Custom screen printed gear for Kiron businesses, schools, teams, churches, and crews. Proofs in 24 hours, delivered in 5 to 7 days.
The workhorse method: vibrant plastisol or water-based ink pressed through mesh, one color at a time. Best price per shirt at volume and prints that survive hundreds of washes. For Kiron, that comes with published pack pricing and door delivery in 5 to 7 business days.
With a community of 257 spread over 0.2 square miles, Kiron gets the same flat delivery promise as everywhere else we serve: 5 to 7 business days to any door. The same run covers the neighboring communities too: Schleswig, IA (6 mi), Deloit, IA (7 mi), Odebolt, IA (9 mi) all order from the same shop at the same published pricing. Offutt Air Force Base, around 77 miles from Kiron, anchors the local military community we print for every week.
No storefront visit required. Send a rough idea or finished art, a real designer builds the proof at no charge, and the finished gear ships straight to Kiron.
Because Schleswig sits only 6 miles from Kiron, joint orders across town lines are common here: one proof, one pack price, two delivery stops if needed.
Anniversary shirts with the type and insignia matched to the era they honor. The second order takes two minutes because the first one is archived down to the thread color.
When the count is high and the budget is fixed, light blanks and one-color prints deliver. Mixed sizes and colors in one run are standard here, not a special request.
Formation-wide runs are the bread and butter: single design, mixed sizes, pack rates that reward volume. The second order takes two minutes because the first one is archived down to the thread color.
Everyday workwear printed to survive the job site, the shop floor, and the industrial washer. Ask for the honest option and you get it, even when it is the cheaper one.
Fundraiser tees where the committee knows its margin up front, because every pack price is public. Bring a rough idea, even a phone photo of a whiteboard, and our designers make it print ready at no charge.
Mixed youth and adult sizes in one run at one pack price. Mixed sizes and colors in one run are standard here, not a special request.
This shop exists for the military community, and it shows in how orders run. Deadlines are treated like formation times, proofs are honest instead of optimistic, and when Kiron customers call, a person who owns the order answers.
Part of the job is refusing bad orders. When the art, the garment, or the date is wrong, saying so before you pay is the service.
The Design Lab puts your art on the real garment, takes your size counts, and totals the whole order, shipping included, without asking who you are.
Start from the garment and the rest follows. Among Kiron customers, these three blanks carry most of the orders, each designable online on its real photos.
The standard. 5.3oz heavy cotton in more than 80 colors including military green, sand, and every heather. Holds shape wash after wash. Deadlines get treated like formation times, not suggestions.
For big front art, nothing beats this 8.0oz crew with its uninterrupted printing field. Nobody chases an order here. Your contact tells you where it stands before you have to ask.
The budget workhorse for big runs. 4.5oz light ringspun cotton that keeps a 100 piece order affordable, from $12 a shirt at volume with the front print included. Reorders match the first run exactly because we keep your art and specs on file.
The gap between what you have and what a press needs is our designers job to close, free with any order. Whatever the starting point, the output is the same: clean vectors, correct insignia, a proof within 24 hours, and unlimited revisions until you approve it in writing. Only then does anything print.
The Design Lab offers the self-serve path, with your art positioned on real product photos and the total priced as you go.
No mystery pricing. These are the published packs on our light cotton tee, front print included, and Kiron customers watch the per piece cost fall as quantity climbs.
| Order size | Pack total | Cost per piece | Freight | Back side |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| 10 pieces | $180 | $18 ea | $18 | $4 ea |
| 15 pieces | $250 | $16.67 ea | $18 | $4 ea |
| 20 pieces | $320 | $16 ea | $20.99 | $4 ea |
| 25 pieces | $375 | $15 ea | $20.99 | $3 ea |
| 50 pieces | $700 | $14 ea | $22.99 | $2 ea |
| 100 pieces | $1200 | $12 ea | FREE | $2 ea |
Add-on pricing is deliberately boring: back print per the table (later $3, then $2), oversize front $3 or $2 by volume, extended sizes $6 or $4 by volume. That is the complete list, and the Design Lab computes it live before any quote is written.
Send the idea through the quote form or build it yourself in the Design Lab. A napkin sketch photographed on a phone counts, our designers have built full unit runs from less.
The proof arrives inside a day, drawn at print size on your chosen garment and color. Change anything, as often as needed, at no cost.
Nothing goes to press until you approve the proof in writing. What you sign off on is exactly what prints, that is the whole point of the proof.
From approval, count 5 to 7 business days to your door. If the event is sooner, ask about rush and get a straight yes or no.
Art, thread colors, and size history stay archived, so the next season run starts with one email.
Delivery to Kiron addresses follows one simple clock: 5 to 7 business days including production, with tracking from the moment it leaves. Hit 100 pieces and the shipping line drops to zero.
Every box leaves counted, tracked, and matched to your roster. Shortages and shipping damage are on us to fix, fast, because delivery day is the only day the customer remembers.
Five to seven business days, all in, from approval to arrival. Rush exists for real deadlines and gets an honest yes or no up front.
Design help is included free. Whatever you have, a napkin sketch, a faded shirt photo, a sentence, becomes a print-ready proof from a real designer within 24 hours.
Yes. Runs in the hundreds of pieces with mixed sizes and colors are our normal work, managed by one point of contact from proof to delivery.
Simple math: 2XL and up cost $6 more per piece on small orders and $4 more per piece from 25 pieces. No other size fees exist, and the Design Lab totals it live.
Custom work does not come back: due to custom orders, all work is finalized and no returns are accepted. The protection is up front instead, a free proof that must be approved in writing before anything prints, so check sizing and art carefully at that stage.
Order ten, order fifty, order five hundred: 10 pieces is our floor, and for your Kiron crew, bigger packs simply pull the per-piece price down.
Vector files such as AI, SVG, EPS, and PDF are ideal. A 300 DPI PNG with a transparent background also prints clean. If all you have is a screenshot, we redraw it free.

You will see the proof before you pay and the price before you talk to anyone. That is the whole pitch.
