Custom screen printed gear for Mammoth businesses, schools, teams, churches, and crews. Proofs in 24 hours, delivered in 5 to 7 days.
The workhorse method: vibrant plastisol or water-based ink pressed through mesh, one color at a time. Best price per shirt at volume and prints that survive hundreds of washes. For Mammoth, that comes with published pack pricing and door delivery in 5 to 7 business days.
Mammoth covers 0.8 square miles of Wyoming, and delivery reaches every address in it on the standard 5 to 7 day window. The same run covers the neighboring communities too: Gardiner, MT (6 mi), Jardine, MT (7 mi), Corwin Springs, MT (12 mi) all order from the same shop at the same published pricing. For the military community, Malmstrom Air Force Base sits about 177 miles away, well inside our normal unit-order routes.
No storefront visit required. Send a rough idea or finished art, a real designer builds the proof at no charge, and the finished gear ships straight to Mammoth.
Screen Printing demand around Mammoth does not stop at the town line. Crews from Gardiner (6 miles out) order through the same process, which is why coverage is priced by pack, never by zip code.
One run covers the team and the bleachers: kid sizes and adult sizes priced together. If a design will not print well at the size you want, you hear that before money changes hands.
Reunion gear that gets the year right, drawn in-house and printed for every generation at once. We handle the art, the sizing spread, and the deadline. You handle handing them out.
High-count, budget-tier blanks with a clean one-color print that keeps cost per piece low. Nobody chases an order here. Your contact tells you where it stands before you have to ask.
One design across the whole formation, printed at pack pricing that drops as the count climbs. One point of contact owns your order from first proof to delivery confirmation.
Uniform shirts that still look issued after a season of job-site laundry cycles. We handle the art, the sizing spread, and the deadline. You handle handing them out.
Fundraiser tees where the committee knows its margin up front, because every pack price is public. What you approve in writing is what ships. That rule has no exceptions.
This shop exists for the military community, and it shows in how orders run. Deadlines are treated like formation times, proofs are honest instead of optimistic, and when Mammoth customers call, a person who owns the order answers.
Honesty runs in both directions here. A doomed timeline or a design that will disappoint gets called out early, with an alternative attached.
Upload art or add text in the Design Lab, set sizes and quantities, and the full estimate, shipping included, is on screen before you give anyone your email.
Garment choice makes or breaks the order. These are the blanks Mammoth customers pick most, all designable online on real product photos.
Eighty-plus colors of 5.3oz heavy cotton, from military green to every heather, that keeps its shape through the laundry years. Deadlines get treated like formation times, not suggestions.
An 8.0oz fleece crew with a clean uninterrupted front, the best canvas we stock for big crests and old school block lettering. Mixed sizes and colors in one run are standard here, not a special request.
The budget workhorse for big runs. 4.5oz light ringspun cotton that keeps a 100 piece order affordable, from $12 a shirt at volume with the front print included. Reorders match the first run exactly because we keep your art and specs on file.
The gap between what you have and what a press needs is our designers job to close, free with any order. Whatever the starting point, the output is the same: clean vectors, correct insignia, a proof within 24 hours, and unlimited revisions until you approve it in writing. Only then does anything print.
The Design Lab offers the self-serve path, with your art positioned on real product photos and the total priced as you go.
No mystery pricing. These are the published packs on our light cotton tee, front print included, and Mammoth customers watch the per piece cost fall as quantity climbs.

Three add-ons exist and all are flat per piece: the back print at the table rate ($3 from 25 pieces, $2 from 50), the oversized front at $3 or $2 depending on quantity, and extended sizes at $6 or $4. Nothing else gets added. The Design Lab applies every rule automatically, and the written quote confirms the total before anything is charged.
Two doors in: the quote form if you want a person on it immediately, or the Design Lab if you want to see it on the garment first. Either way, unfinished ideas are the expected input.
Within 24 hours you have a proof in your inbox, drawn to size, on the garment and color you picked. Revisions are unlimited and free.
You approve in writing before production starts. No surprises at the box opening, because you already saw the shirt.
Production and shipping run 5 to 7 business days standard. Rush options exist and get quoted honestly against your date.
Everything about the run gets archived, which turns every future reorder into a one-line email.
Production plus shipping to Mammoth addresses runs 5 to 7 business days standard, tracked the whole way. Shipping is free at 100 pieces and flat rated below that, exactly as shown in the pricing table above.
Orders ship boxed and counted against your size roster, with tracking sent the day they leave. If anything arrives short or damaged, photograph it and send it over, and we correct it at our cost.
Large orders are the specialty, not the exception: hundreds of mixed-size pieces, roster-counted boxes, one accountable contact.
Sizes 2XL and up add $6 per piece under 25 total pieces, or $4 per piece at 25 or more. The Design Lab includes it in your estimate automatically.
There are no returns on custom orders; once printed, the work is final. That is exactly why production never starts without your written approval of a free proof, and why the size roster deserves a second look before you submit.
Order ten, order fifty, order five hundred: 10 pieces is our floor, and for your Mammoth crew, bigger packs simply pull the per-piece price down.
Best case: vector art (AI, SVG, EPS, PDF). Very good case: a 300 DPI transparent PNG. Worst case: a screenshot, which our designers redraw at no charge anyway.
