From single pieces to full crew runs, Haugen gets screen printed gear with honest pricing and a 5 to 7 day door-to-door timeline.
The workhorse method: vibrant plastisol or water-based ink pressed through mesh, one color at a time. Best price per shirt at volume and prints that survive hundreds of washes. For Haugen, that comes with published pack pricing and door delivery in 5 to 7 business days.
Haugen is home to a community of 258 across 0.5 square miles, and every one of those addresses is inside our standard 5 to 7 day delivery window. If your people are spread out, that is fine: Rice Lake, WI (9 mi), Shell Lake, WI (10 mi), Barronett, WI (11 mi) sit close enough that one order can outfit all of them. For the military community, Fort McCoy sits about 125 miles away, well inside our normal unit-order routes.
Nothing here needs a storefront. Art goes in by phone or upload, a designer proofs it free, and the shipment lands in Haugen counted against your roster.
A typical week of screen printing orders from this corner of Wisconsin mixes Haugen crews with neighbors like Rice Lake, 9 miles over, all running through the same designer, the same proof cycle, and the same tracked delivery.
When the count is high and the budget is fixed, light blanks and one-color prints deliver. What you approve in writing is what ships. That rule has no exceptions.
The whole roster in one run, one design, with the per-piece price falling at every pack break. The second order takes two minutes because the first one is archived down to the thread color.
Crew tees built for daily abuse: heavy blanks, cured ink, and reorders that match exactly. If a design will not print well at the size you want, you hear that before money changes hands.
Runs, festivals, and booster fundraisers with published pricing so the margin math is done before the order form goes out. Youth and adult cuts run side by side in the same pack at the same price structure.
Mixed youth and adult sizes in one run at one pack price. Rush timelines get quoted honestly. If we cannot hit the date, we say so before you pay a cent.
Era-correct designs drawn by our in-house team and printed for every generation of the crew. Every price is published before you talk to a person, so the budget math happens on your terms.
The shop runs on habits borrowed from the people we serve: accountability by name, honest reporting, and deadlines that do not slide. Haugen customers feel the difference on the first order.
The same discipline applies inward: an unrealistic date or a design that will not print well gets flagged before you commit, not explained after.
Upload art or add text in the Design Lab, set sizes and quantities, and the full estimate, shipping included, is on screen before you give anyone your email.
Garment choice makes or breaks the order. These are the blanks Haugen customers pick most, all designable online on real product photos.
For big front art, nothing beats this 8.0oz crew with its uninterrupted printing field. Every price is published before you talk to a person, so the budget math happens on your terms.
Big-run economics start here: light ringspun cotton from $12 at volume, with the front print already in the price. Reorders match the first run exactly because we keep your art and specs on file.
Eighty-plus colors of 5.3oz heavy cotton, from military green to every heather, that keeps its shape through the laundry years. Deadlines get treated like formation times, not suggestions.
The gap between what you have and what a press needs is our designers job to close, free with any order. Whatever the starting point, the output is the same: clean vectors, correct insignia, a proof within 24 hours, and unlimited revisions until you approve it in writing. Only then does anything print.
The Design Lab offers the self-serve path, with your art positioned on real product photos and the total priced as you go.
The table below is the actual price list Haugen customers order from, light cotton tee, front print included, no asterisks.
| Pieces | Total | Each | Ship | Back print add |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| 10 pack | $180 | $18 ea | $18 | $4 ea |
| 15 pack | $250 | $16.67 ea | $18 | $4 ea |
| 20 pack | $320 | $16 ea | $20.99 | $4 ea |
| 25 pack | $375 | $15 ea | $20.99 | $3 ea |
| 50 pack | $700 | $14 ea | $22.99 | $2 ea |
| 100 pack | $1200 | $12 ea | FREE | $2 ea |
Add-on pricing is deliberately boring: back print per the table (later $3, then $2), oversize front $3 or $2 by volume, extended sizes $6 or $4 by volume. That is the complete list, and the Design Lab computes it live before any quote is written.
Send the idea through the quote form or build it yourself in the Design Lab. A napkin sketch photographed on a phone counts, our designers have built full unit runs from less.
Twenty-four hours gets you a designer-built proof on the exact blank you chose. Iterate freely until it is right.
The press does not move without your written yes. It is the single checkpoint that makes the no-returns policy fair.
Standard turnaround is 5 to 7 business days from approval to doorstep, with rush available when the calendar demands it.
Everything about the run gets archived, which turns every future reorder into a one-line email.
Production plus shipping to Haugen addresses runs 5 to 7 business days standard, tracked the whole way. Shipping is free at 100 pieces and flat rated below that, exactly as shown in the pricing table above.
Before sealing, every carton is counted against the size roster, and tracking goes out the same day. Anything short or damaged gets replaced at our cost on an expedited timeline.
Absolutely. Bulk is where pack pricing shines, and big mixed-size runs ship counted against your roster with a single person accountable for the date.
Sizes 2XL and up add $6 per piece under 25 total pieces, or $4 per piece at 25 or more. The Design Lab includes it in your estimate automatically.
Custom work does not come back: due to custom orders, all work is finalized and no returns are accepted. The protection is up front instead, a free proof that must be approved in writing before anything prints, so check sizing and art carefully at that stage.
The minimum order is 10 pieces. Your haugen crew can order ten today and a hundred next month; the packs just make each piece cheaper as the count grows.
Vector files such as AI, SVG, EPS, and PDF are ideal. A 300 DPI PNG with a transparent background also prints clean. If all you have is a screenshot, we redraw it free.
Deployed addresses are first-class here: APO and FPO ship on the standard timeline, right alongside all 50 states.
