Every crew in Roberts County orders from the same shop: free design help, published packs, county-wide delivery in 5 to 7 days.
From the county seat to the last gravel road, every Roberts County address gets the same service: published pack pricing, free design help, and a written proof before anything prints.
Census figures put Roberts County at about 10,000 people across 1101 square miles, from the county seat to the last rural route, all inside standard tracked delivery.
That includes the South Dakota military community: we deliver unit and family gear for Ellsworth Air Force Base, plus every Guard armory, recruiter, and veteran org chapter in and around Roberts County.
The workhorse method: thick ink, bulk pricing, hundreds of washes.
Thread instead of ink: caps, polos, and outerwear with permanent texture.
Full color small runs from just 10 pieces.
All-over color dyed into the fabric, impossible to crack or peel.
13oz vinyl banners and signs sized to be read at distance.
A real designer builds your art before anything prints.
Rec league kits, numbered and sponsored, delivered on the schedule the league sets. Every price is published before you talk to a person, so the budget math happens on your terms.
Reunion shirts sized for grandparents to toddlers, and memorial runs treated with care. One point of contact owns your order from first proof to delivery confirmation.
Vendor booths, event staff, and commemorative tees for the biggest weekend on the county calendar. Start from a napkin sketch if that is what you have. Turning rough into print ready is the job.
Duty tees, fundraiser shirts, and station hoodies for the crews that answer the call. One point of contact owns your order from first proof to delivery confirmation.
Group shirts for congregations, food banks, and service days, in mixed sizes at one pack price. The proof comes first and it is free, so what arrives is exactly what you signed off on.
Chapter and program shirts spanning youth small to adult 5XL in a single order. One point of contact owns your order from first proof to delivery confirmation.
This shop exists for the military community, and it shows in how orders run. Deadlines are treated like formation times, proofs are honest instead of optimistic, and when Roberts County customers call, a person who owns the order answers.
It also means we say no when we should. If a design will not print well at the size you want, or a date cannot be hit, you hear it before you spend money, not after.
The Design Lab puts your art on the real garment, takes your size counts, and totals the whole order, shipping included, without asking who you are.
Start from the garment and the rest follows. Among Roberts County customers, these three blanks carry most of the orders, each designable online on its real photos.
For big front art, nothing beats this 8.0oz crew with its uninterrupted printing field. If a design will not print well at the size you want, you hear that before money changes hands.
Big-run economics start here: light ringspun cotton from $12 at volume, with the front print already in the price. Mixed sizes and colors in one run are standard here, not a special request.
Eighty-plus colors of 5.3oz heavy cotton, from military green to every heather, that keeps its shape through the laundry years. What you approve in writing is what ships. That rule has no exceptions.
The gap between what you have and what a press needs is our designers job to close, free with any order. Whatever the starting point, the output is the same: clean vectors, correct insignia, a proof within 24 hours, and unlimited revisions until you approve it in writing. Only then does anything print.
The Design Lab offers the self-serve path, with your art positioned on real product photos and the total priced as you go.
Here is what Roberts County customers actually pay, starting from our light cotton tee. Every price includes a standard front print, and the number only moves down as the pack gets bigger.

Options price per piece: back prints at the listed rate (falling to $3 at 25 and $2 at 50), oversized full-body fronts at $3 under 25 pieces or $2 above, and 2XL-plus sizes at $6 under 25 pieces or $4 above. Every heavier garment keeps this same pack shape at its own numbers, and the Design Lab totals it live while you build.
Kick it off however suits you: describe the concept in the quote form or drop your art straight into the Design Lab. Polish is not required at this stage.
A real designer, not an algorithm, sends your proof within 24 hours. You change it as many times as it takes to be right.
Nothing goes to press until you approve the proof in writing. What you sign off on is exactly what prints, that is the whole point of the proof.
Standard turnaround is 5 to 7 business days from approval to doorstep, with rush available when the calendar demands it.
The specs live in our archive permanently: same art, same colors, same result, on demand.
A cheap print on a cheap blank costs more than it saves, because it gets worn twice and then becomes a rag. We print with inks cured to spec, on blanks stocked in weight classes from a 4.5oz summer tee to a 7.5oz max heavyweight, and we stand behind the work: if a print fails from a production defect, we make it right. Screen prints are cured at temperature so they flex instead of cracking, and embroidery is digitized in-house so small text stays legible.
The difference is people. An upload widget cannot tell you a logo will stitch poorly at cap size; our designers can and do. A checkout page cannot own a deadline; your named contact does. And where the big platforms hide the real cost until the last screen, our pack pricing sits published on every product page. The honest trade-off of custom work, no returns once it is printed, is covered by a proof you approve in writing before anything runs.
The timeline to every address in Roberts County is fixed and published: 5 to 7 business days door to door, production included. Shipping rates are flat, visible in the table, and free from 100 pieces.
Orders ship boxed and counted against your size roster, with tracking sent the day they leave. If anything arrives short or damaged, photograph it and send it over, and we correct it at our cost.
Yes. Runs in the hundreds of pieces with mixed sizes and colors are our normal work, managed by one point of contact from proof to delivery.
Simple math: 2XL and up cost $6 more per piece on small orders and $4 more per piece from 25 pieces. No other size fees exist, and the Design Lab totals it live.
Custom work does not come back: due to custom orders, all work is finalized and no returns are accepted. The protection is up front instead, a free proof that must be approved in writing before anything prints, so check sizing and art carefully at that stage.
The minimum order is 10 pieces. Your roberts county group can order ten today and a hundred next month; the packs just make each piece cheaper as the count grows.
File quality is our problem, not yours: vectors are ideal, 300 DPI PNGs work, and weak files get redrawn at no charge.
We do, at the same pace as domestic orders. Deployed and overseas service members at APO and FPO addresses are covered alongside all 50 states.
That is the point of the Design Lab: the complete number, packs, back prints, size upcharges, shipping, updates live while you design, before any contact form.
