From single pieces to full crew runs, Harvey gets screen printed gear with honest pricing and a 5 to 7 day door-to-door timeline.
The workhorse method: vibrant plastisol or water-based ink pressed through mesh, one color at a time. Best price per shirt at volume and prints that survive hundreds of washes. For Harvey, that comes with published pack pricing and door delivery in 5 to 7 business days.
All 6.5 square miles of Harvey sit inside our normal delivery map, tracked door to door. If your people are spread out, that is fine: Gretna, LA (2 mi), Timberlane, LA (2 mi), Terrytown, LA (2 mi) sit close enough that one order can outfit all of them. The closest major installation is NAS JRB New Orleans, roughly 4 miles out, and unit orders from there run through this same process daily.
No storefront visit required. Send a rough idea or finished art, a real designer builds the proof at no charge, and the finished gear ships straight to Harvey.
Because Gretna sits only 2 miles from Harvey, joint orders across town lines are common here: one proof, one pack price, two delivery stops if needed.
When the count is high and the budget is fixed, light blanks and one-color prints deliver. Mixed sizes and colors in one run are standard here, not a special request.
The whole roster in one run, one design, with the per-piece price falling at every pack break. One point of contact owns your order from first proof to delivery confirmation.
Uniform shirts that still look issued after a season of job-site laundry cycles. One point of contact owns your order from first proof to delivery confirmation.
Runs, festivals, and booster fundraisers with published pricing so the margin math is done before the order form goes out. The proof comes first and it is free, so what arrives is exactly what you signed off on.
One run covers the team and the bleachers: kid sizes and adult sizes priced together. A real designer, not an upload widget, checks every file before it goes near production.
Era-correct designs drawn by our in-house team and printed for every generation of the crew. Mixed sizes and colors in one run are standard here, not a special request.
This shop exists for the military community, and it shows in how orders run. Deadlines are treated like formation times, proofs are honest instead of optimistic, and when Harvey customers call, a person who owns the order answers.
That standard cuts both ways. If your art needs work or your timeline is impossible, we tell you up front and offer the fix, because a bad shirt with our print on it costs us more than the order.
The Design Lab puts your art on the real garment, takes your size counts, and totals the whole order, shipping included, without asking who you are.
Start from the garment and the rest follows. Among Harvey customers, these three blanks carry most of the orders, each designable online on its real photos.
The default unit shirt: heavy cotton, an 80-color palette, and a fit that survives the wash cycle. What you approve in writing is what ships. That rule has no exceptions.
An 8.0oz fleece crew with a clean uninterrupted front, the best canvas we stock for big crests and old school block lettering. Reorders match the first run exactly because we keep your art and specs on file.
Big-run economics start here: light ringspun cotton from $12 at volume, with the front print already in the price. Rush timelines get quoted honestly. If we cannot hit the date, we say so before you pay a cent.
Half the orders we take begin as a phone photo of a sketch, an old shirt, or a sentence describing the idea. A designer turns that into print-ready vector art at no charge, sends the proof inside 24 hours, and revises it until you sign off in writing. Nothing is produced before that signature, which is why what shows up matches what you expected.
Prefer hands-on? Build the design yourself in the Design Lab on real product photos, with the running price on screen while you work.
Here is what Harvey customers actually pay, starting from our light cotton tee. Every price includes a standard front print, and the number only moves down as the pack gets bigger.
| Pieces | Total | Each | Ship | Back print add |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| 10 pieces | $180 | $18 ea | $18 | $4 ea |

Back prints add per piece at the rate shown, dropping to $3 at 25 pieces and $2 at 50. Oversized full body fronts add $3 per piece under 25 pieces and $2 at 25 or more, and sizes 2XL and up add $6 each under 25 pieces or $4 each at 25 or more. Heavier garments follow the same pack structure at their own price points, all shown live in the Design Lab.
Two doors in: the quote form if you want a person on it immediately, or the Design Lab if you want to see it on the garment first. Either way, unfinished ideas are the expected input.
Within 24 hours you have a proof in your inbox, drawn to size, on the garment and color you picked. Revisions are unlimited and free.
Nothing goes to press until you approve the proof in writing. What you sign off on is exactly what prints, that is the whole point of the proof.
Five to seven business days covers printing and delivery. Tight timeline? Rush gets a truthful quote, not a hopeful one.
The specs live in our archive permanently: same art, same colors, same result, on demand.
Delivery to Harvey addresses follows one simple clock: 5 to 7 business days including production, with tracking from the moment it leaves. Hit 100 pieces and the shipping line drops to zero.
Before sealing, every carton is counted against the size roster, and tracking goes out the same day. Anything short or damaged gets replaced at our cost on an expedited timeline.
The extended-size rule fits in one line: add $6 per piece below 25 total, $4 per piece at 25 or more. The Design Lab applies it automatically.
Due to custom orders, all work is finalized and no returns are accepted. Double check sizing and artwork before submitting your order. Every order gets a free proof first, and nothing prints until you approve it in writing.
Order ten, order fifty, order five hundred: 10 pieces is our floor, and for your Harvey crew, bigger packs simply pull the per-piece price down.
Vector files such as AI, SVG, EPS, and PDF are ideal. A 300 DPI PNG with a transparent background also prints clean. If all you have is a screenshot, we redraw it free.
We do, at the same pace as domestic orders. Deployed and overseas service members at APO and FPO addresses are covered alongside all 50 states.
Yes, and without giving up your email: the Design Lab keeps the complete total, packs to shipping, on screen while you design.
