Custom shirts delivered to Rocklake

Crews in Rocklake order from us the same way the big-city ones do: published pack pricing, free design help, and a written proof before a single shirt prints.

Census numbers put Rocklake at a community of 90 on 0.2 square miles of North Dakota, all of it covered by the same tracked shipping. Nearby crews are already in the coverage circle, with Perth, ND (11 mi), Hansboro, ND (13 mi), Bisbee, ND (13 mi) sharing the identical pack rates and timelines. For the military community, Minot Air Force Base sits about 101 miles away, well inside our normal unit-order routes.

The North Dakota military community orders here too: unit and family gear for Minot Air Force Base and Grand Forks Air Force Base, plus every recruiter, Guard unit, and veteran org chapter around Rocklake.

What Rocklake orders most

School spirit wear

Spirit gear for schools where the PTA sees the proof and the price before any form goes home. Reorders match the first run exactly because we keep your art and specs on file.

Small business and crew apparel

Uniform tees, embroidered caps and polos, and workwear that survives the job. Mixed sizes and colors in one run are standard here, not a special request.

HOA, civic, and community events

Festival tees, cleanup-day shirts, and volunteer gear for the events that hold a town together. Start from a napkin sketch if that is what you have. Turning rough into print ready is the job.

Church and service group shirts

Mission trip tees and congregation gear at pack rates a committee can approve. Ask for the honest option and you get it, even when it is the cheaper one.

Runs, tournaments, and fundraisers

Race shirts and tournament gear that arrive before the starting gun, guaranteed honestly. The proof comes first and it is free, so what arrives is exactly what you signed off on.

Youth sports and booster gear

From the dugout to the bleachers: team and booster runs with all sizes priced together. Ask for the honest option and you get it, even when it is the cheaper one.

Why order from a shop built for the military community

The shop runs on habits borrowed from the people we serve: accountability by name, honest reporting, and deadlines that do not slide. Rocklake customers feel the difference on the first order.

Part of the job is refusing bad orders. When the art, the garment, or the date is wrong, saying so before you pay is the service.

No sales call needed to get a number.

Ninety seconds in the Design Lab gets you a complete number: garment, print, sizes, upcharges, and shipping, all before any contact form.

What to print it on

Start from the garment and the rest follows. Among Rocklake customers, these three blanks carry most of the orders, each designable online on its real photos.

Essential Light Tee

Big-run economics start here: light ringspun cotton from $12 at volume, with the front print already in the price. A real designer, not an upload widget, checks every file before it goes near production.

Classic Cotton Tee

The default unit shirt: heavy cotton, an 80-color palette, and a fit that survives the wash cycle. Start from a napkin sketch if that is what you have. Turning rough into print ready is the job.

Crewneck Sweatshirt

For big front art, nothing beats this 8.0oz crew with its uninterrupted printing field. Deadlines get treated like formation times, not suggestions.

06 //

The art department is included

Design help is not an upsell here, it is how orders start. Describe the concept in a sentence, attach whatever reference you have, and within 24 hours a real designer returns a proof drawn as clean vectors, era-correct where it matters. Revisions cost nothing and continue until the proof is right, and your written approval is the only thing that sends it to production.

The Design Lab is there when you want to drive: upload, place, and price the design yourself on the exact garment we print.

07 //

What it costs

Budget planning for Rocklake customers starts with real numbers. This is our light cotton tee pack pricing with the front print already included.

QuantityPack pricePer shirtShippingAdd back print
10 pieces$180$18 ea$18$4 ea
15 pieces$250$16.67 ea$18$4 ea

Add-on pricing is deliberately boring: back print per the table (later $3, then $2), oversize front $3 or $2 by volume, extended sizes $6 or $4 by volume. That is the complete list, and the Design Lab computes it live before any quote is written.

How it works, start to finish

01

Brief

Start in the Design Lab on the exact garment we print, or send whatever you have through the quote form. Rough ideas are welcome, that is what the free design service is for.

02

Proof

The proof arrives inside a day, drawn at print size on your chosen garment and color. Change anything, as often as needed, at no cost.

03

Approve

Your written approval is the gate. Until it exists, nothing prints; once it exists, exactly that design prints.

04

Print and ship

Standard turnaround is 5 to 7 business days from approval to doorstep, with rush available when the calendar demands it.

05

Reorder

Art, thread colors, and size history stay archived, so the next season run starts with one email.

09 //

Shipping and turnaround

Count 5 to 7 business days, production included, for tracked delivery to Rocklake addresses. At 100 pieces shipping costs nothing; under that, the flat rates in the table are the whole story.

The roster is the packing list: every size counted into the box, tracking issued at pickup, and any shortage or transit damage made right at our cost without argument.

Common questions

How long does shipping take?

Five to seven business days, all in, from approval to arrival. Rush exists for real deadlines and gets an honest yes or no up front.

Do you help with the design?

Design help is included free. Whatever you have, a napkin sketch, a faded shirt photo, a sentence, becomes a print-ready proof from a real designer within 24 hours.

Can you handle a large order for your Rocklake group?

Yes. Runs in the hundreds of pieces with mixed sizes and colors are our normal work, managed by one point of contact from proof to delivery.

How do 2XL and larger sizes work?

Sizes 2XL and up add $6 per piece under 25 total pieces, or $4 per piece at 25 or more. The Design Lab includes it in your estimate automatically.

What is your return policy?

There are no returns on custom orders; once printed, the work is final. That is exactly why production never starts without your written approval of a free proof, and why the size roster deserves a second look before you submit.

Is there a minimum order?

Order ten, order fifty, order five hundred: 10 pieces is our floor, and for your Rocklake group, bigger packs simply pull the per-piece price down.
