Custom shirts, hats, and gear for Ross crews, printed by a shop that lives for this work and delivered anywhere in Indiana in 5 to 7 business days.
Crews in Ross order from us the same way the big-city ones do: published pack pricing, free design help, and a written proof before a single shirt prints.
All 5.7 square miles of Ross sit inside our normal delivery map, tracked door to door. If your people are spread out, that is fine: Griffith, IN (3 mi), Gary, IN (4 mi), Highland, IN (4 mi) sit close enough that one order can outfit all of them. The closest major installation is Naval Station Great Lakes, roughly 59 miles out, and unit orders from there run through this same process daily.
The Indiana military community orders here too: unit and family gear for Camp Atterbury and Grissom Air Reserve Base, plus every recruiter, Guard unit, and veteran org chapter around Ross.
Best per-piece price at volume, with ink that outlives the garment.
Stitched logos for hats, polos, and jackets that read professional up close.
Photograph-grade prints from a 10 piece run up.
The all-over method: dye becomes part of the polyester itself.
13oz vinyl banners and signs sized to be read at distance.
Logo cleanups, redraws, and full concepts from the in-house team.
League jerseys and fan gear where kid and parent sizes share one pack price. What you approve in writing is what ships. That rule has no exceptions.
Field day, clubs, and spirit weeks, all proofed free with pack pricing the treasurer can verify. Mixed sizes and colors in one run are standard here, not a special request.
Uniform tees, embroidered caps and polos, and workwear that survives the job. Nobody chases an order here. Your contact tells you where it stands before you have to ask.
The civic calendar runs on volunteers, and volunteers run better in matching shirts. One point of contact owns your order from first proof to delivery confirmation.
Group apparel for congregations, mission trips, and food drives at honest pack pricing. If a design will not print well at the size you want, you hear that before money changes hands.
Fundraiser and event tees on deadlines we commit to in writing. Packs mix garment colors freely, so squads, shifts, or grade levels can each get their own.
This shop exists for the military community, and it shows in how orders run. Deadlines are treated like formation times, proofs are honest instead of optimistic, and when Ross customers call, a person who owns the order answers.
That standard cuts both ways. If your art needs work or your timeline is impossible, we tell you up front and offer the fix, because a bad shirt with our print on it costs us more than the order.
The Design Lab puts your art on the real garment, takes your size counts, and totals the whole order, shipping included, without asking who you are.
The right blank depends on budget, season, and how hard the gear will be worn. For Ross customers, these three earn their keep.
An 8.0oz fleece crew with a clean uninterrupted front, the best canvas we stock for big crests and old school block lettering. Deadlines get treated like formation times, not suggestions.
When the count is high, this 4.5oz ringspun blank keeps the math friendly: $12 a shirt at volume, front print included. Start from a napkin sketch if that is what you have. Turning rough into print ready is the job.
Eighty-plus colors of 5.3oz heavy cotton, from military green to every heather, that keeps its shape through the laundry years. The second order takes two minutes because the first one is archived down to the thread color.
Half the orders we take begin as a phone photo of a sketch, an old shirt, or a sentence describing the idea. A designer turns that into print-ready vector art at no charge, sends the proof inside 24 hours, and revises it until you sign off in writing. Nothing is produced before that signature, which is why what shows up matches what you expected.

Start the budget from the real numbers: published light cotton tee packs, front print built into every figure Ross customers see.

Your written approval is the gate. Until it exists, nothing prints; once it exists, exactly that design prints.

Included with every order: a designer turns whatever you send into print-ready art, proofs it within 24 hours, and revises free until approved.
Absolutely. Bulk is where pack pricing shines, and big mixed-size runs ship counted against your roster with a single person accountable for the date.
Simple math: 2XL and up cost $6 more per piece on small orders and $4 more per piece from 25 pieces. No other size fees exist, and the Design Lab totals it live.
Custom work does not come back: due to custom orders, all work is finalized and no returns are accepted. The protection is up front instead, a free proof that must be approved in writing before anything prints, so check sizing and art carefully at that stage.
Our minimum is 10 pieces. Packs for your Ross group begin at 10, the per piece price falls as the count climbs, and shipping goes free at 100.
Best case: vector art (AI, SVG, EPS, PDF). Very good case: a 300 DPI transparent PNG. Worst case: a screenshot, which our designers redraw at no charge anyway.
