From single pieces to full crew runs, Jarratt gets screen printed gear with honest pricing and a 5 to 7 day door-to-door timeline.
The workhorse method: vibrant plastisol or water-based ink pressed through mesh, one color at a time. Best price per shirt at volume and prints that survive hundreds of washes. For Jarratt, that comes with published pack pricing and door delivery in 5 to 7 business days.
Census numbers put Jarratt at a community of 635 on 1.3 square miles of Virginia, all of it covered by the same tracked shipping. Nearby crews are already in the coverage circle, with Emporia, VA (9 mi), Stony Creek, VA (10 mi), Sussex, VA (13 mi) sharing the identical pack rates and timelines. The closest major installation is Fort Gregg-Adams, roughly 27 miles out, and unit orders from there run through this same process daily.
Nothing here needs a storefront. Art goes in by phone or upload, a designer proofs it free, and the shipment lands in Jarratt counted against your roster.
Because Emporia sits only 9 miles from Jarratt, joint orders across town lines are common here: one proof, one pack price, two delivery stops if needed.
High-count, budget-tier blanks with a clean one-color print that keeps cost per piece low. If a design will not print well at the size you want, you hear that before money changes hands.
The whole roster in one run, one design, with the per-piece price falling at every pack break. The second order takes two minutes because the first one is archived down to the thread color.
Crew tees built for daily abuse: heavy blanks, cured ink, and reorders that match exactly. Rush timelines get quoted honestly. If we cannot hit the date, we say so before you pay a cent.
Runs, festivals, and booster fundraisers with published pricing so the margin math is done before the order form goes out. Ask for the honest option and you get it, even when it is the cheaper one.
Youth smalls through adult 5XL in a single pack at a single rate. The proof comes first and it is free, so what arrives is exactly what you signed off on.
Anniversary shirts with the type and insignia matched to the era they honor. The second order takes two minutes because the first one is archived down to the thread color.
Serving the military community is not a marketing line here, it is the operating system. Jarratt customers deal with one accountable person, get dates that mean something, and receive work held to a uniform standard.
It also means we say no when we should. If a design will not print well at the size you want, or a date cannot be hit, you hear it before you spend money, not after.
The Design Lab puts your art on the real garment, takes your size counts, and totals the whole order, shipping included, without asking who you are.
Start from the garment and the rest follows. Among Jarratt customers, these three blanks carry most of the orders, each designable online on its real photos.
The budget workhorse for big runs. 4.5oz light ringspun cotton that keeps a 100 piece order affordable, from $12 a shirt at volume with the front print included. Bring a rough idea, even a phone photo of a whiteboard, and our designers make it print ready at no charge.
The standard. 5.3oz heavy cotton in more than 80 colors including military green, sand, and every heather. Holds shape wash after wash. Start from a napkin sketch if that is what you have. Turning rough into print ready is the job.
For big front art, nothing beats this 8.0oz crew with its uninterrupted printing field. Deadlines get treated like formation times, not suggestions.
Half the orders we take begin as a phone photo of a sketch, an old shirt, or a sentence describing the idea. A designer turns that into print-ready vector art at no charge, sends the proof inside 24 hours, and revises it until you sign off in writing. Nothing is produced before that signature, which is why what shows up matches what you expected.

Start the budget from the real numbers: published light cotton tee packs, front print built into every figure Jarratt customers see.

Add-on pricing is deliberately boring: back print per the table (later $3, then $2), oversize front $3 or $2 by volume, extended sizes $6 or $4 by volume. That is the complete list, and the Design Lab computes it live before any quote is written.
Two doors in: the quote form if you want a person on it immediately, or the Design Lab if you want to see it on the garment first. Either way, unfinished ideas are the expected input.
Within 24 hours you have a proof in your inbox, drawn to size, on the garment and color you picked. Revisions are unlimited and free.
Your written approval is the gate. Until it exists, nothing prints; once it exists, exactly that design prints.
Five to seven business days covers printing and delivery. Tight timeline? Rush gets a truthful quote, not a hopeful one.
The specs live in our archive permanently: same art, same colors, same result, on demand.
Production plus shipping to Jarratt addresses runs 5 to 7 business days standard, tracked the whole way. Shipping is free at 100 pieces and flat rated below that, exactly as shown in the pricing table above.
Orders ship boxed and counted against your size roster, with tracking sent the day they leave. If anything arrives short or damaged, photograph it and send it over, and we correct it at our cost.
Large orders are the specialty, not the exception: hundreds of mixed-size pieces, roster-counted boxes, one accountable contact.
Sizes 2XL and up add $6 per piece under 25 total pieces, or $4 per piece at 25 or more. The Design Lab includes it in your estimate automatically.
Finality is the nature of custom work: no returns once it prints. Your protections live earlier in the process, in the free proof and the written approval that nothing skips.
Our minimum is 10 pieces. Packs for your Jarratt crew begin at 10, the per piece price falls as the count climbs, and shipping goes free at 100.
Best case: vector art (AI, SVG, EPS, PDF). Very good case: a 300 DPI transparent PNG. Worst case: a screenshot, which our designers redraw at no charge anyway.
We do, at the same pace as domestic orders. Deployed and overseas service members at APO and FPO addresses are covered alongside all 50 states.
