Screen Printing delivered to Burke

Burke crews order screen printed gear from us because the numbers are public and the process is simple: free design help, a written proof within 24 hours, and delivery to any Burke address in 5 to 7 business days.

With a community of 697 spread over 2.8 square miles, Burke gets the same flat delivery promise as everywhere else we serve: 5 to 7 business days to any door. The same run covers the neighboring communities too: Diboll, TX (3 mi), Hudson, TX (6 mi), Lufkin, TX (6 mi) all order from the same shop at the same published pricing. For the military community, Fort Johnson sits about 88 miles away, well inside our normal unit-order routes.

The whole process runs remote: rough idea in, free designer-built proof back, written approval, and finished gear delivered to Burke.

Because Diboll sits only 3 miles from Burke, joint orders across town lines are common here: one proof, one pack price, two delivery stops if needed.

What Burke gets screen printed

School and team spirit wear

Mixed youth and adult sizes in one run at one pack price. Start from a napkin sketch if that is what you have. Turning rough into print ready is the job.

Reunion and anniversary runs

Anniversary shirts with the type and insignia matched to the era they honor. What you approve in writing is what ships. That rule has no exceptions.

Bulk giveaway tees

Giveaway runs engineered to a number: budget blank, single color, maximum count. A real designer, not an upload widget, checks every file before it goes near production.

Unit and company shirt runs

Formation-wide runs are the bread and butter: single design, mixed sizes, pack rates that reward volume. Start from a napkin sketch if that is what you have. Turning rough into print ready is the job.

Business and crew uniform tees

Everyday workwear printed to survive the job site, the shop floor, and the industrial washer. We handle the art, the sizing spread, and the deadline. You handle handing them out.

Event and fundraiser shirts

Fundraiser tees where the committee knows its margin up front, because every pack price is public. Mixed sizes and colors in one run are standard here, not a special request.

Why order from a shop built for the military community

Serving the military community is not a marketing line here, it is the operating system. Burke customers deal with one accountable person, get dates that mean something, and receive work held to a uniform standard.

That standard cuts both ways. If your art needs work or your timeline is impossible, we tell you up front and offer the fix, because a bad shirt with our print on it costs us more than the order.

See your exact price in about ninety seconds.

The Design Lab puts your art on the real garment, takes your size counts, and totals the whole order, shipping included, without asking who you are.

04 //

What to print it on

Garment choice makes or breaks the order. These are the blanks Burke customers pick most, all designable online on real product photos.

Crewneck Sweatshirt

The clean-front fleece crew: 8.0oz, no pocket, no hood, maximum canvas for crests and block letters. Rush timelines get quoted honestly. If we cannot hit the date, we say so before you pay a cent.

Essential Light Tee

Big-run economics start here: light ringspun cotton from $12 at volume, with the front print already in the price. Ask for the honest option and you get it, even when it is the cheaper one.

Classic Cotton Tee

The default unit shirt: heavy cotton, an 80-color palette, and a fit that survives the wash cycle. If a design will not print well at the size you want, you hear that before money changes hands.

Design help that costs nothing

Every order includes the design team. They rescue low-resolution logos, invent art from plain descriptions, and keep insignia and period typography accurate when the concept demands it. Twenty-four hours after you send the idea, the proof is in your inbox; as many revisions as it takes come free, and your written sign-off is what starts the presses.

Or open the Design Lab and lay the design out yourself, priced in real time on the exact blank.

06 //

What it costs

Start the budget from the real numbers: published light cotton tee packs, front print built into every figure Burke customers see.

QuantityPack pricePer shirtShippingAdd back print

15 pack$250$16.67 ea$18$4 ea
20 pack$320$16 ea$20.99$4 ea

Three add-ons exist and all are flat per piece: the back print at the table rate ($3 from 25 pieces, $2 from 50), the oversized front at $3 or $2 depending on quantity, and extended sizes at $6 or $4. Nothing else gets added. The Design Lab applies every rule automatically, and the written quote confirms the total before anything is charged.

How it works, start to finish

01

Brief

The first step is just getting the idea out of your head: type it into the quote form or mock it up in the Design Lab, rough edges and all.

02

Proof

A real designer, not an algorithm, sends your proof within 24 hours. You change it as many times as it takes to be right.

03

Approve

Your written approval is the gate. Until it exists, nothing prints; once it exists, exactly that design prints.

04

Print and ship

Five to seven business days covers printing and delivery. Tight timeline? Rush gets a truthful quote, not a hopeful one.

05

Reorder

Your art and specs stay on file, so reorders match the first run exactly, down to the ink.

08 //

Shipping and turnaround

Production plus shipping to Burke addresses runs 5 to 7 business days standard, tracked the whole way. Shipping is free at 100 pieces and flat rated below that, exactly as shown in the pricing table above.

Every box leaves counted, tracked, and matched to your roster. Shortages and shipping damage are on us to fix, fast, because delivery day is the only day the customer remembers.

Common questions

How long does shipping take?

Count 5 to 7 business days from approval to doorstep, production included. Tighter date? Ask about rush and you get a straight answer before paying.

Do you help with the design?

Included with every order: a designer turns whatever you send into print-ready art, proofs it within 24 hours, and revises free until approved.

Can you handle a large order for your Burke crew?

Yes. Runs in the hundreds of pieces with mixed sizes and colors are our normal work, managed by one point of contact from proof to delivery.

How do 2XL and larger sizes work?

Extended sizes carry a flat per-piece add: $6 when the order is under 25 pieces, $4 once it reaches 25. The estimate in the Design Lab applies it for you.

What is your return policy?

There are no returns on custom orders; once printed, the work is final. That is exactly why production never starts without your written approval of a free proof, and why the size roster deserves a second look before you submit.

Is there a minimum order?

The minimum order is 10 pieces. Your burke crew can order ten today and a hundred next month; the packs just make each piece cheaper as the count grows.
