Screen Printing for Lobo Canyon: free 24-hour proofs, published pack pricing, and tracked delivery in 5 to 7 business days.
The workhorse method: vibrant plastisol or water-based ink pressed through mesh, one color at a time. Best price per shirt at volume and prints that survive hundreds of washes. For Lobo Canyon, that comes with published pack pricing and door delivery in 5 to 7 business days.
All 4.3 square miles of Lobo Canyon sit inside our normal delivery map, tracked door to door. The same run covers the neighboring communities too: Grants, NM (8 mi), Mount Taylor, NM (8 mi), Broadview, NM (9 mi) all order from the same shop at the same published pricing. The closest major installation is Kirtland Air Force Base, roughly 61 miles out, and unit orders from there run through this same process daily.
The whole process runs remote: rough idea in, free designer-built proof back, written approval, and finished gear delivered to Lobo Canyon.
Because Grants sits only 8 miles from Lobo Canyon, joint orders across town lines are common here: one proof, one pack price, two delivery stops if needed.
One design across the whole formation, printed at pack pricing that drops as the count climbs. Ask for the honest option and you get it, even when it is the cheaper one.
Everyday workwear printed to survive the job site, the shop floor, and the industrial washer. Nobody chases an order here. Your contact tells you where it stands before you have to ask.
Event shirts priced before the first form is printed, so selling at a profit is arithmetic, not hope. Every price is published before you talk to a person, so the budget math happens on your terms.
One run covers the team and the bleachers: kid sizes and adult sizes priced together. Reorders match the first run exactly because we keep your art and specs on file.
Reunion gear that gets the year right, drawn in-house and printed for every generation at once. Deadlines get treated like formation times, not suggestions.
When the count is high and the budget is fixed, light blanks and one-color prints deliver. Youth and adult cuts run side by side in the same pack at the same price structure.
Serving the military community is not a marketing line here, it is the operating system. Lobo canyon customers deal with one accountable person, get dates that mean something, and receive work held to a uniform standard.
Part of the job is refusing bad orders. When the art, the garment, or the date is wrong, saying so before you pay is the service.
Upload art or add text in the Design Lab, set sizes and quantities, and the full estimate, shipping included, is on screen before you give anyone your email.
Start from the garment and the rest follows. Among Lobo Canyon customers, these three blanks carry most of the orders, each designable online on its real photos.
Big-run economics start here: light ringspun cotton from $12 at volume, with the front print already in the price. One point of contact owns your order from first proof to delivery confirmation.
The default unit shirt: heavy cotton, an 80-color palette, and a fit that survives the wash cycle. Youth and adult cuts run side by side in the same pack at the same price structure.
An 8.0oz fleece crew with a clean uninterrupted front, the best canvas we stock for big crests and old school block lettering. What you approve in writing is what ships. That rule has no exceptions.
Finished files are welcome but never required. A faded photo, a hand sketch, or three sentences of description all become professional vector art at no charge, proofed back to you within a day. The revision count is unlimited, the approval is in writing, and production does not move an inch until that approval exists.
Hands-on types can skip the wait entirely: the Design Lab puts your art on the actual garment with the price updating live.
Start the budget from the real numbers: published light cotton tee packs, front print built into every figure Lobo Canyon customers see.

Oversized full body fronts add $3 per piece under 25 pieces and $2 at 25 or more, and sizes 2XL and up add $6 each under 25 pieces or $4 each at 25 or more. Heavier garments follow the same pack structure at their own price points, all shown live in the Design Lab.
Send the idea through the quote form or build it yourself in the Design Lab. A napkin sketch photographed on a phone counts, our designers have built full unit runs from less.
One day later the proof is in your inbox: your art, your garment, your colors, at true print scale. Revisions never cost a cent.
You approve in writing before production starts. No surprises at the box opening, because you already saw the shirt.
From approval, count 5 to 7 business days to your door. If the event is sooner, ask about rush and get a straight yes or no.
The specs live in our archive permanently: same art, same colors, same result, on demand.
The timeline to Lobo Canyon addresses is fixed and published: 5 to 7 business days door to door, production included. Shipping rates are flat, visible in the table, and free from 100 pieces.
The roster is the packing list: every size counted into the box, tracking issued at pickup, and any shortage or transit damage made right at our cost without argument.
We do, at the same pace as domestic orders. Deployed and overseas service members at APO and FPO addresses are covered alongside all 50 states.
Yes, and without giving up your email: the Design Lab keeps the complete total, packs to shipping, on screen while you design.
Five to seven business days, all in, from approval to arrival. Rush exists for real deadlines and gets an honest yes or no up front.
Design help is included free. Whatever you have, a napkin sketch, a faded shirt photo, a sentence, becomes a print-ready proof from a real designer within 24 hours.
Large orders are the specialty, not the exception: hundreds of mixed-size pieces, roster-counted boxes, one accountable contact.
Sizes 2XL and up add $6 per piece under 25 total pieces, or $4 per piece at 25 or more. The Design Lab includes it in your estimate automatically.
There are no returns on custom orders; once printed, the work is final. That is exactly why production never starts without your written approval of a free proof, and why the size roster deserves a second look before you submit.
