Screen Printing in Beaver, OR.

From single pieces to full crew runs, Beaver gets screen printed gear with honest pricing and a 5 to 7 day door-to-door timeline.

Screen Printing delivered to Beaver

Beaver crews order screen printed gear from us because the numbers are public and the process is simple: free design help, a written proof within 24 hours, and delivery to any Beaver address in 5 to 7 business days.

All 0.4 square miles of Beaver sit inside our normal delivery map, tracked door to door. The same run covers the neighboring communities too: Hebo, OR (4 mi), Cloverdale, OR (6 mi), Pleasant Valley, OR (7 mi) all order from the same shop at the same published pricing. For the military community, Coast Guard Air Station Astoria sits about 63 miles away, well inside our normal unit-order routes.

No storefront visit required. Send a rough idea or finished art, a real designer builds the proof at no charge, and the finished gear ships straight to Beaver.

Because Hebo sits only 4 miles from Beaver, joint orders across town lines are common here: one proof, one pack price, two delivery stops if needed.

What Beaver gets screen printed

Event and fundraiser shirts

Runs, festivals, and booster fundraisers with published pricing so the margin math is done before the order form goes out. The second order takes two minutes because the first one is archived down to the thread color.

School and team spirit wear

Mixed youth and adult sizes in one run at one pack price. Youth and adult cuts run side by side in the same pack at the same price structure.

Reunion and anniversary runs

Era-correct designs drawn by our in-house team and printed for every generation of the crew. Rush timelines get quoted honestly. If we cannot hit the date, we say so before you pay a cent.

Bulk giveaway tees

High-count, budget-tier blanks with a clean one-color print that keeps cost per piece low. The proof comes first and it is free, so what arrives is exactly what you signed off on.

Unit and company shirt runs

Formation-wide runs are the bread and butter: single design, mixed sizes, pack rates that reward volume. Start from a napkin sketch if that is what you have. Turning rough into print ready is the job.

Business and crew uniform tees

Everyday workwear printed to survive the job site, the shop floor, and the industrial washer. Deadlines get treated like formation times, not suggestions.

Why order from a shop built for the military community

We built this company on a simple standard: print it like the name on it matters. For Beaver customers, that means honest timelines, real proofs, and no excuses on delivery day.

That standard cuts both ways. If your art needs work or your timeline is impossible, we tell you up front and offer the fix, because a bad shirt with our print on it costs us more than the order.

No sales call needed to get a number.

Upload art or add text in the Design Lab, set sizes and quantities, and the full estimate, shipping included, is on screen before you give anyone your email.

What to print it on

Garment choice makes or breaks the order. These are the blanks Beaver customers pick most, all designable online on real product photos.

Crewneck Sweatshirt

The clean-front fleece crew: 8.0oz, no pocket, no hood, maximum canvas for crests and block letters. Reorders match the first run exactly because we keep your art and specs on file.

Essential Light Tee

When the count is high, this 4.5oz ringspun blank keeps the math friendly: $12 a shirt at volume, front print included. We handle the art, the sizing spread, and the deadline. You handle handing them out.

Classic Cotton Tee

The standard. 5.3oz heavy cotton in more than 80 colors including military green, sand, and every heather. Holds shape wash after wash. Deadlines get treated like formation times, not suggestions.

Design help that costs nothing

Every order includes the design team. They rescue low-resolution logos, invent art from plain descriptions, and keep insignia and period typography accurate when the concept demands it. Twenty-four hours after you send the idea, the proof is in your inbox; as many revisions as it takes come free, and your written sign-off is what starts the presses.

Or open the Design Lab and lay the design out yourself, priced in real time on the exact blank.

05

Shipping and turnaround

The timeline to Beaver addresses is fixed and published: 5 to 7 business days door to door, production included. Shipping rates are flat, visible in the table, and free from 100 pieces.

Boxes get counted twice against the roster before they seal, and the tracking number reaches you the day of pickup. Damage or shortage claims are our expense and our rush.

Common questions

How long does shipping take?

Five to seven business days, all in, from approval to arrival. Rush exists for real deadlines and gets an honest yes or no up front.

Do you help with the design?

Design help is included free. Whatever you have, a napkin sketch, a faded shirt photo, a sentence, becomes a print-ready proof from a real designer within 24 hours.

Can you handle a large order for your Beaver crew?

Large orders are the specialty, not the exception: hundreds of mixed-size pieces, roster-counted boxes, one accountable contact.

How do 2XL and larger sizes work?

Sizes 2XL and up add $6 per piece under 25 total pieces, or $4 per piece at 25 or more. The Design Lab includes it in your estimate automatically.

What is your return policy?

Due to custom orders, all work is finalized and no returns are accepted. Double check sizing and artwork before submitting your order. Every order gets a free proof first, and nothing prints until you approve it in writing.

Is there a minimum order?

Order ten, order fifty, order five hundred: 10 pieces is our floor, and for your Beaver crew, bigger packs simply pull the per-piece price down.

What file types work best?

Vector files such as AI, SVG, EPS, and PDF are ideal. A 300 DPI PNG with a transparent background also prints clean. If all you have is a screenshot, we redraw it free.
