Screen Printing for Farley: free 24-hour proofs, published pack pricing, and tracked delivery in 5 to 7 business days.
The workhorse method: vibrant plastisol or water-based ink pressed through mesh, one color at a time. Best price per shirt at volume and prints that survive hundreds of washes. For Farley, that comes with published pack pricing and door delivery in 5 to 7 business days.
With about 1,700 people spread over 1.6 square miles, Farley gets the same flat delivery promise as everywhere else we serve: 5 to 7 business days to any door. If your people are spread out, that is fine: Epworth, IA (4 mi), Bankston, IA (5 mi), Dyersville, IA (6 mi) sit close enough that one order can outfit all of them. For the military community, Rock Island Arsenal sits about 71 miles away, well inside our normal unit-order routes.
No storefront visit required. Send a rough idea or finished art, a real designer builds the proof at no charge, and the finished gear ships straight to Farley.
Screen Printing demand around Farley does not stop at the town line. Crews from Epworth (4 miles out) order through the same process, which is why coverage is priced by pack, never by zip code.
Fundraiser tees where the committee knows its margin up front, because every pack price is public. One point of contact owns your order from first proof to delivery confirmation.
Youth smalls through adult 5XL in a single pack at a single rate. The proof comes first and it is free, so what arrives is exactly what you signed off on.
Reunion gear that gets the year right, drawn in-house and printed for every generation at once. Nobody chases an order here. Your contact tells you where it stands before you have to ask.
Giveaway runs engineered to a number: budget blank, single color, maximum count. Packs mix garment colors freely, so squads, shifts, or grade levels can each get their own.
The whole roster in one run, one design, with the per-piece price falling at every pack break. Mixed sizes and colors in one run are standard here, not a special request.
Everyday workwear printed to survive the job site, the shop floor, and the industrial washer. Start from a napkin sketch if that is what you have. Turning rough into print ready is the job.
The shop runs on habits borrowed from the people we serve: accountability by name, honest reporting, and deadlines that do not slide. Farley customers feel the difference on the first order.
It also means we say no when we should. If a design will not print well at the size you want, or a date cannot be hit, you hear it before you spend money, not after.
Upload art or add text in the Design Lab, set sizes and quantities, and the full estimate, shipping included, is on screen before you give anyone your email.
Start from the garment and the rest follows. Among Farley customers, these three blanks carry most of the orders, each designable online on its real photos.
An 8.0oz fleece crew with a clean uninterrupted front, the best canvas we stock for big crests and old school block lettering. Every price is published before you talk to a person, so the budget math happens on your terms.
The budget workhorse for big runs. 4.5oz light ringspun cotton that keeps a 100 piece order affordable, from $12 a shirt at volume with the front print included. If a design will not print well at the size you want, you hear that before money changes hands.
The default unit shirt: heavy cotton, an 80-color palette, and a fit that survives the wash cycle. Ask for the honest option and you get it, even when it is the cheaper one.
Half the orders we take begin as a phone photo of a sketch, an old shirt, or a sentence describing the idea. A designer turns that into print-ready vector art at no charge, sends the proof inside 24 hours, and revises it until you sign off in writing. Nothing is produced before that signature, which is why what shows up matches what you expected.
Prefer hands-on? Build the design yourself in the Design Lab on real product photos, with the running price on screen while you work.
Here is what Farley customers actually pay, starting from our light cotton tee. Every price includes a standard front print, and the number only moves down as the pack gets bigger.

Beyond the table, the only extras are per-piece and public: back prints at the listed rate stepping down to $3 then $2, oversized fronts at $3 dropping to $2, and 2XL-plus at $6 dropping to $4. The Design Lab does this arithmetic for you in real time.
Kick it off however suits you: describe the concept in the quote form or drop your art straight into the Design Lab. Polish is not required at this stage.
Twenty-four hours gets you a designer-built proof on the exact blank you chose. Iterate freely until it is right.
Production waits for one thing only: your written sign-off on the proof. That signature is the contract for exactly what prints.
From approval, count 5 to 7 business days to your door. If the event is sooner, ask about rush and get a straight yes or no.
Your art and specs stay on file, so reorders match the first run exactly, down to the ink.
Every order ships tracked to Farley addresses with standard production plus shipping at 5 to 7 business days. Free shipping kicks in at 100 pieces, and pack shipping rates below that are published, not surprises at checkout.
Orders ship boxed and counted against your size roster, with tracking sent the day they leave. If anything arrives short or damaged, photograph it and send it over, and we correct it at our cost.
Large runs are the core business: hundreds of pieces, mixed sizes, multiple colors, one named contact who owns it from first proof to the delivery scan.
Sizes 2XL and up add $6 per piece under 25 total pieces, or $4 per piece at 25 or more. The Design Lab includes it in your estimate automatically.
Custom work does not come back: due to custom orders, all work is finalized and no returns are accepted. The protection is up front instead, a free proof that must be approved in writing before anything prints, so check sizing and art carefully at that stage.
The minimum order is 10 pieces. Your farley crew can order ten today and a hundred next month; the packs just make each piece cheaper as the count grows.
Vector files such as AI, SVG, EPS, and PDF are ideal. A 300 DPI PNG with a transparent background also prints clean. If all you have is a screenshot, we redraw it free.
