Rocky orders custom gear here because the pricing is published, the proof is free, and delivery to Oklahoma runs 5 to 7 business days flat.
Crews in Rocky order from us the same way the big-city ones do: published pack pricing, free design help, and a written proof before a single shirt prints.
Census numbers put Rocky at a community of 126 on 0.2 square miles of Oklahoma, all of it covered by the same tracked shipping. Nearby crews are already in the coverage circle, with Sentinel, OK (6 mi), Hobart, OK (9 mi), Dill City, OK (10 mi) sharing the identical pack rates and timelines. For the military community, Altus Air Force Base sits about 37 miles away, well inside our normal unit-order routes.
The Oklahoma military community orders here too: unit and family gear for Fort Sill and Tinker Air Force Base, plus every recruiter, Guard unit, and veteran org chapter around Rocky.
The workhorse method: thick ink, bulk pricing, hundreds of washes.
Stitched logos for hats, polos, and jackets that read professional up close.
Photograph-grade prints from a 10 piece run up.
Edge-to-edge jerseys and performance gear with print in the fibers.
Weatherproof vinyl, hemmed and grommeted, readable across a lot.
A real designer builds your art before anything prints.
5K tees, tournament shirts, and memorial fundraiser runs delivered before event day. The proof comes first and it is free, so what arrives is exactly what you signed off on.
From the dugout to the bleachers: team and booster runs with all sizes priced together. Reorders match the first run exactly because we keep your art and specs on file.
Spirit gear for schools where the PTA sees the proof and the price before any form goes home. Packs mix garment colors freely, so squads, shifts, or grade levels can each get their own.
Workwear for local crews: printed tees, embroidered polos, gear that outlasts the season. Mixed sizes and colors in one run are standard here, not a special request.
The civic calendar runs on volunteers, and volunteers run better in matching shirts. The proof comes first and it is free, so what arrives is exactly what you signed off on.
Mission trip tees and congregation gear at pack rates a committee can approve. If a design will not print well at the size you want, you hear that before money changes hands.
The shop runs on habits borrowed from the people we serve: accountability by name, honest reporting, and deadlines that do not slide. Rocky customers feel the difference on the first order.
That standard cuts both ways. If your art needs work or your timeline is impossible, we tell you up front and offer the fix, because a bad shirt with our print on it costs us more than the order.
The Design Lab puts your art on the real garment, takes your size counts, and totals the whole order, shipping included, without asking who you are.
Start from the garment and the rest follows. Among Rocky customers, these three blanks carry most of the orders, each designable online on its real photos.
The standard. 5.3oz heavy cotton in more than 80 colors including military green, sand, and every heather. Holds shape wash after wash. Bring a rough idea, even a phone photo of a whiteboard, and our designers make it print ready at no charge.
The clean-front fleece crew: 8.0oz, no pocket, no hood, maximum canvas for crests and block letters. Start from a napkin sketch if that is what you have. Turning rough into print ready is the job.
Big-run economics start here: light ringspun cotton from $12 at volume, with the front print already in the price. Nobody chases an order here. Your contact tells you where it stands before you have to ask.
Design help is not an upsell here, it is how orders start. Describe the concept in a sentence, attach whatever reference you have, and within 24 hours a real designer returns a proof drawn as clean vectors, era-correct where it matters. Revisions cost nothing and continue until the proof is right, and your written approval is the only thing that sends it to production.
The Design Lab is there when you want to drive: upload, place, and price the design yourself on the exact garment we print.
No mystery pricing. These are the published packs on our light cotton tee, front print included, and Rocky customers watch the per piece cost fall as quantity climbs.
| Pieces | Total | Each | Ship | Back print add |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| 10 pieces | $180 | $18 ea | $18 | $4 ea |
| 15 pieces | $250 | $16.67 ea | $18 | $4 ea |
| 20 pieces | $320 | $16 ea | $20.99 | $4 ea |
| 25 pieces | $375 | $15 ea | $20.99 | $3 ea |

Three add-ons exist and all are flat per piece: the back print at the table rate ($3 from 25 pieces, $2 from 50), the oversized front at $3 or $2 depending on quantity, and extended sizes at $6 or $4. Nothing else gets added. The Design Lab applies every rule automatically, and the written quote confirms the total before anything is charged.
Two doors in: the quote form if you want a person on it immediately, or the Design Lab if you want to see it on the garment first. Either way, unfinished ideas are the expected input.
The proof arrives inside a day, drawn at print size on your chosen garment and color. Change anything, as often as needed, at no cost.
Your written approval is the gate. Until it exists, nothing prints; once it exists, exactly that design prints.
From approval, count 5 to 7 business days to your door. If the event is sooner, ask about rush and get a straight yes or no.
Art, thread colors, and size history stay archived, so the next season run starts with one email.
Delivery to Rocky addresses follows one simple clock: 5 to 7 business days including production, with tracking from the moment it leaves. Hit 100 pieces and the shipping line drops to zero.
Before sealing, every carton is counted against the size roster, and tracking goes out the same day. Anything short or damaged gets replaced at our cost on an expedited timeline.
Extended sizes carry a flat per-piece add: $6 when the order is under 25 pieces, $4 once it reaches 25. The estimate in the Design Lab applies it for you.
Due to custom orders, all work is finalized and no returns are accepted. Double check sizing and artwork before submitting your order. Every order gets a free proof first, and nothing prints until you approve it in writing.
The minimum order is 10 pieces. Your rocky group can order ten today and a hundred next month; the packs just make each piece cheaper as the count grows.
Vector files such as AI, SVG, EPS, and PDF are ideal. A 300 DPI PNG with a transparent background also prints clean. If all you have is a screenshot, we redraw it free.
We do, at the same pace as domestic orders. Deployed and overseas service members at APO and FPO addresses are covered alongside all 50 states.
That is the point of the Design Lab: the complete number, packs, back prints, size upcharges, shipping, updates live while you design, before any contact form.
