Screen Printing for Colt: free 24-hour proofs, published pack pricing, and tracked delivery in 5 to 7 business days.
The workhorse method: vibrant plastisol or water-based ink pressed through mesh, one color at a time. Best price per shirt at volume and prints that survive hundreds of washes. For Colt, that comes with published pack pricing and door delivery in 5 to 7 business days.
With a community of 284 spread over 1.3 square miles, Colt gets the same flat delivery promise as everywhere else we serve: 5 to 7 business days to any door. If your people are spread out, that is fine: Caldwell, AR (4 mi), Wynne, AR (7 mi), Forrest City, AR (8 mi) sit close enough that one order can outfit all of them. For the military community, NSA Mid-South sits about 53 miles away, well inside our normal unit-order routes.
No storefront visit required. Send a rough idea or finished art, a real designer builds the proof at no charge, and the finished gear ships straight to Colt.
A typical week of screen printing orders from this corner of Arkansas mixes Colt crews with neighbors like Caldwell, 4 miles over, all running through the same designer, the same proof cycle, and the same tracked delivery.
Youth smalls through adult 5XL in a single pack at a single rate. The second order takes two minutes because the first one is archived down to the thread color.
Era-correct designs drawn by our in-house team and printed for every generation of the crew. Rush timelines get quoted honestly. If we cannot hit the date, we say so before you pay a cent.
Giveaway runs engineered to a number: budget blank, single color, maximum count. One point of contact owns your order from first proof to delivery confirmation.
One design across the whole formation, printed at pack pricing that drops as the count climbs. We handle the art, the sizing spread, and the deadline. You handle handing them out.
Uniform shirts that still look issued after a season of job-site laundry cycles. Packs mix garment colors freely, so squads, shifts, or grade levels can each get their own.
Fundraiser tees where the committee knows its margin up front, because every pack price is public. Bring a rough idea, even a phone photo of a whiteboard, and our designers make it print ready at no charge.
Serving the military community is not a marketing line here, it is the operating system. Colt customers deal with one accountable person, get dates that mean something, and receive work held to a uniform standard.
The same discipline applies inward: an unrealistic date or a design that will not print well gets flagged before you commit, not explained after.
The Design Lab puts your art on the real garment, takes your size counts, and totals the whole order, shipping included, without asking who you are.
Start from the garment and the rest follows. Among Colt customers, these three blanks carry most of the orders, each designable online on its real photos.
The default unit shirt: heavy cotton, an 80-color palette, and a fit that survives the wash cycle. If a design will not print well at the size you want, you hear that before money changes hands.
An 8.0oz fleece crew with a clean uninterrupted front, the best canvas we stock for big crests and old school block lettering. A real designer, not an upload widget, checks every file before it goes near production.
When the count is high, this 4.5oz ringspun blank keeps the math friendly: $12 a shirt at volume, front print included. We handle the art, the sizing spread, and the deadline. You handle handing them out.
The gap between what you have and what a press needs is our designers job to close, free with any order. Whatever the starting point, the output is the same: clean vectors, correct insignia, a proof within 24 hours, and unlimited revisions until you approve it in writing. Only then does anything print.
The Design Lab offers the self-serve path, with your art positioned on real product photos and the total priced as you go.
Here is what Colt customers actually pay, starting from our light cotton tee. Every price includes a standard front print, and the number only moves down as the pack gets bigger.
| Order size | Pack total | Cost per piece | Freight | Back side |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| 10 pack | $180 | $18 ea | $18 | $4 ea |
| 15 pack | $250 | $16.67 ea | $18 | $4 ea |
| 20 pack | $320 | $16 ea | $20.99 | $4 ea |
| 25 pack | $375 | $15 ea | $20.99 | $3 ea |
| 50 pack | $700 | $14 ea | $22.99 | $2 ea |

Add-on pricing is deliberately boring: back print per the table (later $3, then $2), oversize front $3 or $2 by volume, extended sizes $6 or $4 by volume. That is the complete list, and the Design Lab computes it live before any quote is written.
Start in the Design Lab on the exact garment we print, or send whatever you have through the quote form. Rough ideas are welcome, that is what the free design service is for.
Twenty-four hours gets you a designer-built proof on the exact blank you chose. Iterate freely until it is right.
The press does not move without your written yes. It is the single checkpoint that makes the no-returns policy fair.
Five to seven business days covers printing and delivery. Tight timeline? Rush gets a truthful quote, not a hopeful one.
The specs live in our archive permanently: same art, same colors, same result, on demand.
Count 5 to 7 business days, production included, for tracked delivery to Colt addresses. At 100 pieces shipping costs nothing; under that, the flat rates in the table are the whole story.
Boxes get counted twice against the roster before they seal, and the tracking number reaches you the day of pickup. Damage or shortage claims are our expense and our rush.
Included with every order: a designer turns whatever you send into print-ready art, proofs it within 24 hours, and revises free until approved.
Large runs are the core business: hundreds of pieces, mixed sizes, multiple colors, one named contact who owns it from first proof to the delivery scan.
Sizes 2XL and up add $6 per piece under 25 total pieces, or $4 per piece at 25 or more. The Design Lab includes it in your estimate automatically.
Custom work does not come back: due to custom orders, all work is finalized and no returns are accepted. The protection is up front instead, a free proof that must be approved in writing before anything prints, so check sizing and art carefully at that stage.
The minimum order is 10 pieces. Your colt crew can order ten today and a hundred next month; the packs just make each piece cheaper as the count grows.
File quality is our problem, not yours: vectors are ideal, 300 DPI PNGs work, and weak files get redrawn at no charge.
