From the county seat to the last rural route, San Juan County gets custom gear with honest pricing and tracked 5 to 7 day delivery.
From the county seat to the last gravel road, every San Juan County address gets the same service: published pack pricing, free design help, and a written proof before anything prints.
With about 19,000 people spread across 174 square miles, San Juan County is exactly the kind of territory a nationwide shop serves better than a single storefront: same pricing, same timeline, every address.
That includes the Washington military community: we deliver unit and family gear for Joint Base Lewis-McChord, Naval Base Kitsap, Naval Station Everett, plus every Guard armory, recruiter, and veteran org chapter in and around San Juan County.
The workhorse method: thick ink, bulk pricing, hundreds of washes.
Thread instead of ink: caps, polos, and outerwear with permanent texture.
Photograph-grade prints from a 10 piece run up.
Edge-to-edge jerseys and performance gear with print in the fibers.
Homecoming banners and event signage built for outdoors.
From napkin sketch to print-ready vectors, free with any order.
Chapter and program shirts spanning youth small to adult 5XL in a single order. Bring a rough idea, even a phone photo of a whiteboard, and our designers make it print ready at no charge.
Rec league kits, numbered and sponsored, delivered on the schedule the league sets. Every price is published before you talk to a person, so the budget math happens on your terms.
Reunion shirts sized for grandparents to toddlers, and memorial runs treated with care. We handle the art, the sizing spread, and the deadline. You handle handing them out.
Staff shirts, vendor gear, and keepsake tees for fair week. The proof comes first and it is free, so what arrives is exactly what you signed off on.
Duty shirts for the volunteers who show up at 3am, and fundraiser tees that keep the station funded. Bring a rough idea, even a phone photo of a whiteboard, and our designers make it print ready at no charge.
Congregation and food bank gear with every size in one pack at one rate. A real designer, not an upload widget, checks every file before it goes near production.
This shop exists for the military community, and it shows in how orders run. Deadlines are treated like formation times, proofs are honest instead of optimistic, and when San Juan County customers call, a person who owns the order answers.
Honesty runs in both directions here. A doomed timeline or a design that will disappoint gets called out early, with an alternative attached.
Upload art or add text in the Design Lab, set sizes and quantities, and the full estimate, shipping included, is on screen before you give anyone your email.
Start from the garment and the rest follows. Among San Juan County customers, these three blanks carry most of the orders, each designable online on its real photos.
The default unit shirt: heavy cotton, an 80-color palette, and a fit that survives the wash cycle. Reorders match the first run exactly because we keep your art and specs on file.
For big front art, nothing beats this 8.0oz crew with its uninterrupted printing field. A real designer, not an upload widget, checks every file before it goes near production.
Big-run economics start here: light ringspun cotton from $12 at volume, with the front print already in the price. Nobody chases an order here. Your contact tells you where it stands before you have to ask.
The gap between what you have and what a press needs is our designers job to close, free with any order. Whatever the starting point, the output is the same: clean vectors, correct insignia, a proof within 24 hours, and unlimited revisions until you approve it in writing. Only then does anything print.
The Design Lab offers the self-serve path, with your art positioned on real product photos and the total priced as you go.
No mystery pricing. These are the published packs on our light cotton tee, front print included, and San Juan County customers watch the per piece cost fall as quantity climbs.
| Order size | Pack total | Cost per piece | Freight | Back side |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Pack of 10 | $180 | $18 ea | $18 | $4 ea |
| Pack of 15 | $250 | $16.67 ea | $18 | $4 ea |
| Pack of 20 | $320 | $16 ea | $20.99 | $4 ea |
| Pack of 25 | $375 | $15 ea | $20.99 | $3 ea |

Add-on pricing is deliberately boring: back print per the table (later $3, then $2), oversize front $3 or $2 by volume, extended sizes $6 or $4 by volume. That is the complete list, and the Design Lab computes it live before any quote is written.
Kick it off however suits you: describe the concept in the quote form or drop your art straight into the Design Lab. Polish is not required at this stage.
The proof arrives inside a day, drawn at print size on your chosen garment and color. Change anything, as often as needed, at no cost.
Your written approval is the gate. Until it exists, nothing prints; once it exists, exactly that design prints.
Standard turnaround is 5 to 7 business days from approval to doorstep, with rush available when the calendar demands it.
Art, thread colors, and size history stay archived, so the next season run starts with one email.
The blanks range from a 4.5oz summer tee to a 7.5oz max heavyweight, the ink is cured so it moves with the fabric instead of flaking off it, and the stitching is digitized in-house for legibility at any size. If something fails because of production, the remake is free; if a request will not survive real use, you hear it before ordering.
Automated printers optimize for volume; this shop optimizes for the order in front of it. That difference shows up as a designer catching problems an upload widget would print anyway, prices that are public instead of assembled at checkout, and a person whose actual job is your deadline. The proof-approval step replaces the return policy custom work cannot have.
Delivery to every address in San Juan County follows one simple clock: 5 to 7 business days including production, with tracking from the moment it leaves. Hit 100 pieces and the shipping line drops to zero.
Orders ship boxed and counted against your size roster, with tracking sent the day they leave. If anything arrives short or damaged, photograph it and send it over, and we correct it at our cost.
Sizes 2XL and up add $6 per piece under 25 total pieces, or $4 per piece at 25 or more. The Design Lab includes it in your estimate automatically.
Finality is the nature of custom work: no returns once it prints. Your protections live earlier in the process, in the free proof and the written approval that nothing skips.
Our minimum is 10 pieces. Packs for your San Juan County group begin at 10, the per piece price falls as the count climbs, and shipping goes free at 100.
File quality is our problem, not yours: vectors are ideal, 300 DPI PNGs work, and weak files get redrawn at no charge.
Deployed addresses are first-class here: APO and FPO ship on the standard timeline, right alongside all 50 states.
