Orders ship boxed and counted against your size roster, with tracking sent the day they leave. If anything arrives short or damaged, photograph it and send it over, and we correct it at our cost.
Finality is the nature of custom work: no returns once it prints. Your protections live earlier in the process, in the free proof and the written approval that nothing skips.
Our minimum is 10 pieces. Packs for your Frost crew begin at 10, the per piece price falls as the count climbs, and shipping goes free at 100.
