From single pieces to full crew runs, Coats gets screen printed gear with honest pricing and a 5 to 7 day door-to-door timeline.

Screen Printing delivered to Coats

Coats crews order screen printed gear from us because the numbers are public and the process is simple: free design help, a written proof within 24 hours, and delivery to any Coats address in 5 to 7 business days.

Census numbers put Coats at about 2,300 people on 1.5 square miles of North Carolina, all of it covered by the same tracked shipping. Nearby crews are already in the coverage circle, with Buies Creek, NC (4 mi), Erwin, NC (6 mi), Dunn, NC (7 mi) sharing the identical pack rates and timelines. For the military community, Fort Liberty sits about 28 miles away, well inside our normal unit-order routes.

Nothing here needs a storefront. Art goes in by phone or upload, a designer proofs it free, and the shipment lands in Coats counted against your roster.

Screen Printing demand around Coats does not stop at the town line. Crews from Buies Creek (4 miles out) order through the same process, which is why coverage is priced by pack, never by zip code.

What Coats gets screen printed

Event and fundraiser shirts

Runs, festivals, and booster fundraisers with published pricing so the margin math is done before the order form goes out. Mixed sizes and colors in one run are standard here, not a special request.

School and team spirit wear

Youth smalls through adult 5XL in a single pack at a single rate. Youth and adult cuts run side by side in the same pack at the same price structure.

Reunion and anniversary runs

Anniversary shirts with the type and insignia matched to the era they honor. Start from a napkin sketch if that is what you have. Turning rough into print ready is the job.

Bulk giveaway tees

When the count is high and the budget is fixed, light blanks and one-color prints deliver. Deadlines get treated like formation times, not suggestions.

Unit and company shirt runs

Formation-wide runs are the bread and butter: single design, mixed sizes, pack rates that reward volume. A real designer, not an upload widget, checks every file before it goes near production.

Business and crew uniform tees

Everyday workwear printed to survive the job site, the shop floor, and the industrial washer. Mixed sizes and colors in one run are standard here, not a special request.

Why order from a shop built for the military community

Serving the military community is not a marketing line here, it is the operating system. Coats customers deal with one accountable person, get dates that mean something, and receive work held to a uniform standard.

The same discipline applies inward: an unrealistic date or a design that will not print well gets flagged before you commit, not explained after.

No sales call needed to get a number.

Upload art or add text in the Design Lab, set sizes and quantities, and the full estimate, shipping included, is on screen before you give anyone your email.

What to print it on

Garment choice makes or breaks the order. These are the blanks Coats customers pick most, all designable online on real product photos.

Classic Cotton Tee

The standard. 5.3oz heavy cotton in more than 80 colors including military green, sand, and every heather. Holds shape wash after wash. What you approve in writing is what ships. That rule has no exceptions.

Crewneck Sweatshirt

The clean-front fleece crew: 8.0oz, no pocket, no hood, maximum canvas for crests and block letters. If a design will not print well at the size you want, you hear that before money changes hands.

Essential Light Tee

When the count is high, this 4.5oz ringspun blank keeps the math friendly: $12 a shirt at volume, front print included. The second order takes two minutes because the first one is archived down to the thread color.

05 //

The art department is included

Design help is not an upsell here, it is how orders start. Describe the concept in a sentence, attach whatever reference you have, and within 24 hours a real designer returns a proof drawn as clean vectors, era-correct where it matters. Revisions cost nothing and continue until the proof is right, and your written approval is the only thing that sends it to production.

The Design Lab is there when you want to drive: upload, place, and price the design yourself on the exact garment we print.

What it costs

Budget planning for Coats customers starts with real numbers. This is our light cotton tee pack pricing with the front print already included.

Add-on pricing is deliberately boring: back print per the table (later $3, then $2), oversize front $3 or $2 by volume, extended sizes $6 or $4 by volume. That is the complete list, and the Design Lab computes it live before any quote is written.

How it works, start to finish

01

Brief

The first step is just getting the idea out of your head: type it into the quote form or mock it up in the Design Lab, rough edges and all.

02

Proof

Twenty-four hours gets you a designer-built proof on the exact blank you chose. Iterate freely until it is right.

03

Approve

Your written approval is the gate. Until it exists, nothing prints; once it exists, exactly that design prints.

04

Print and ship

Production and shipping run 5 to 7 business days standard. Rush options exist and get quoted honestly against your date.

05

Reorder

Art, thread colors, and size history stay archived, so the next season run starts with one email.

08 //

Shipping and turnaround

The timeline to Coats addresses is fixed and published: 5 to 7 business days door to door, production included. Shipping rates are flat, visible in the table, and free from 100 pieces.

The roster is the packing list: every size counted into the box, tracking issued at pickup, and any shortage or transit damage made right at our cost without argument.

Common questions

How do 2XL and larger sizes work?

Simple math: 2XL and up cost $6 more per piece on small orders and $4 more per piece from 25 pieces. No other size fees exist, and the Design Lab totals it live.

What is your return policy?

Due to custom orders, all work is finalized and no returns are accepted. Double check sizing and artwork before submitting your order. Every order gets a free proof first, and nothing prints until you approve it in writing.

Is there a minimum order?

Order ten, order fifty, order five hundred: 10 pieces is our floor, and for your Coats crew, bigger packs simply pull the per-piece price down.

What file types work best?

Vector files such as AI, SVG, EPS, and PDF are ideal. A 300 DPI PNG with a transparent background also prints clean. If all you have is a screenshot, we redraw it free.

Do you ship to APO and FPO addresses?

We do, at the same pace as domestic orders. Deployed and overseas service members at APO and FPO addresses are covered alongside all 50 states.

Can I see the price before I talk to anyone?

Completely. Build the design in the Design Lab and the full order total sits on screen the whole time; no email, no call, no waiting.

How long does shipping take?

The standard clock is 5 to 7 business days covering both production and delivery. Many orders can run faster; name the date and we will confirm or decline honestly.
