Screen Printing delivered to Aurora

The workhorse method: vibrant plastisol or water-based ink pressed through mesh, one color at a time. Best price per shirt at volume and prints that survive hundreds of washes. For Aurora, that comes with published pack pricing and door delivery in 5 to 7 business days.

Aurora is home to a community of 451 across 0.9 square miles, and every one of those addresses is inside our standard 5 to 7 day delivery window. The same run covers the neighboring communities too: Bayview, NC (10 mi), Vandemere, NC (10 mi), Mesic, NC (11 mi) all order from the same shop at the same published pricing. For the military community, MCAS Cherry Point sits about 28 miles away, well inside our normal unit-order routes.

Nothing here needs a storefront. Art goes in by phone or upload, a designer proofs it free, and the shipment lands in Aurora counted against your roster.

Screen Printing demand around Aurora does not stop at the town line. Crews from Bayview (10 miles out) order through the same process, which is why coverage is priced by pack, never by zip code.

What Aurora gets screen printed

Reunion and anniversary runs

Reunion gear that gets the year right, drawn in-house and printed for every generation at once. We handle the art, the sizing spread, and the deadline. You handle handing them out.

Bulk giveaway tees

Giveaway runs engineered to a number: budget blank, single color, maximum count. A real designer, not an upload widget, checks every file before it goes near production.

Unit and company shirt runs

One design across the whole formation, printed at pack pricing that drops as the count climbs. What you approve in writing is what ships. That rule has no exceptions.

Business and crew uniform tees

Everyday workwear printed to survive the job site, the shop floor, and the industrial washer. Mixed sizes and colors in one run are standard here, not a special request.

Event and fundraiser shirts

Fundraiser tees where the committee knows its margin up front, because every pack price is public. A real designer, not an upload widget, checks every file before it goes near production.

School and team spirit wear

One run covers the team and the bleachers: kid sizes and adult sizes priced together. Rush timelines get quoted honestly. If we cannot hit the date, we say so before you pay a cent.

Why order from a shop built for the military community

The shop runs on habits borrowed from the people we serve: accountability by name, honest reporting, and deadlines that do not slide. Aurora customers feel the difference on the first order.

It also means we say no when we should. If a design will not print well at the size you want, or a date cannot be hit, you hear it before you spend money, not after.

See your exact price in about ninety seconds.

Upload art or add text in the Design Lab, set sizes and quantities, and the full estimate, shipping included, is on screen before you give anyone your email.

04 //

What to print it on

The right blank depends on budget, season, and how hard the gear will be worn. For Aurora customers, these three earn their keep.

Crewneck Sweatshirt

An 8.0oz fleece crew with a clean uninterrupted front, the best canvas we stock for big crests and old school block lettering. A real designer, not an upload widget, checks every file before it goes near production.

Essential Light Tee

Big-run economics start here: light ringspun cotton from $12 at volume, with the front print already in the price. Deadlines get treated like formation times, not suggestions.

Classic Cotton Tee

The default unit shirt: heavy cotton, an 80-color palette, and a fit that survives the wash cycle. Start from a napkin sketch if that is what you have. Turning rough into print ready is the job.

From rough idea to press-ready

The gap between what you have and what a press needs is our designers job to close, free with any order. Whatever the starting point, the output is the same: clean vectors, correct insignia, a proof within 24 hours, and unlimited revisions until you approve it in writing. Only then does anything print.

The Design Lab offers the self-serve path, with your art positioned on real product photos and the total priced as you go.

What it costs

No mystery pricing. These are the published packs on our light cotton tee, front print included, and Aurora customers watch the per piece cost fall as quantity climbs.

How it works, start to finish

01

Brief

The first step is just getting the idea out of your head: type it into the quote form or mock it up in the Design Lab, rough edges and all.

02

Proof

A real designer, not an algorithm, sends your proof within 24 hours. You change it as many times as it takes to be right.

03

Approve

The press does not move without your written yes. It is the single checkpoint that makes the no-returns policy fair.

04

Print and ship

Standard turnaround is 5 to 7 business days from approval to doorstep, with rush available when the calendar demands it.

05

Reorder

Art, thread colors, and size history stay archived, so the next season run starts with one email.

08 //

Shipping and turnaround

Delivery to Aurora addresses follows one simple clock: 5 to 7 business days including production, with tracking from the moment it leaves. Hit 100 pieces and the shipping line drops to zero.

Before sealing, every carton is counted against the size roster, and tracking goes out the same day. Anything short or damaged gets replaced at our cost on an expedited timeline.

Common questions

How long does shipping take?

Five to seven business days, all in, from approval to arrival. Rush exists for real deadlines and gets an honest yes or no up front.

Do you help with the design?

Design help is included free. Whatever you have, a napkin sketch, a faded shirt photo, a sentence, becomes a print-ready proof from a real designer within 24 hours.

Can you handle a large order for your Aurora crew?

Large orders are the specialty, not the exception: hundreds of mixed-size pieces, roster-counted boxes, one accountable contact.

How do 2XL and larger sizes work?

The extended-size rule fits in one line: add $6 per piece below 25 total, $4 per piece at 25 or more. The Design Lab applies it automatically.

What is your return policy?

Finality is the nature of custom work: no returns once it prints. Your protections live earlier in the process, in the free proof and the written approval that nothing skips.

Is there a minimum order?

Our minimum is 10 pieces. Packs for your Aurora crew begin at 10, the per piece price falls as the count climbs, and shipping goes free at 100.

What file types work best?

File quality is our problem, not yours: vectors are ideal, 300 DPI PNGs work, and weak files get redrawn at no charge.
