Custom screen printed gear for Army personnel at Fort Knox, printed by veterans and delivered to base or door in Radcliff, Kentucky.
Units at Fort Knox order screen printed gear from us because the process respects how Army orders actually run: one named contact, a proof in 24 hours, and a date that gets treated like a formation time.
Off post, Radcliff counts about 23,000 people, and family or veteran-org orders there ship on the same timeline as unit orders to the gate. Families and units spread across the surrounding towns are covered too: Vine Grove, KY (3 mi), Fort Knox, KY (5 mi), Rineyville, KY (6 mi) all sit inside the same delivery circle.
Whether it is a full unit run or a single retirement piece, pricing is published up front, the front decoration is included in every price, and nothing goes to production until your point of contact signs off on the proof in writing.
Screen Printing orders tied to Fort Knox rarely stay on post: family runs from Radcliff and Vine Grove (3 miles out) ride the same proof cycle and the same delivery routes.
One run covers the team and the bleachers: kid sizes and adult sizes priced together. Mixed sizes and colors in one run are standard here, not a special request.
Era-correct designs drawn by our in-house team and printed for every generation of the crew. Deadlines get treated like formation times, not suggestions.
High-count, budget-tier blanks with a clean one-color print that keeps cost per piece low. Nobody chases an order here. Your contact tells you where it stands before you have to ask.
One design across the whole formation, printed at pack pricing that drops as the count climbs. What you approve in writing is what ships. That rule has no exceptions.
Everyday workwear printed to survive the job site, the shop floor, and the industrial washer. Packs mix garment colors freely, so squads, shifts, or grade levels can each get their own.
Event shirts priced before the first form is printed, so selling at a profit is arithmetic, not hope. A real designer, not an upload widget, checks every file before it goes near production.
Serving the military community is not a marketing line here, it is the operating system. Army units deal with one accountable person, get dates that mean something, and receive work held to a uniform standard.
That standard cuts both ways. If your art needs work or your timeline is impossible, we tell you up front and offer the fix, because a bad shirt with our print on it costs us more than the order.
The Design Lab puts your art on the real garment, takes your size counts, and totals the whole order, shipping included, without asking who you are.
Start from the garment and the rest follows. Among Army units, these three blanks carry most of the orders, each designable online on its real photos.
An 8.0oz fleece crew with a clean uninterrupted front, the best canvas we stock for big crests and old school block lettering. Packs mix garment colors freely, so squads, shifts, or grade levels can each get their own.
The budget workhorse for big runs. 4.5oz light ringspun cotton that keeps a 100 piece order affordable, from $12 a shirt at volume with the front print included. Every price is published before you talk to a person, so the budget math happens on your terms.
The default unit shirt: heavy cotton, an 80-color palette, and a fit that survives the wash cycle. The proof comes first and it is free, so what arrives is exactly what you signed off on.
Design help is not an upsell here, it is how orders start. Describe the concept in a sentence, attach whatever reference you have, and within 24 hours a real designer returns a proof drawn as clean vectors, era-correct where it matters. Revisions cost nothing and continue until the proof is right, and your written approval is the only thing that sends it to production.
The Design Lab is there when you want to drive: upload, place, and price the design yourself on the exact garment we print.
Start the budget from the real numbers: published light cotton tee packs, front print built into every figure Fort Knox units see.

Kick it off however suits you: describe the concept in the quote form or drop your art straight into the Design Lab. Polish is not required at this stage.
Twenty-four hours gets you a designer-built proof on the exact blank you chose. Iterate freely until it is right.
Production waits for one thing only: your written sign-off on the proof. That signature is the contract for exactly what prints.
Approval to doorstep runs 5 to 7 business days as the default, faster when rush is booked and honestly refused when it cannot be.
The specs live in our archive permanently: same art, same colors, same result, on demand.
Production plus shipping to Fort Knox and Radcliff addresses runs 5 to 7 business days standard, tracked the whole way. APO and FPO addresses ship at the same pace, so deployed elements are covered. Shipping is free at 100 pieces and flat rated below that, exactly as shown in the pricing table above.
Orders ship boxed and counted against your size roster, with tracking sent the day they leave. If anything arrives short or damaged, photograph it and send it over, and we correct it at our cost.
Five to seven business days, all in, from approval to arrival. Rush exists for real deadlines and gets an honest yes or no up front.
Design help is included free. Whatever you have, a napkin sketch, a faded shirt photo, a sentence, becomes a print-ready proof from a real designer within 24 hours.
Absolutely. Bulk is where pack pricing shines, and big mixed-size runs ship counted against your roster with a single person accountable for the date.
The extended-size rule fits in one line: add $6 per piece below 25 total, $4 per piece at 25 or more. The Design Lab applies it automatically.
Custom work does not come back: due to custom orders, all work is finalized and no returns are accepted. The protection is up front instead, a free proof that must be approved in writing before anything prints, so check sizing and art carefully at that stage.
The minimum order is 10 pieces. Your unit at fort knox can order ten today and a hundred next month; the packs just make each piece cheaper as the count grows.
