Screen Printing in Bettles, AK.

From single pieces to full crew runs, Bettles gets screen printed gear with honest pricing and a 5 to 7 day door-to-door timeline.

Screen Printing delivered to Bettles

Bettles crews order screen printed gear from us because the numbers are public and the process is simple: free design help, a written proof within 24 hours, and delivery to any Bettles address in 5 to 7 business days.

Census numbers put Bettles at a community of 24 on 1.6 square miles of Alaska, all of it covered by the same tracked shipping. If your people are spread out, that is fine: Evansville, AK (5 mi), Allakaket, AK (38 mi), Alatna, AK (43 mi) sit close enough that one order can outfit all of them. Fort Wainwright, around 180 miles from Bettles, anchors the local military community we print for every week.

Nothing here needs a storefront. Art goes in by phone or upload, a designer proofs it free, and the shipment lands in Bettles counted against your roster.

A typical week of screen printing orders from this corner of Alaska mixes Bettles crews with neighbors like Evansville, 5 miles over, all running through the same designer, the same proof cycle, and the same tracked delivery.

What Bettles gets screen printed

Event and fundraiser shirts

Event shirts priced before the first form is printed, so selling at a profit is arithmetic, not hope. A real designer, not an upload widget, checks every file before it goes near production.

School and team spirit wear

Mixed youth and adult sizes in one run at one pack price. What you approve in writing is what ships. That rule has no exceptions.

Reunion and anniversary runs

Reunion gear that gets the year right, drawn in-house and printed for every generation at once. Start from a napkin sketch if that is what you have. Turning rough into print ready is the job.

Bulk giveaway tees

High-count, budget-tier blanks with a clean one-color print that keeps cost per piece low. Ask for the honest option and you get it, even when it is the cheaper one.

Unit and company shirt runs

Formation-wide runs are the bread and butter: single design, mixed sizes, pack rates that reward volume. We handle the art, the sizing spread, and the deadline. You handle handing them out.

Business and crew uniform tees

Crew tees built for daily abuse: heavy blanks, cured ink, and reorders that match exactly. Bring a rough idea, even a phone photo of a whiteboard, and our designers make it print ready at no charge.

Why order from a shop built for the military community

We built this company on a simple standard: print it like the name on it matters. For Bettles customers, that means honest timelines, real proofs, and no excuses on delivery day.

Honesty runs in both directions here. A doomed timeline or a design that will disappoint gets called out early, with an alternative attached.

See your exact price in about ninety seconds.

Ninety seconds in the Design Lab gets you a complete number: garment, print, sizes, upcharges, and shipping, all before any contact form.

What to print it on

Start from the garment and the rest follows. Among Bettles customers, these three blanks carry most of the orders, each designable online on its real photos.

Essential Light Tee

When the count is high, this 4.5oz ringspun blank keeps the math friendly: $12 a shirt at volume, front print included. Mixed sizes and colors in one run are standard here, not a special request.

Classic Cotton Tee

The standard. 5.3oz heavy cotton in more than 80 colors including military green, sand, and every heather. Holds shape wash after wash. Start from a napkin sketch if that is what you have. Turning rough into print ready is the job.

Crewneck Sweatshirt

For big front art, nothing beats this 8.0oz crew with its uninterrupted printing field. Reorders match the first run exactly because we keep your art and specs on file.

05 //

The art department is included

Design help is not an upsell here, it is how orders start. Describe the concept in a sentence, attach whatever reference you have, and within 24 hours a real designer returns a proof drawn as clean vectors, era-correct where it matters. Revisions cost nothing and continue until the proof is right, and your written approval is the only thing that sends it to production.

The Design Lab is there when you want to drive: upload, place, and price the design yourself on the exact garment we print.

How it works, start to finish

01

Brief

Send the idea through the quote form or build it yourself in the Design Lab. A napkin sketch photographed on a phone counts, our designers have built full unit runs from less.

02

Proof

One day later the proof is in your inbox: your art, your garment, your colors, at true print scale. Revisions never cost a cent.

03

Approve

Nothing goes to press until you approve the proof in writing. What you sign off on is exactly what prints, that is the whole point of the proof.

04

Print and ship

From approval, count 5 to 7 business days to your door. If the event is sooner, ask about rush and get a straight yes or no.

05

Reorder

We archive your art and garment specs, which makes the second order a two minute conversation.

08 //

Shipping and turnaround

Every order ships tracked to Bettles addresses with standard production plus shipping at 5 to 7 business days. Free shipping kicks in at 100 pieces, and pack shipping rates below that are published, not surprises at checkout.

Boxes get counted twice against the roster before they seal, and the tracking number reaches you the day of pickup. Damage or shortage claims are our expense and our rush.

Common questions

How do 2XL and larger sizes work?

The extended-size rule fits in one line: add $6 per piece below 25 total, $4 per piece at 25 or more. The Design Lab applies it automatically.

What is your return policy?

Finality is the nature of custom work: no returns once it prints. Your protections live earlier in the process, in the free proof and the written approval that nothing skips.

Is there a minimum order?

The minimum order is 10 pieces. Your bettles crew can order ten today and a hundred next month; the packs just make each piece cheaper as the count grows.

What file types work best?

Best case: vector art (AI, SVG, EPS, PDF). Very good case: a 300 DPI transparent PNG. Worst case: a screenshot, which our designers redraw at no charge anyway.

Do you ship to APO and FPO addresses?

Yes. We ship to all 50 states and to APO and FPO addresses for deployed and overseas service members.

Can I see the price before I talk to anyone?

Yes. The Design Lab shows live pack pricing, back print costs, size upcharges, and shipping as you build your design.

How long does shipping take?

The standard clock is 5 to 7 business days covering both production and delivery. Many orders can run faster; name the date and we will confirm or decline honestly.
