Custom screen printed gear for Keno businesses, schools, teams, churches, and crews. Proofs in 24 hours, delivered in 5 to 7 days.
The workhorse method: vibrant plastisol or water-based ink pressed through mesh, one color at a time. Best price per shirt at volume and prints that survive hundreds of washes. For Keno, that comes with published pack pricing and door delivery in 5 to 7 business days.
All 9.3 square miles of Keno sit inside our normal delivery map, tracked door to door. The same run covers the neighboring communities too: Falcon Heights, OR (9 mi), Klamath Falls, OR (10 mi), Running Y Ranch, OR (10 mi) all order from the same shop at the same published pricing. For the military community, Kingsley Field sits about 10 miles away, well inside our normal unit-order routes.
The whole process runs remote: rough idea in, free designer-built proof back, written approval, and finished gear delivered to Keno.
Screen Printing demand around Keno does not stop at the town line. Crews from Falcon Heights (9 miles out) order through the same process, which is why coverage is priced by pack, never by zip code.
Youth smalls through adult 5XL in a single pack at a single rate. Every price is published before you talk to a person, so the budget math happens on your terms.
Anniversary shirts with the type and insignia matched to the era they honor. Rush timelines get quoted honestly. If we cannot hit the date, we say so before you pay a cent.
When the count is high and the budget is fixed, light blanks and one-color prints deliver. Ask for the honest option and you get it, even when it is the cheaper one.
One design across the whole formation, printed at pack pricing that drops as the count climbs. Mixed sizes and colors in one run are standard here, not a special request.
Everyday workwear printed to survive the job site, the shop floor, and the industrial washer. Deadlines get treated like formation times, not suggestions.
Event shirts priced before the first form is printed, so selling at a profit is arithmetic, not hope. Bring a rough idea, even a phone photo of a whiteboard, and our designers make it print ready at no charge.
The shop runs on habits borrowed from the people we serve: accountability by name, honest reporting, and deadlines that do not slide. Keno customers feel the difference on the first order.
Part of the job is refusing bad orders. When the art, the garment, or the date is wrong, saying so before you pay is the service.
Ninety seconds in the Design Lab gets you a complete number: garment, print, sizes, upcharges, and shipping, all before any contact form.
The right blank depends on budget, season, and how hard the gear will be worn. For Keno customers, these three earn their keep.
An 8.0oz fleece crew with a clean uninterrupted front, the best canvas we stock for big crests and old school block lettering. Rush timelines get quoted honestly. If we cannot hit the date, we say so before you pay a cent.
When the count is high, this 4.5oz ringspun blank keeps the math friendly: $12 a shirt at volume, front print included. Bring a rough idea, even a phone photo of a whiteboard, and our designers make it print ready at no charge.
The default unit shirt: heavy cotton, an 80-color palette, and a fit that survives the wash cycle. One point of contact owns your order from first proof to delivery confirmation.
Finished files are welcome but never required. A faded photo, a hand sketch, or three sentences of description all become professional vector art at no charge, proofed back to you within a day. The revision count is unlimited, the approval is in writing, and production does not move an inch until that approval exists.
Hands-on types can skip the wait entirely: the Design Lab puts your art on the actual garment with the price updating live.

From approval, count 5 to 7 business days to your door. If the event is sooner, ask about rush and get a straight yes or no.
We archive your art and garment specs, which makes the second order a two minute conversation.
Delivery to Keno addresses follows one simple clock: 5 to 7 business days including production, with tracking from the moment it leaves. Hit 100 pieces and the shipping line drops to zero.
Before sealing, every carton is counted against the size roster, and tracking goes out the same day. Anything short or damaged gets replaced at our cost on an expedited timeline.
Design help is included free. Whatever you have, a napkin sketch, a faded shirt photo, a sentence, becomes a print-ready proof from a real designer within 24 hours.
Large runs are the core business: hundreds of pieces, mixed sizes, multiple colors, one named contact who owns it from first proof to the delivery scan.
Extended sizes carry a flat per-piece add: $6 when the order is under 25 pieces, $4 once it reaches 25. The estimate in the Design Lab applies it for you.
Finality is the nature of custom work: no returns once it prints. Your protections live earlier in the process, in the free proof and the written approval that nothing skips.
Order ten, order fifty, order five hundred: 10 pieces is our floor, and for your Keno crew, bigger packs simply pull the per-piece price down.
File quality is our problem, not yours: vectors are ideal, 300 DPI PNGs work, and weak files get redrawn at no charge.
