Screen Printing in Easton, MD.

From single pieces to full crew runs, Easton gets screen printed gear with honest pricing and a 5 to 7 day door-to-door timeline.

Screen Printing delivered to Easton

The workhorse method: vibrant plastisol or water-based ink pressed through mesh, one color at a time. Best price per shirt at volume and prints that survive hundreds of washes. For Easton, that comes with published pack pricing and door delivery in 5 to 7 business days.

Census numbers put Easton at about 17,000 people on 11.5 square miles of Maryland, all of it covered by the same tracked shipping. If your people are spread out, that is fine: Cordova, MD (7 mi), Trappe, MD (8 mi), Oxford, MD (8 mi) sit close enough that one order can outfit all of them. The closest major installation is Naval Academy Annapolis, roughly 27 miles out, and unit orders from there run through this same process daily.

No storefront visit required. Send a rough idea or finished art, a real designer builds the proof at no charge, and the finished gear ships straight to Easton.

Screen Printing demand around Easton does not stop at the town line. Crews from Cordova (7 miles out) order through the same process, which is why coverage is priced by pack, never by zip code.

What Easton gets screen printed

Reunion and anniversary runs

Reunion gear that gets the year right, drawn in-house and printed for every generation at once. The proof comes first and it is free, so what arrives is exactly what you signed off on.

Bulk giveaway tees

When the count is high and the budget is fixed, light blanks and one-color prints deliver. Packs mix garment colors freely, so squads, shifts, or grade levels can each get their own.

Unit and company shirt runs

One design across the whole formation, printed at pack pricing that drops as the count climbs. One point of contact owns your order from first proof to delivery confirmation.

Business and crew uniform tees

Everyday workwear printed to survive the job site, the shop floor, and the industrial washer. What you approve in writing is what ships. That rule has no exceptions.

Event and fundraiser shirts

Event shirts priced before the first form is printed, so selling at a profit is arithmetic, not hope. Deadlines get treated like formation times, not suggestions.

School and team spirit wear

Mixed youth and adult sizes in one run at one pack price. One point of contact owns your order from first proof to delivery confirmation.

Why order from a shop built for the military community

We built this company on a simple standard: print it like the name on it matters. For Easton customers, that means honest timelines, real proofs, and no excuses on delivery day.

Part of the job is refusing bad orders. When the art, the garment, or the date is wrong, saying so before you pay is the service.

See your exact price in about ninety seconds.

Ninety seconds in the Design Lab gets you a complete number: garment, print, sizes, upcharges, and shipping, all before any contact form.

What to print it on

Start from the garment and the rest follows. Among Easton customers, these three blanks carry most of the orders, each designable online on its real photos.

Crewneck Sweatshirt

For big front art, nothing beats this 8.0oz crew with its uninterrupted printing field. Ask for the honest option and you get it, even when it is the cheaper one.

Essential Light Tee

The budget workhorse for big runs. 4.5oz light ringspun cotton that keeps a 100 piece order affordable, from $12 a shirt at volume with the front print included. Every price is published before you talk to a person, so the budget math happens on your terms.

Classic Cotton Tee

The standard. 5.3oz heavy cotton in more than 80 colors including military green, sand, and every heather. Holds shape wash after wash. One point of contact owns your order from first proof to delivery confirmation.

From rough idea to press-ready

The gap between what you have and what a press needs is our designers job to close, free with any order. Whatever the starting point, the output is the same: clean vectors, correct insignia, a proof within 24 hours, and unlimited revisions until you approve it in writing. Only then does anything print.

The Design Lab offers the self-serve path, with your art positioned on real product photos and the total priced as you go.

How it works, start to finish

01

Brief

The first step is just getting the idea out of your head: type it into the quote form or mock it up in the Design Lab, rough edges and all.

02

Proof

The proof arrives inside a day, drawn at print size on your chosen garment and color. Change anything, as often as needed, at no cost.

03

Approve

Nothing goes to press until you approve the proof in writing. What you sign off on is exactly what prints, that is the whole point of the proof.

04

Print and ship

Five to seven business days covers printing and delivery. Tight timeline? Rush gets a truthful quote, not a hopeful one.

05

Reorder

The specs live in our archive permanently: same art, same colors, same result, on demand.

08 //

Shipping and turnaround

Count 5 to 7 business days, production included, for tracked delivery to Easton addresses. At 100 pieces shipping costs nothing; under that, the flat rates in the table are the whole story.

Orders ship boxed and counted against your size roster, with tracking sent the day they leave. If anything arrives short or damaged, photograph it and send it over, and we correct it at our cost.

Common questions

What is your return policy?

There are no returns on custom orders; once printed, the work is final. That is exactly why production never starts without your written approval of a free proof, and why the size roster deserves a second look before you submit.

Is there a minimum order?

The minimum order is 10 pieces. Your easton crew can order ten today and a hundred next month; the packs just make each piece cheaper as the count grows.

What file types work best?

Vector files such as AI, SVG, EPS, and PDF are ideal. A 300 DPI PNG with a transparent background also prints clean. If all you have is a screenshot, we redraw it free.

Do you ship to APO and FPO addresses?

Yes, APO and FPO delivery is standard here, not an exception, and every state in the country ships the same way.

Can I see the price before I talk to anyone?

Completely. Build the design in the Design Lab and the full order total sits on screen the whole time; no email, no call, no waiting.

How long does shipping take?

Five to seven business days, all in, from approval to arrival. Rush exists for real deadlines and gets an honest yes or no up front.

Do you help with the design?

Design help is included free. Whatever you have, a napkin sketch, a faded shirt photo, a sentence, becomes a print-ready proof from a real designer within 24 hours.
