Screen Printing in Harmon, IL.

Custom screen printed gear for Harmon businesses, schools, teams, churches, and crews. Proofs in 24 hours, delivered in 5 to 7 days.

Screen Printing delivered to Harmon

The workhorse method: vibrant plastisol or water-based ink pressed through mesh, one color at a time. Best price per shirt at volume and prints that survive hundreds of washes. For Harmon, that comes with published pack pricing and door delivery in 5 to 7 business days.

With a community of 117 spread over 0.2 square miles, Harmon gets the same flat delivery promise as everywhere else we serve: 5 to 7 business days to any door. The same run covers the neighboring communities too: Nelson, IL (6 mi), Rock Falls, IL (8 mi), Sterling, IL (9 mi) all order from the same shop at the same published pricing. For the military community, Rock Island Arsenal sits about 56 miles away, well inside our normal unit-order routes.

Nothing here needs a storefront. Art goes in by phone or upload, a designer proofs it free, and the shipment lands in Harmon counted against your roster.

Screen Printing demand around Harmon does not stop at the town line. Crews from Nelson (6 miles out) order through the same process, which is why coverage is priced by pack, never by zip code.

What Harmon gets screen printed

Reunion and anniversary runs

Anniversary shirts with the type and insignia matched to the era they honor. Rush timelines get quoted honestly. If we cannot hit the date, we say so before you pay a cent.

Bulk giveaway tees

High-count, budget-tier blanks with a clean one-color print that keeps cost per piece low. One point of contact owns your order from first proof to delivery confirmation.

Unit and company shirt runs

The whole roster in one run, one design, with the per-piece price falling at every pack break. A real designer, not an upload widget, checks every file before it goes near production.

Business and crew uniform tees

Crew tees built for daily abuse: heavy blanks, cured ink, and reorders that match exactly. Ask for the honest option and you get it, even when it is the cheaper one.

Event and fundraiser shirts

Runs, festivals, and booster fundraisers with published pricing so the margin math is done before the order form goes out. Rush timelines get quoted honestly. If we cannot hit the date, we say so before you pay a cent.

School and team spirit wear

Mixed youth and adult sizes in one run at one pack price. Youth and adult cuts run side by side in the same pack at the same price structure.

Why order from a shop built for the military community

Serving the military community is not a marketing line here, it is the operating system. Harmon customers deal with one accountable person, get dates that mean something, and receive work held to a uniform standard.

It also means we say no when we should. If a design will not print well at the size you want, or a date cannot be hit, you hear it before you spend money, not after.

Build it on the real garment and watch the price calculate live.

The Design Lab puts your art on the real garment, takes your size counts, and totals the whole order, shipping included, without asking who you are.

04 //

What to print it on

Garment choice makes or breaks the order. These are the blanks Harmon customers pick most, all designable online on real product photos.

Essential Light Tee

Big-run economics start here: light ringspun cotton from $12 at volume, with the front print already in the price. A real designer, not an upload widget, checks every file before it goes near production.

Classic Cotton Tee

The default unit shirt: heavy cotton, an 80-color palette, and a fit that survives the wash cycle. Packs mix garment colors freely, so squads, shifts, or grade levels can each get their own.

Crewneck Sweatshirt

For big front art, nothing beats this 8.0oz crew with its uninterrupted printing field. Mixed sizes and colors in one run are standard here, not a special request.

Bring the idea, we draw the rest

Finished files are welcome but never required. A faded photo, a hand sketch, or three sentences of description all become professional vector art at no charge, proofed back to you within a day. The revision count is unlimited, the approval is in writing, and production does not move an inch until that approval exists.

Hands-on types can skip the wait entirely: the Design Lab puts your art on the actual garment with the price updating live.

What it costs

Beyond the table, the only extras are per-piece and public: back prints at the listed rate stepping down to $3 then $2, oversized fronts at $3 dropping to $2, and 2XL-plus at $6 dropping to $4. The Design Lab does this arithmetic for you in real time.

How it works, start to finish

01

Brief

Start in the Design Lab on the exact garment we print, or send whatever you have through the quote form. Rough ideas are welcome, that is what the free design service is for.

02

Proof

One day later the proof is in your inbox: your art, your garment, your colors, at true print scale. Revisions never cost a cent.

03

Approve

The press does not move without your written yes. It is the single checkpoint that makes the no-returns policy fair.

04

Print and ship

Five to seven business days covers printing and delivery. Tight timeline? Rush gets a truthful quote, not a hopeful one.

05

Reorder

The specs live in our archive permanently: same art, same colors, same result, on demand.

08 //

Shipping and turnaround

Production plus shipping to Harmon addresses runs 5 to 7 business days standard, tracked the whole way. Shipping is free at 100 pieces and flat rated below that, exactly as shown in the pricing table above.

Boxes get counted twice against the roster before they seal, and the tracking number reaches you the day of pickup. Damage or shortage claims are our expense and our rush.

Common questions

Do you ship to APO and FPO addresses?

We do, at the same pace as domestic orders. Deployed and overseas service members at APO and FPO addresses are covered alongside all 50 states.

Can I see the price before I talk to anyone?

Completely. Build the design in the Design Lab and the full order total sits on screen the whole time; no email, no call, no waiting.

How long does shipping take?

Count 5 to 7 business days from approval to doorstep, production included. Tighter date? Ask about rush and you get a straight answer before paying.

Do you help with the design?

Included with every order: a designer turns whatever you send into print-ready art, proofs it within 24 hours, and revises free until approved.

Can you handle a large order for your Harmon crew?

Large orders are the specialty, not the exception: hundreds of mixed-size pieces, roster-counted boxes, one accountable contact.

How do 2XL and larger sizes work?

The extended-size rule fits in one line: add $6 per piece below 25 total, $4 per piece at 25 or more. The Design Lab applies it automatically.

What is your return policy?

Due to custom orders, all work is finalized and no returns are accepted. Double check sizing and artwork before submitting your order. Every order gets a free proof first, and nothing prints until you approve it in writing.
