From single pieces to full crew runs, Archer gets screen printed gear with honest pricing and a 5 to 7 day door-to-door timeline.
The workhorse method: vibrant plastisol or water-based ink pressed through mesh, one color at a time. Best price per shirt at volume and prints that survive hundreds of washes. For Archer, that comes with published pack pricing and door delivery in 5 to 7 business days.
From one end of Archer to the other, 1.0 square miles, the shipping promise does not change: 5 to 7 business days, tracked. The same run covers the neighboring communities too: Palmer, NE (7 mi), Central City, NE (8 mi), Chapman, NE (10 mi) all order from the same shop at the same published pricing. Offutt Air Force Base, around 116 miles from Archer, anchors the local military community we print for every week.
No storefront visit required. Send a rough idea or finished art, a real designer builds the proof at no charge, and the finished gear ships straight to Archer.
Screen Printing demand around Archer does not stop at the town line. Crews from Palmer (7 miles out) order through the same process, which is why coverage is priced by pack, never by zip code.
Formation-wide runs are the bread and butter: single design, mixed sizes, pack rates that reward volume. The proof comes first and it is free, so what arrives is exactly what you signed off on.
Everyday workwear printed to survive the job site, the shop floor, and the industrial washer. Nobody chases an order here. Your contact tells you where it stands before you have to ask.
Event shirts priced before the first form is printed, so selling at a profit is arithmetic, not hope. Packs mix garment colors freely, so squads, shifts, or grade levels can each get their own.
Youth smalls through adult 5XL in a single pack at a single rate. Nobody chases an order here. Your contact tells you where it stands before you have to ask.
Reunion gear that gets the year right, drawn in-house and printed for every generation at once. Youth and adult cuts run side by side in the same pack at the same price structure.
When the count is high and the budget is fixed, light blanks and one-color prints deliver. What you approve in writing is what ships. That rule has no exceptions.
Serving the military community is not a marketing line here, it is the operating system. Archer customers deal with one accountable person, get dates that mean something, and receive work held to a uniform standard.
That standard cuts both ways. If your art needs work or your timeline is impossible, we tell you up front and offer the fix, because a bad shirt with our print on it costs us more than the order.
The Design Lab puts your art on the real garment, takes your size counts, and totals the whole order, shipping included, without asking who you are.
Garment choice makes or breaks the order. These are the blanks Archer customers pick most, all designable online on real product photos.
An 8.0oz fleece crew with a clean uninterrupted front, the best canvas we stock for big crests and old school block lettering. We handle the art, the sizing spread, and the deadline. You handle handing them out.
The budget workhorse for big runs. 4.5oz light ringspun cotton that keeps a 100 piece order affordable, from $12 a shirt at volume with the front print included. A real designer, not an upload widget, checks every file before it goes near production.
The standard. 5.3oz heavy cotton in more than 80 colors including military green, sand, and every heather. Holds shape wash after wash. Nobody chases an order here. Your contact tells you where it stands before you have to ask.
Finished files are welcome but never required. A faded photo, a hand sketch, or three sentences of description all become professional vector art at no charge, proofed back to you within a day. The revision count is unlimited, the approval is in writing, and production does not move an inch until that approval exists.
Hands-on types can skip the wait entirely: the Design Lab puts your art on the actual garment with the price updating live.
Here is what Archer customers actually pay, starting from our light cotton tee. Every price includes a standard front print, and the number only moves down as the pack gets bigger.

Oversized full body fronts add $3 per piece under 25 pieces and $2 at 25 or more, and sizes 2XL and up add $6 each under 25 pieces or $4 each at 25 or more. Heavier garments follow the same pack structure at their own price points, all shown live in the Design Lab.
Kick it off however suits you: describe the concept in the quote form or drop your art straight into the Design Lab. Polish is not required at this stage.
Within 24 hours you have a proof in your inbox, drawn to size, on the garment and color you picked. Revisions are unlimited and free.
Production waits for one thing only: your written sign-off on the proof. That signature is the contract for exactly what prints.
Five to seven business days covers printing and delivery. Tight timeline? Rush gets a truthful quote, not a hopeful one.
Art, thread colors, and size history stay archived, so the next season run starts with one email.
Delivery to Archer addresses follows one simple clock: 5 to 7 business days including production, with tracking from the moment it leaves. Hit 100 pieces and the shipping line drops to zero.
Orders ship boxed and counted against your size roster, with tracking sent the day they leave. If anything arrives short or damaged, photograph it and send it over, and we correct it at our cost.
Always, at no charge. A designer takes your rough input, redraws it print ready, and has a proof in your inbox inside a day, with unlimited revisions after.
Large runs are the core business: hundreds of pieces, mixed sizes, multiple colors, one named contact who owns it from first proof to the delivery scan.
The extended-size rule fits in one line: add $6 per piece below 25 total, $4 per piece at 25 or more. The Design Lab applies it automatically.
Custom work does not come back: due to custom orders, all work is finalized and no returns are accepted. The protection is up front instead, a free proof that must be approved in writing before anything prints, so check sizing and art carefully at that stage.
Our minimum is 10 pieces. Packs for your Archer crew begin at 10, the per piece price falls as the count climbs, and shipping goes free at 100.
Best case: vector art (AI, SVG, EPS, PDF). Very good case: a 300 DPI transparent PNG. Worst case: a screenshot, which our designers redraw at no charge anyway.
Deployed addresses are first-class here: APO and FPO ship on the standard timeline, right alongside all 50 states.
