From single pieces to full crew runs, Ferrum gets screen printed gear with honest pricing and a 5 to 7 day door-to-door timeline.
The workhorse method: vibrant plastisol or water-based ink pressed through mesh, one color at a time. Best price per shirt at volume and prints that survive hundreds of washes. For Ferrum, that comes with published pack pricing and door delivery in 5 to 7 business days.
Ferrum covers 9.1 square miles of Virginia, and delivery reaches every address in it on the standard 5 to 7 day window. The same run covers the neighboring communities too: Henry Fork, VA (7 mi), Rocky Mount, VA (8 mi), Oak Level, VA (10 mi) all order from the same shop at the same published pricing. For the military community, Fort Liberty sits about 140 miles away, well inside our normal unit-order routes.
The whole process runs remote: rough idea in, free designer-built proof back, written approval, and finished gear delivered to Ferrum.
Because Henry Fork sits only 7 miles from Ferrum, joint orders across town lines are common here: one proof, one pack price, two delivery stops if needed.
One run covers the team and the bleachers: kid sizes and adult sizes priced together. Rush timelines get quoted honestly. If we cannot hit the date, we say so before you pay a cent.
Anniversary shirts with the type and insignia matched to the era they honor. We handle the art, the sizing spread, and the deadline. You handle handing them out.
When the count is high and the budget is fixed, light blanks and one-color prints deliver. We handle the art, the sizing spread, and the deadline. You handle handing them out.
The whole roster in one run, one design, with the per-piece price falling at every pack break. Rush timelines get quoted honestly. If we cannot hit the date, we say so before you pay a cent.
Uniform shirts that still look issued after a season of job-site laundry cycles. We handle the art, the sizing spread, and the deadline. You handle handing them out.
Event shirts priced before the first form is printed, so selling at a profit is arithmetic, not hope. A real designer, not an upload widget, checks every file before it goes near production.
Serving the military community is not a marketing line here, it is the operating system. Ferrum customers deal with one accountable person, get dates that mean something, and receive work held to a uniform standard.
Part of the job is refusing bad orders. When the art, the garment, or the date is wrong, saying so before you pay is the service.
Upload art or add text in the Design Lab, set sizes and quantities, and the full estimate, shipping included, is on screen before you give anyone your email.
Start from the garment and the rest follows. Among Ferrum customers, these three blanks carry most of the orders, each designable online on its real photos.
The budget workhorse for big runs. 4.5oz light ringspun cotton that keeps a 100 piece order affordable, from $12 a shirt at volume with the front print included. One point of contact owns your order from first proof to delivery confirmation.
Eighty-plus colors of 5.3oz heavy cotton, from military green to every heather, that keeps its shape through the laundry years. The proof comes first and it is free, so what arrives is exactly what you signed off on.
The clean-front fleece crew: 8.0oz, no pocket, no hood, maximum canvas for crests and block letters. The proof comes first and it is free, so what arrives is exactly what you signed off on.
The gap between what you have and what a press needs is our designers job to close, free with any order. Whatever the starting point, the output is the same: clean vectors, correct insignia, a proof within 24 hours, and unlimited revisions until you approve it in writing. Only then does anything print.
The Design Lab offers the self-serve path, with your art positioned on real product photos and the total priced as you go.
Here is what Ferrum customers actually pay, starting from our light cotton tee. Every price includes a standard front print, and the number only moves down as the pack gets bigger.
| Pieces | Total | Each | Ship | Back print add |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| 10 pieces | $180 | $18 ea | $18 | $4 ea |
| 15 pieces | $250 | $16.67 ea | $18 | $4 ea |
| 20 pieces | $320 | $16 ea | $20.99 | $4 ea |
| 25 pieces | $375 | $15 ea | $20.99 | $3 ea |
| 50 pieces | $700 | $14 ea | $22.99 | $2 ea |
| 100 pieces | $1200 | $12 ea | FREE | $2 ea |
Back prints add per piece at the rate shown, dropping to $3 at 25 pieces and $2 at 50. Oversized full body fronts add $3 per piece under 25 pieces and $2 at 25 or more, and sizes 2XL and up add $6 each under 25 pieces or $4 each at 25 or more. Heavier garments follow the same pack structure at their own price points, all shown live in the Design Lab.
The first step is just getting the idea out of your head: type it into the quote form or mock it up in the Design Lab, rough edges and all.
Within 24 hours you have a proof in your inbox, drawn to size, on the garment and color you picked. Revisions are unlimited and free.
Your written approval is the gate. Until it exists, nothing prints; once it exists, exactly that design prints.
Standard turnaround is 5 to 7 business days from approval to doorstep, with rush available when the calendar demands it.
Everything about the run gets archived, which turns every future reorder into a one-line email.
Count 5 to 7 business days, production included, for tracked delivery to Ferrum addresses. At 100 pieces shipping costs nothing; under that, the flat rates in the table are the whole story.
Before sealing, every carton is counted against the size roster, and tracking goes out the same day. Anything short or damaged gets replaced at our cost on an expedited timeline.
Yes. Runs in the hundreds of pieces with mixed sizes and colors are our normal work, managed by one point of contact from proof to delivery.
Simple math: 2XL and up cost $6 more per piece on small orders and $4 more per piece from 25 pieces. No other size fees exist, and the Design Lab totals it live.
Custom work does not come back: due to custom orders, all work is finalized and no returns are accepted. The protection is up front instead, a free proof that must be approved in writing before anything prints, so check sizing and art carefully at that stage.
Order ten, order fifty, order five hundred: 10 pieces is our floor, and for your Ferrum crew, bigger packs simply pull the per-piece price down.
Best case: vector art (AI, SVG, EPS, PDF). Very good case: a 300 DPI transparent PNG. Worst case: a screenshot, which our designers redraw at no charge anyway.
Yes. We ship to all 50 states and to APO and FPO addresses for deployed and overseas service members.
