it is the cheaper one.

Why order from a shop built for the military community

Serving the military community is not a marketing line here, it is the operating system. Roberta customers deal with one accountable person, get dates that mean something, and receive work held to a uniform standard.

Honesty runs in both directions here. A doomed timeline or a design that will disappoint gets called out early, with an alternative attached.

No sales call needed to get a number.

Ninety seconds in the Design Lab gets you a complete number: garment, print, sizes, upcharges, and shipping, all before any contact form.

What to print it on

Start from the garment and the rest follows. Among Roberta customers, these three blanks carry most of the orders, each designable online on its real photos.

Essential Light Tee

The budget workhorse for big runs. 4.5oz light ringspun cotton that keeps a 100 piece order affordable, from $12 a shirt at volume with the front print included. Nobody chases an order here. Your contact tells you where it stands before you have to ask.

Classic Cotton Tee

The default unit shirt: heavy cotton, an 80-color palette, and a fit that survives the wash cycle. One point of contact owns your order from first proof to delivery confirmation.

Crewneck Sweatshirt

An 8.0oz fleece crew with a clean uninterrupted front, the best canvas we stock for big crests and old school block lettering. Ask for the honest option and you get it, even when it is the cheaper one.

Design help that costs nothing

Every order includes the design team. They rescue low-resolution logos, invent art from plain descriptions, and keep insignia and period typography accurate when the concept demands it. Twenty-four hours after you send the idea, the proof is in your inbox; as many revisions as it takes come free, and your written sign-off is what starts the presses.

Or open the Design Lab and lay the design out yourself, priced in real time on the exact blank.

07 //

What it costs

Start the budget from the real numbers: published light cotton tee packs, front print built into every figure Roberta customers see.

How it works, start to finish

01

Brief

Start in the Design Lab on the exact garment we print, or send whatever you have through the quote form. Rough ideas are welcome, that is what the free design service is for.

02

Proof

One day later the proof is in your inbox: your art, your garment, your colors, at true print scale. Revisions never cost a cent.

03

Approve

The press does not move without your written yes. It is the single checkpoint that makes the no-returns policy fair.

04

Print and ship

From approval, count 5 to 7 business days to your door. If the event is sooner, ask about rush and get a straight yes or no.

05

Reorder

Everything about the run gets archived, which turns every future reorder into a one-line email.

09 //

Shipping and turnaround

Every order ships tracked to Roberta addresses with standard production plus shipping at 5 to 7 business days. Free shipping kicks in at 100 pieces, and pack shipping rates below that are published, not surprises at checkout.

Before sealing, every carton is counted against the size roster, and tracking goes out the same day. Anything short or damaged gets replaced at our cost on an expedited timeline.

Common questions

What is your return policy?

Finality is the nature of custom work: no returns once it prints. Your protections live earlier in the process, in the free proof and the written approval that nothing skips.

Is there a minimum order?

Our minimum is 10 pieces. Packs for your Roberta group begin at 10, the per piece price falls as the count climbs, and shipping goes free at 100.

What file types work best?

File quality is our problem, not yours: vectors are ideal, 300 DPI PNGs work, and weak files get redrawn at no charge.

Do you ship to APO and FPO addresses?

Yes, APO and FPO delivery is standard here, not an exception, and every state in the country ships the same way.

Can I see the price before I talk to anyone?

That is the point of the Design Lab: the complete number, packs, back prints, size upcharges, shipping, updates live while you design, before any contact form.

How long does shipping take?

The standard clock is 5 to 7 business days covering both production and delivery. Many orders can run faster; name the date and we will confirm or decline honestly.
