From single pieces to full crew runs, Dugway gets screen printed gear with honest pricing and a 5 to 7 day door-to-door timeline.
The workhorse method: vibrant plastisol or water-based ink pressed through mesh, one color at a time. Best price per shirt at volume and prints that survive hundreds of washes. For Dugway, that comes with published pack pricing and door delivery in 5 to 7 business days.
All 5.2 square miles of Dugway sit inside our normal delivery map, tracked door to door. The same run covers the neighboring communities too: Rush Valley, UT (18 mi), Vernon, UT (19 mi), Stockton, UT (25 mi) all order from the same shop at the same published pricing. Camp Williams, around 46 miles from Dugway, anchors the local military community we print for every week.
The whole process runs remote: rough idea in, free designer-built proof back, written approval, and finished gear delivered to Dugway.
Screen Printing demand around Dugway does not stop at the town line. Crews from Rush Valley (18 miles out) order through the same process, which is why coverage is priced by pack, never by zip code.
Uniform shirts that still look issued after a season of job-site laundry cycles. What you approve in writing is what ships. That rule has no exceptions.
Event shirts priced before the first form is printed, so selling at a profit is arithmetic, not hope. Packs mix garment colors freely, so squads, shifts, or grade levels can each get their own.
Youth smalls through adult 5XL in a single pack at a single rate. Mixed sizes and colors in one run are standard here, not a special request.
Era-correct designs drawn by our in-house team and printed for every generation of the crew. Start from a napkin sketch if that is what you have. Turning rough into print ready is the job.
High-count, budget-tier blanks with a clean one-color print that keeps cost per piece low. We handle the art, the sizing spread, and the deadline. You handle handing them out.
Formation-wide runs are the bread and butter: single design, mixed sizes, pack rates that reward volume. The proof comes first and it is free, so what arrives is exactly what you signed off on.
The shop runs on habits borrowed from the people we serve: accountability by name, honest reporting, and deadlines that do not slide. Dugway customers feel the difference on the first order.
Honesty runs in both directions here. A doomed timeline or a design that will disappoint gets called out early, with an alternative attached.
Upload art or add text in the Design Lab, set sizes and quantities, and the full estimate, shipping included, is on screen before you give anyone your email.
Garment choice makes or breaks the order. These are the blanks Dugway customers pick most, all designable online on real product photos.
The default unit shirt: heavy cotton, an 80-color palette, and a fit that survives the wash cycle. What you approve in writing is what ships. That rule has no exceptions.
The clean-front fleece crew: 8.0oz, no pocket, no hood, maximum canvas for crests and block letters. Start from a napkin sketch if that is what you have. Turning rough into print ready is the job.
The budget workhorse for big runs. 4.5oz light ringspun cotton that keeps a 100 piece order affordable, from $12 a shirt at volume with the front print included. What you approve in writing is what ships. That rule has no exceptions.
Half the orders we take begin as a phone photo of a sketch, an old shirt, or a sentence describing the idea. A designer turns that into print-ready vector art at no charge, sends the proof inside 24 hours, and revises it until you sign off in writing. Nothing is produced before that signature, which is why what shows up matches what you expected.
Prefer hands-on? Build the design yourself in the Design Lab on real product photos, with the running price on screen while you work.
No mystery pricing. These are the published packs on our light cotton tee, front print included, and Dugway customers watch the per piece cost fall as quantity climbs.

Beyond the table, the only extras are per-piece and public: back prints at the listed rate stepping down to $3 then $2, oversized fronts at $3 dropping to $2, and 2XL-plus at $6 dropping to $4. The Design Lab does this arithmetic for you in real time.
Kick it off however suits you: describe the concept in the quote form or drop your art straight into the Design Lab. Polish is not required at this stage.
A real designer, not an algorithm, sends your proof within 24 hours. You change it as many times as it takes to be right.
Production waits for one thing only: your written sign-off on the proof. That signature is the contract for exactly what prints.
Production and shipping run 5 to 7 business days standard. Rush options exist and get quoted honestly against your date.
We archive your art and garment specs, which makes the second order a two minute conversation.
Every order ships tracked to Dugway addresses with standard production plus shipping at 5 to 7 business days. Free shipping kicks in at 100 pieces, and pack shipping rates below that are published, not surprises at checkout.
Before sealing, every carton is counted against the size roster, and tracking goes out the same day. Anything short or damaged gets replaced at our cost on an expedited timeline.
Absolutely. Bulk is where pack pricing shines, and big mixed-size runs ship counted against your roster with a single person accountable for the date.
The extended-size rule fits in one line: add $6 per piece below 25 total, $4 per piece at 25 or more. The Design Lab applies it automatically.
Custom work does not come back: due to custom orders, all work is finalized and no returns are accepted. The protection is up front instead, a free proof that must be approved in writing before anything prints, so check sizing and art carefully at that stage.
Order ten, order fifty, order five hundred: 10 pieces is our floor, and for your Dugway crew, bigger packs simply pull the per-piece price down.
Send whatever exists. Vectors print perfectly, high resolution PNGs print clean, and anything below that gets redrawn free by the design team before it goes near a press.
Yes. We ship to all 50 states and to APO and FPO addresses for deployed and overseas service members.
