Screen Printing in Badin, NC.

Screen Printing for Badin: free 24-hour proofs, published pack pricing, and tracked delivery in 5 to 7 business days.

Screen Printing delivered to Badin

The workhorse method: vibrant plastisol or water-based ink pressed through mesh, one color at a time. Best price per shirt at volume and prints that survive hundreds of washes. For Badin, that comes with published pack pricing and door delivery in 5 to 7 business days.

With about 1,900 people spread over 1.8 square miles, Badin gets the same flat delivery promise as everywhere else we serve: 5 to 7 business days to any door. The same run covers the neighboring communities too: Albemarle, NC (5 mi), New London, NC (6 mi), Richfield, NC (9 mi) all order from the same shop at the same published pricing. The closest major installation is Fort Liberty, roughly 68 miles out, and unit orders from there run through this same process daily.

Nothing here needs a storefront. Art goes in by phone or upload, a designer proofs it free, and the shipment lands in Badin counted against your roster.

Because Albemarle sits only 5 miles from Badin, joint orders across town lines are common here: one proof, one pack price, two delivery stops if needed.

What Badin gets screen printed

School and team spirit wear

Mixed youth and adult sizes in one run at one pack price. The second order takes two minutes because the first one is archived down to the thread color.

Reunion and anniversary runs

Reunion gear that gets the year right, drawn in-house and printed for every generation at once. Mixed sizes and colors in one run are standard here, not a special request.

Bulk giveaway tees

When the count is high and the budget is fixed, light blanks and one-color prints deliver. Bring a rough idea, even a phone photo of a whiteboard, and our designers make it print ready at no charge.

Unit and company shirt runs

Formation-wide runs are the bread and butter: single design, mixed sizes, pack rates that reward volume. The proof comes first and it is free, so what arrives is exactly what you signed off on.

Business and crew uniform tees

Everyday workwear printed to survive the job site, the shop floor, and the industrial washer. Start from a napkin sketch if that is what you have. Turning rough into print ready is the job.

Event and fundraiser shirts

Event shirts priced before the first form is printed, so selling at a profit is arithmetic, not hope. Start from a napkin sketch if that is what you have. Turning rough into print ready is the job.

Why order from a shop built for the military community

The shop runs on habits borrowed from the people we serve: accountability by name, honest reporting, and deadlines that do not slide. Badin customers feel the difference on the first order.

It also means we say no when we should. If a design will not print well at the size you want, or a date cannot be hit, you hear it before you spend money, not after.

No sales call needed to get a number.

Upload art or add text in the Design Lab, set sizes and quantities, and the full estimate, shipping included, is on screen before you give anyone your email.

What to print it on

The right blank depends on budget, season, and how hard the gear will be worn. For Badin customers, these three earn their keep.

Classic Cotton Tee

The default unit shirt: heavy cotton, an 80-color palette, and a fit that survives the wash cycle. Ask for the honest option and you get it, even when it is the cheaper one.

Crewneck Sweatshirt

The clean-front fleece crew: 8.0oz, no pocket, no hood, maximum canvas for crests and block letters. Every price is published before you talk to a person, so the budget math happens on your terms.

Essential Light Tee

Big-run economics start here: light ringspun cotton from $12 at volume, with the front print already in the price. Youth and adult cuts run side by side in the same pack at the same price structure.

No artwork? That is the normal case

Half the orders we take begin as a phone photo of a sketch, an old shirt, or a sentence describing the idea. A designer turns that into print-ready vector art at no charge, sends the proof inside 24 hours, and revises it until you sign off in writing. Nothing is produced before that signature, which is why what shows up matches what you expected.

Prefer hands-on? Build the design yourself in the Design Lab on real product photos, with the running price on screen while you work.

What it costs

The table below is the actual price list Badin customers order from, light cotton tee, front print included, no asterisks.

QuantityPack pricePer shirtShippingAdd back print
10 pieces$180$18 ea$18$4 ea
15 pieces$250$16.67 ea$18$4 ea
20 pieces$320$16 ea$20.99$4 ea

50 pieces$700$14 ea$22.99$2 ea
100 pieces$1200$12 eaFREE$2 ea

Three add-ons exist and all are flat per piece: the back print at the table rate ($3 from 25 pieces, $2 from 50), the oversized front at $3 or $2 depending on quantity, and extended sizes at $6 or $4. Nothing else gets added. The Design Lab applies every rule automatically, and the written quote confirms the total before anything is charged.

How it works, start to finish

01

Brief

Two doors in: the quote form if you want a person on it immediately, or the Design Lab if you want to see it on the garment first. Either way, unfinished ideas are the expected input.

02

Proof

A real designer, not an algorithm, sends your proof within 24 hours. You change it as many times as it takes to be right.

03

Approve

Your written approval is the gate. Until it exists, nothing prints; once it exists, exactly that design prints.

04

Print and ship

From approval, count 5 to 7 business days to your door. If the event is sooner, ask about rush and get a straight yes or no.

05

Reorder

Everything about the run gets archived, which turns every future reorder into a one-line email.

08 //

Shipping and turnaround

Delivery to Badin addresses follows one simple clock: 5 to 7 business days including production, with tracking from the moment it leaves. Hit 100 pieces and the shipping line drops to zero.

Boxes get counted twice against the roster before they seal, and the tracking number reaches you the day of pickup. Damage or shortage claims are our expense and our rush.

Common questions

How long does shipping take?

Count 5 to 7 business days from approval to doorstep, production included. Tighter date? Ask about rush and you get a straight answer before paying.

Do you help with the design?

Included with every order: a designer turns whatever you send into print-ready art, proofs it within 24 hours, and revises free until approved.

Can you handle a large order for your Badin crew?

Yes. Runs in the hundreds of pieces with mixed sizes and colors are our normal work, managed by one point of contact from proof to delivery.

How do 2XL and larger sizes work?

Extended sizes carry a flat per-piece add: $6 when the order is under 25 pieces, $4 once it reaches 25. The estimate in the Design Lab applies it for you.

What is your return policy?

Custom work does not come back: due to custom orders, all work is finalized and no returns are accepted. The protection is up front instead, a free proof that must be approved in writing before anything prints, so check sizing and art carefully at that stage.

Is there a minimum order?

Our minimum is 10 pieces. Packs for your Badin crew begin at 10, the per piece price falls as the count climbs, and shipping goes free at 100.
