Screen Printing in Hillsdale, IN.

From single pieces to full crew runs, Hillsdale gets screen printed gear with honest pricing and a 5 to 7 day door-to-door timeline.

Screen Printing delivered to Hillsdale

The workhorse method: vibrant plastisol or water-based ink pressed through mesh, one color at a time. Best price per shirt at volume and prints that survive hundreds of washes. For Hillsdale, that comes with published pack pricing and door delivery in 5 to 7 business days.

Hillsdale covers 0.5 square miles of Indiana, and delivery reaches every address in it on the standard 5 to 7 day window. The same run covers the neighboring communities too: Montezuma, IN (1 mi), Mecca, IN (5 mi), Dana, IN (6 mi) all order from the same shop at the same published pricing. For the military community, Camp Atterbury sits about 82 miles away, well inside our normal unit-order routes.

Nothing here needs a storefront. Art goes in by phone or upload, a designer proofs it free, and the shipment lands in Hillsdale counted against your roster.

Screen Printing demand around Hillsdale does not stop at the town line. Crews from Montezuma (1 miles out) order through the same process, which is why coverage is priced by pack, never by zip code.

What Hillsdale gets screen printed

Reunion and anniversary runs

Era-correct designs drawn by our in-house team and printed for every generation of the crew. Mixed sizes and colors in one run are standard here, not a special request.

Bulk giveaway tees

High-count, budget-tier blanks with a clean one-color print that keeps cost per piece low. We handle the art, the sizing spread, and the deadline. You handle handing them out.

Unit and company shirt runs

The whole roster in one run, one design, with the per-piece price falling at every pack break. The proof comes first and it is free, so what arrives is exactly what you signed off on.

Business and crew uniform tees

Crew tees built for daily abuse: heavy blanks, cured ink, and reorders that match exactly. We handle the art, the sizing spread, and the deadline. You handle handing them out.

Event and fundraiser shirts

Fundraiser tees where the committee knows its margin up front, because every pack price is public. Reorders match the first run exactly because we keep your art and specs on file.

School and team spirit wear

One run covers the team and the bleachers: kid sizes and adult sizes priced together. The second order takes two minutes because the first one is archived down to the thread color.

Why order from a shop built for the military community

This shop exists for the military community, and it shows in how orders run. Deadlines are treated like formation times, proofs are honest instead of optimistic, and when Hillsdale customers call, a person who owns the order answers.

It also means we say no when we should. If a design will not print well at the size you want, or a date cannot be hit, you hear it before you spend money, not after.

No sales call needed to get a number.

Ninety seconds in the Design Lab gets you a complete number: garment, print, sizes, upcharges, and shipping, all before any contact form.

What to print it on

The right blank depends on budget, season, and how hard the gear will be worn. For Hillsdale customers, these three earn their keep.

Essential Light Tee

The budget workhorse for big runs. 4.5oz light ringspun cotton that keeps a 100 piece order affordable, from $12 a shirt at volume with the front print included. Every price is published before you talk to a person, so the budget math happens on your terms.

Classic Cotton Tee

The standard. 5.3oz heavy cotton in more than 80 colors including military green, sand, and every heather. Holds shape wash after wash. The second order takes two minutes because the first one is archived down to the thread color.

Crewneck Sweatshirt

For big front art, nothing beats this 8.0oz crew with its uninterrupted printing field. Start from a napkin sketch if that is what you have. Turning rough into print ready is the job.

From rough idea to press-ready

The gap between what you have and what a press needs is our designers job to close, free with any order. Whatever the starting point, the output is the same: clean vectors, correct insignia, a proof within 24 hours, and unlimited revisions until you approve it in writing. Only then does anything print.

The Design Lab offers the self-serve path, with your art positioned on real product photos and the total priced as you go.

What it costs

Start the budget from the real numbers: published light cotton tee packs, front print built into every figure Hillsdale customers see.

Three add-ons exist and all are flat per piece: the back print at the table rate ($3 from 25 pieces, $2 from 50), the oversized front at $3 or $2 depending on quantity, and extended sizes at $6 or $4. Nothing else gets added. The Design Lab applies every rule automatically, and the written quote confirms the total before anything is charged.

How it works, start to finish

01

Brief

Kick it off however suits you: describe the concept in the quote form or drop your art straight into the Design Lab. Polish is not required at this stage.

02

Proof

Within 24 hours you have a proof in your inbox, drawn to size, on the garment and color you picked. Revisions are unlimited and free.

03

Approve

The press does not move without your written yes. It is the single checkpoint that makes the no-returns policy fair.

04

Print and ship

Production and shipping run 5 to 7 business days standard. Rush options exist and get quoted honestly against your date.

05

Reorder

The specs live in our archive permanently: same art, same colors, same result, on demand.

08 //

Shipping and turnaround

Delivery to Hillsdale addresses follows one simple clock: 5 to 7 business days including production, with tracking from the moment it leaves. Hit 100 pieces and the shipping line drops to zero.

Boxes get counted twice against the roster before they seal, and the tracking number reaches you the day of pickup. Damage or shortage claims are our expense and our rush.

Common questions

Do you ship to APO and FPO addresses?

Yes. We ship to all 50 states and to APO and FPO addresses for deployed and overseas service members.

Can I see the price before I talk to anyone?

That is the point of the Design Lab: the complete number, packs, back prints, size upcharges, shipping, updates live while you design, before any contact form.

How long does shipping take?

Count 5 to 7 business days from approval to doorstep, production included. Tighter date? Ask about rush and you get a straight answer before paying.

Do you help with the design?

Included with every order: a designer turns whatever you send into print-ready art, proofs it within 24 hours, and revises free until approved.

Can you handle a large order for your Hillsdale crew?

Large runs are the core business: hundreds of pieces, mixed sizes, multiple colors, one named contact who owns it from first proof to the delivery scan.

How do 2XL and larger sizes work?

The extended-size rule fits in one line: add $6 per piece below 25 total, $4 per piece at 25 or more. The Design Lab applies it automatically.

What is your return policy?

Custom work does not come back: due to custom orders, all work is finalized and no returns are accepted. The protection is up front instead, a free proof that must be approved in writing before anything prints, so check sizing and art carefully at that stage.
