From single pieces to full crew runs, Bassett gets screen printed gear with honest pricing and a 5 to 7 day door-to-door timeline.
The workhorse method: vibrant plastisol or water-based ink pressed through mesh, one color at a time. Best price per shirt at volume and prints that survive hundreds of washes. For Bassett, that comes with published pack pricing and door delivery in 5 to 7 business days.
Census numbers put Bassett at a community of 22 on 0.1 square miles of Kansas, all of it covered by the same tracked shipping. The same run covers the neighboring communities too: Iola, KS (1 mi), Gas, KS (3 mi), La Harpe, KS (6 mi) all order from the same shop at the same published pricing. Fort Leavenworth, around 101 miles from Bassett, anchors the local military community we print for every week.
Nothing here needs a storefront. Art goes in by phone or upload, a designer proofs it free, and the shipment lands in Bassett counted against your roster.
Because Iola sits only 1 miles from Bassett, joint orders across town lines are common here: one proof, one pack price, two delivery stops if needed.
Runs, festivals, and booster fundraisers with published pricing so the margin math is done before the order form goes out. One point of contact owns your order from first proof to delivery confirmation.
Mixed youth and adult sizes in one run at one pack price. The second order takes two minutes because the first one is archived down to the thread color.
Era-correct designs drawn by our in-house team and printed for every generation of the crew. Youth and adult cuts run side by side in the same pack at the same price structure.
High-count, budget-tier blanks with a clean one-color print that keeps cost per piece low. The second order takes two minutes because the first one is archived down to the thread color.
The whole roster in one run, one design, with the per-piece price falling at every pack break. What you approve in writing is what ships. That rule has no exceptions.
Everyday workwear printed to survive the job site, the shop floor, and the industrial washer. Deadlines get treated like formation times, not suggestions.
We print for units, veterans, and military families every day, and the discipline transfers. Bassett customers get straight answers on dates, a named person on their order, and work we would put our own name on.
The same discipline applies inward: an unrealistic date or a design that will not print well gets flagged before you commit, not explained after.
Upload art or add text in the Design Lab, set sizes and quantities, and the full estimate, shipping included, is on screen before you give anyone your email.
Garment choice makes or breaks the order. These are the blanks Bassett customers pick most, all designable online on real product photos.
When the count is high, this 4.5oz ringspun blank keeps the math friendly: $12 a shirt at volume, front print included. If a design will not print well at the size you want, you hear that before money changes hands.
The standard. 5.3oz heavy cotton in more than 80 colors including military green, sand, and every heather. Holds shape wash after wash. The proof comes first and it is free, so what arrives is exactly what you signed off on.
For big front art, nothing beats this 8.0oz crew with its uninterrupted printing field. We handle the art, the sizing spread, and the deadline. You handle handing them out.
Half the orders we take begin as a phone photo of a sketch, an old shirt, or a sentence describing the idea. A designer turns that into print-ready vector art at no charge, sends the proof inside 24 hours, and revises it until you sign off in writing. Nothing is produced before that signature, which is why what shows up matches what you expected.
Prefer hands-on? Build the design yourself in the Design Lab on real product photos, with the running price on screen while you work.
Here is what Bassett customers actually pay, starting from our light cotton tee. Every price includes a standard front print, and the number only moves down as the pack gets bigger.

Options price per piece: back prints at the listed rate (falling to $3 at 25 and $2 at 50), oversized full-body fronts at $3 under 25 pieces or $2 above, and 2XL-plus sizes at $6 under 25 pieces or $4 above. Every heavier garment keeps this same pack shape at its own numbers, and the Design Lab totals it live while you build.
The first step is just getting the idea out of your head: type it into the quote form or mock it up in the Design Lab, rough edges and all.
Twenty-four hours gets you a designer-built proof on the exact blank you chose. Iterate freely until it is right.
Your written approval is the gate. Until it exists, nothing prints; once it exists, exactly that design prints.
Production and shipping run 5 to 7 business days standard. Rush options exist and get quoted honestly against your date.
Art, thread colors, and size history stay archived, so the next season run starts with one email.
Delivery to Bassett addresses follows one simple clock: 5 to 7 business days including production, with tracking from the moment it leaves. Hit 100 pieces and the shipping line drops to zero.
Orders ship boxed and counted against your size roster, with tracking sent the day they leave. If anything arrives short or damaged, photograph it and send it over, and we correct it at our cost.
The extended-size rule fits in one line: add $6 per piece below 25 total, $4 per piece at 25 or more. The Design Lab applies it automatically.
Custom work does not come back: due to custom orders, all work is finalized and no returns are accepted. The protection is up front instead, a free proof that must be approved in writing before anything prints, so check sizing and art carefully at that stage.
Order ten, order fifty, order five hundred: 10 pieces is our floor, and for your Bassett crew, bigger packs simply pull the per-piece price down.
Best case: vector art (AI, SVG, EPS, PDF). Very good case: a 300 DPI transparent PNG. Worst case: a screenshot, which our designers redraw at no charge anyway.
We do, at the same pace as domestic orders. Deployed and overseas service members at APO and FPO addresses are covered alongside all 50 states.
Yes. The Design Lab shows live pack pricing, back print costs, size upcharges, and shipping as you build your design.
The standard clock is 5 to 7 business days covering both production and delivery. Many orders can run faster; name the date and we will confirm or decline honestly.
