From single pieces to full crew runs, Cuero gets screen printed gear with honest pricing and a 5 to 7 day door-to-door timeline.
The workhorse method: vibrant plastisol or water-based ink pressed through mesh, one color at a time. Best price per shirt at volume and prints that survive hundreds of washes. For Cuero, that comes with published pack pricing and door delivery in 5 to 7 business days.
Cuero is home to about 8,200 people across 6.6 square miles, and every one of those addresses is inside our standard 5 to 7 day delivery window. If your people are spread out, that is fine: Yorktown, TX (16 mi), Yoakum, TX (16 mi), Nordheim, TX (23 mi) sit close enough that one order can outfit all of them. Lackland Air Force Base, around 79 miles from Cuero, anchors the local military community we print for every week.
The whole process runs remote: rough idea in, free designer-built proof back, written approval, and finished gear delivered to Cuero.
Screen Printing demand around Cuero does not stop at the town line. Crews from Yorktown (16 miles out) order through the same process, which is why coverage is priced by pack, never by zip code.
Mixed youth and adult sizes in one run at one pack price. Mixed sizes and colors in one run are standard here, not a special request.
Anniversary shirts with the type and insignia matched to the era they honor. Bring a rough idea, even a phone photo of a whiteboard, and our designers make it print ready at no charge.
High-count, budget-tier blanks with a clean one-color print that keeps cost per piece low. Bring a rough idea, even a phone photo of a whiteboard, and our designers make it print ready at no charge.
The whole roster in one run, one design, with the per-piece price falling at every pack break. Deadlines get treated like formation times, not suggestions.
Uniform shirts that still look issued after a season of job-site laundry cycles. We handle the art, the sizing spread, and the deadline. You handle handing them out.
Runs, festivals, and booster fundraisers with published pricing so the margin math is done before the order form goes out. Reorders match the first run exactly because we keep your art and specs on file.
This shop exists for the military community, and it shows in how orders run. Deadlines are treated like formation times, proofs are honest instead of optimistic, and when Cuero customers call, a person who owns the order answers.
Honesty runs in both directions here. A doomed timeline or a design that will disappoint gets called out early, with an alternative attached.
The Design Lab puts your art on the real garment, takes your size counts, and totals the whole order, shipping included, without asking who you are.
Start from the garment and the rest follows. Among Cuero customers, these three blanks carry most of the orders, each designable online on its real photos.
Eighty-plus colors of 5.3oz heavy cotton, from military green to every heather, that keeps its shape through the laundry years. Start from a napkin sketch if that is what you have. Turning rough into print ready is the job.
For big front art, nothing beats this 8.0oz crew with its uninterrupted printing field. Bring a rough idea, even a phone photo of a whiteboard, and our designers make it print ready at no charge.
Big-run economics start here: light ringspun cotton from $12 at volume, with the front print already in the price. What you approve in writing is what ships. That rule has no exceptions.
Finished files are welcome but never required. A faded photo, a hand sketch, or three sentences of description all become professional vector art at no charge, proofed back to you within a day. The revision count is unlimited, the approval is in writing, and production does not move an inch until that approval exists.
Hands-on types can skip the wait entirely: the Design Lab puts your art on the actual garment with the price updating live.
The table below is the actual price list Cuero customers order from, light cotton tee, front print included, no asterisks.
| Pieces | Total | Each | Ship | Back print add |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| 10 pieces | $180 | $18 ea | $18 | $4 ea |
| 15 pieces | $250 | $16.67 ea | $18 | $4 ea |
| 20 pieces | $320 | $16 ea | $20.99 | $4 ea |
| 25 pieces | $375 | $15 ea | $20.99 | $3 ea |
| 50 pieces | $700 | $14 ea | $22.99 | $2 ea |
| 100 pieces | $1200 | $12 ea | FREE | $2 ea |
Beyond the table, the only extras are per-piece and public: back prints at the listed rate stepping down to $3 then $2, oversized fronts at $3 dropping to $2, and 2XL-plus at $6 dropping to $4. The Design Lab does this arithmetic for you in real time.
Start in the Design Lab on the exact garment we print, or send whatever you have through the quote form. Rough ideas are welcome, that is what the free design service is for.
One day later the proof is in your inbox: your art, your garment, your colors, at true print scale. Revisions never cost a cent.
The press does not move without your written yes. It is the single checkpoint that makes the no-returns policy fair.
Five to seven business days covers printing and delivery. Tight timeline? Rush gets a truthful quote, not a hopeful one.
Everything about the run gets archived, which turns every future reorder into a one-line email.
Count 5 to 7 business days, production included, for tracked delivery to Cuero addresses. At 100 pieces shipping costs nothing; under that, the flat rates in the table are the whole story.
Boxes get counted twice against the roster before they seal, and the tracking number reaches you the day of pickup. Damage or shortage claims are our expense and our rush.
Yes. Runs in the hundreds of pieces with mixed sizes and colors are our normal work, managed by one point of contact from proof to delivery.
The extended-size rule fits in one line: add $6 per piece below 25 total, $4 per piece at 25 or more. The Design Lab applies it automatically.
Custom work does not come back: due to custom orders, all work is finalized and no returns are accepted. The protection is up front instead, a free proof that must be approved in writing before anything prints, so check sizing and art carefully at that stage.
The minimum order is 10 pieces. Your cuero crew can order ten today and a hundred next month; the packs just make each piece cheaper as the count grows.
Send whatever exists. Vectors print perfectly, high resolution PNGs print clean, and anything below that gets redrawn free by the design team before it goes near a press.
Deployed addresses are first-class here: APO and FPO ship on the standard timeline, right alongside all 50 states.
