Screen Printing for Mallory: free 24-hour proofs, published pack pricing, and tracked delivery in 5 to 7 business days.
Mallory crews order screen printed gear from us because the numbers are public and the process is simple: free design help, a written proof within 24 hours, and delivery to any Mallory address in 5 to 7 business days.
From one end of Mallory to the other, 4.4 square miles, the shipping promise does not change: 5 to 7 business days, tracked. If your people are spread out, that is fine: Accoville, WV (3 mi), Greenville, WV (3 mi), Kistler, WV (3 mi) sit close enough that one order can outfit all of them. For the military community, Camp Dawson sits about 167 miles away, well inside our normal unit-order routes.
No storefront visit required. Send a rough idea or finished art, a real designer builds the proof at no charge, and the finished gear ships straight to Mallory.
A typical week of screen printing orders from this corner of West Virginia mixes Mallory crews with neighbors like Accoville, 3 miles over, all running through the same designer, the same proof cycle, and the same tracked delivery.
Youth smalls through adult 5XL in a single pack at a single rate. Every price is published before you talk to a person, so the budget math happens on your terms.
Era-correct designs drawn by our in-house team and printed for every generation of the crew. Youth and adult cuts run side by side in the same pack at the same price structure.
High-count, budget-tier blanks with a clean one-color print that keeps cost per piece low. Mixed sizes and colors in one run are standard here, not a special request.
The whole roster in one run, one design, with the per-piece price falling at every pack break. Every price is published before you talk to a person, so the budget math happens on your terms.
Crew tees built for daily abuse: heavy blanks, cured ink, and reorders that match exactly. Bring a rough idea, even a phone photo of a whiteboard, and our designers make it print ready at no charge.
Event shirts priced before the first form is printed, so selling at a profit is arithmetic, not hope. Bring a rough idea, even a phone photo of a whiteboard, and our designers make it print ready at no charge.
This shop exists for the military community, and it shows in how orders run. Deadlines are treated like formation times, proofs are honest instead of optimistic, and when Mallory customers call, a person who owns the order answers.
Honesty runs in both directions here. A doomed timeline or a design that will disappoint gets called out early, with an alternative attached.
Upload art or add text in the Design Lab, set sizes and quantities, and the full estimate, shipping included, is on screen before you give anyone your email.
Start from the garment and the rest follows. Among Mallory customers, these three blanks carry most of the orders, each designable online on its real photos.
The clean-front fleece crew: 8.0oz, no pocket, no hood, maximum canvas for crests and block letters. Mixed sizes and colors in one run are standard here, not a special request.
Big-run economics start here: light ringspun cotton from $12 at volume, with the front print already in the price. Bring a rough idea, even a phone photo of a whiteboard, and our designers make it print ready at no charge.
The standard. 5.3oz heavy cotton in more than 80 colors including military green, sand, and every heather. Holds shape wash after wash. Rush timelines get quoted honestly. If we cannot hit the date, we say so before you pay a cent.
Most orders here start without finished artwork, and that is fine. Our in-house designers redraw low resolution logos as clean vectors, build new designs from a written description, and match era-correct type and insignia when the design calls for it. The service costs nothing with an order, the first proof lands within 24 hours, and revisions are unlimited. You approve the final art in writing before production, so the shirt that arrives is the shirt you signed off on.
Want to try it yourself first? The Design Lab lets you upload art, add text in stencil and athletic fonts, and position everything on the exact garment with live pricing the whole time.
Here is what Mallory customers actually pay, starting from our light cotton tee. Every price includes a standard front print, and the number only moves down as the pack gets bigger.

Add-on pricing is deliberately boring: back print per the table (later $3, then $2), oversize front $3 or $2 by volume, extended sizes $6 or $4 by volume. That is the complete list, and the Design Lab computes it live before any quote is written.
Kick it off however suits you: describe the concept in the quote form or drop your art straight into the Design Lab. Polish is not required at this stage.
Within 24 hours you have a proof in your inbox, drawn to size, on the garment and color you picked. Revisions are unlimited and free.
The press does not move without your written yes. It is the single checkpoint that makes the no-returns policy fair.
Approval to doorstep runs 5 to 7 business days as the default, faster when rush is booked and honestly refused when it cannot be.
We archive your art and garment specs, which makes the second order a two minute conversation.
Count 5 to 7 business days, production included, for tracked delivery to Mallory addresses. At 100 pieces shipping costs nothing; under that, the flat rates in the table are the whole story.
Boxes get counted twice against the roster before they seal, and the tracking number reaches you the day of pickup. Damage or shortage claims are our expense and our rush.
Always, at no charge. A designer takes your rough input, redraws it print ready, and has a proof in your inbox inside a day, with unlimited revisions after.
Absolutely. Bulk is where pack pricing shines, and big mixed-size runs ship counted against your roster with a single person accountable for the date.
Extended sizes carry a flat per-piece add: $6 when the order is under 25 pieces, $4 once it reaches 25. The estimate in the Design Lab applies it for you.
Custom work does not come back: due to custom orders, all work is finalized and no returns are accepted. The protection is up front instead, a free proof that must be approved in writing before anything prints, so check sizing and art carefully at that stage.
Order ten, order fifty, order five hundred: 10 pieces is our floor, and for your Mallory crew, bigger packs simply pull the per-piece price down.
Vector files such as AI, SVG, EPS, and PDF are ideal. A 300 DPI PNG with a transparent background also prints clean. If all you have is a screenshot, we redraw it free.
