Custom apparel delivered anywhere in San Diego County, California in 5 to 7 business days. Low 10 piece minimum, free design help, pack pricing published up front.
There is no local print shop requirement for good gear anymore. San Diego County crews design online, approve a proof from a real designer within 24 hours, and take delivery anywhere in the county in 5 to 7 business days.
Census figures put San Diego County at about 3.3 million people across 4210 square miles, from the county seat to the last rural route, all inside standard tracked delivery.
That includes the California military community: we deliver unit and family gear for Camp Pendleton, MCRD San Diego, MCAS Miramar, plus every Guard armory, recruiter, and veteran org chapter in and around San Diego County.
The workhorse method: thick ink, bulk pricing, hundreds of washes.
Digitized in-house so small text stays sharp on caps and chest logos.
Full color small runs from just 10 pieces.
Edge-to-edge jerseys and performance gear with print in the fibers.
Weatherproof vinyl, hemmed and grommeted, readable across a lot.
Logo cleanups, redraws, and full concepts from the in-house team.
Whole-league jersey orders with numbering and sponsors, in before opening day. Youth and adult cuts run side by side in the same pack at the same price structure.
One design across three generations of sizes, or a small memorial run done right. Packs mix garment colors freely, so squads, shifts, or grade levels can each get their own.
The fair runs on identifiable staff and sellable merch, and both come from the same run. A real designer, not an upload widget, checks every file before it goes near production.
Duty tees, fundraiser shirts, and station hoodies for the crews that answer the call. What you approve in writing is what ships. That rule has no exceptions.
Group shirts for congregations, food banks, and service days, in mixed sizes at one pack price. Mixed sizes and colors in one run are standard here, not a special request.
Spirit wear, chapter tees, and program gear with youth and adult sizes in the same run. Bring a rough idea, even a phone photo of a whiteboard, and our designers make it print ready at no charge.
This shop exists for the military community, and it shows in how orders run. Deadlines are treated like formation times, proofs are honest instead of optimistic, and when San Diego County customers call, a person who owns the order answers.
That standard cuts both ways. If your art needs work or your timeline is impossible, we tell you up front and offer the fix, because a bad shirt with our print on it costs us more than the order.
The Design Lab puts your art on the real garment, takes your size counts, and totals the whole order, shipping included, without asking who you are.
Start from the garment and the rest follows. Among San Diego County customers, these three blanks carry most of the orders, each designable online on its real photos.
The budget workhorse for big runs. 4.5oz light ringspun cotton that keeps a 100 piece order affordable, from $12 a shirt at volume with the front print included. Nobody chases an order here. Your contact tells you where it stands before you have to ask.
Eighty-plus colors of 5.3oz heavy cotton, from military green to every heather, that keeps its shape through the laundry years. Mixed sizes and colors in one run are standard here, not a special request.
For big front art, nothing beats this 8.0oz crew with its uninterrupted printing field. Start from a napkin sketch if that is what you have. Turning rough into print ready is the job.
Half the orders we take begin as a phone photo of a sketch, an old shirt, or a sentence describing the idea. A designer turns that into print-ready vector art at no charge, sends the proof inside 24 hours, and revises it until you sign off in writing. Nothing is produced before that signature, which is why what shows up matches what you expected.
Prefer hands-on? Build the design yourself in the Design Lab on real product photos, with the running price on screen while you work.
No mystery pricing. These are the published packs on our light cotton tee, front print included, and San Diego County customers watch the per piece cost fall as quantity climbs.

Options price per piece: back prints at the listed rate (falling to $3 at 25 and $2 at 50), oversized full-body fronts at $3 under 25 pieces or $2 above, and 2XL-plus sizes at $6 under 25 pieces or $4 above. Every heavier garment keeps this same pack shape at its own numbers, and the Design Lab totals it live while you build.
Two doors in: the quote form if you want a person on it immediately, or the Design Lab if you want to see it on the garment first. Either way, unfinished ideas are the expected input.
One day later the proof is in your inbox: your art, your garment, your colors, at true print scale. Revisions never cost a cent.
Nothing goes to press until you approve the proof in writing. What you sign off on is exactly what prints, that is the whole point of the proof.
Standard turnaround is 5 to 7 business days from approval to doorstep, with rush available when the calendar demands it.
The specs live in our archive permanently: same art, same colors, same result, on demand.
The blanks range from a 4.5oz summer tee to a 7.5oz max heavyweight, the ink is cured so it moves with the fabric instead of flaking off it, and the stitching is digitized in-house for legibility at any size. If something fails because of production, the remake is free; if a request will not survive real use, you hear it before ordering.
The difference is people. An upload widget cannot tell you a logo will stitch poorly at cap size; our designers can and do. A checkout page cannot own a deadline; your named contact does. And where the big platforms hide the real cost until the last screen, our pack pricing sits published on every product page. The honest trade-off of custom work, no returns once it is printed, is covered by a proof you approve in writing before anything runs.
Count 5 to 7 business days, production included, for tracked delivery to every address in San Diego County. At 100 pieces shipping costs nothing; under that, the flat rates in the table are the whole story.
Orders ship boxed and counted against your size roster, with tracking sent the day they leave. If anything arrives short or damaged, photograph it and send it over, and we correct it at our cost.
Large orders are the specialty, not the exception: hundreds of mixed-size pieces, roster-counted boxes, one accountable contact.
Simple math: 2XL and up cost $6 more per piece on small orders and $4 more per piece from 25 pieces. No other size fees exist, and the Design Lab totals it live.
There are no returns on custom orders; once printed, the work is final. That is exactly why production never starts without your written approval of a free proof, and why the size roster deserves a second look before you submit.
Order ten, order fifty, order five hundred: 10 pieces is our floor, and for your San Diego County group, bigger packs simply pull the per-piece price down.
Send whatever exists. Vectors print perfectly, high resolution PNGs print clean, and anything below that gets redrawn free by the design team before it goes near a press.
Deployed addresses are first-class here: APO and FPO ship on the standard timeline, right alongside all 50 states.
Completely. Build the design in the Design Lab and the full order total sits on screen the whole time; no email, no call, no waiting.
