Custom screen printed gear for Marathon businesses, schools, teams, churches, and crews. Proofs in 24 hours, delivered in 5 to 7 days.
The workhorse method: vibrant plastisol or water-based ink pressed through mesh, one color at a time. Best price per shirt at volume and prints that survive hundreds of washes. For Marathon, that comes with published pack pricing and door delivery in 5 to 7 business days.
Marathon is home to a community of 221 across 0.7 square miles, and every one of those addresses is inside our standard 5 to 7 day delivery window. If your people are spread out, that is fine: Albert City, IA (6 mi), Webb, IA (6 mi), Laurens, IA (7 mi) sit close enough that one order can outfit all of them. Camp Dodge, around 103 miles from Marathon, anchors the local military community we print for every week.
Nothing here needs a storefront. Art goes in by phone or upload, a designer proofs it free, and the shipment lands in Marathon counted against your roster.
Screen Printing demand around Marathon does not stop at the town line. Crews from Albert City (6 miles out) order through the same process, which is why coverage is priced by pack, never by zip code.
Anniversary shirts with the type and insignia matched to the era they honor. Ask for the honest option and you get it, even when it is the cheaper one.
When the count is high and the budget is fixed, light blanks and one-color prints deliver. Packs mix garment colors freely, so squads, shifts, or grade levels can each get their own.
Formation-wide runs are the bread and butter: single design, mixed sizes, pack rates that reward volume. What you approve in writing is what ships. That rule has no exceptions.
Everyday workwear printed to survive the job site, the shop floor, and the industrial washer. A real designer, not an upload widget, checks every file before it goes near production.
Runs, festivals, and booster fundraisers with published pricing so the margin math is done before the order form goes out. If a design will not print well at the size you want, you hear that before money changes hands.
One run covers the team and the bleachers: kid sizes and adult sizes priced together. Mixed sizes and colors in one run are standard here, not a special request.
We built this company on a simple standard: print it like the name on it matters. For Marathon customers, that means honest timelines, real proofs, and no excuses on delivery day.
Honesty runs in both directions here. A doomed timeline or a design that will disappoint gets called out early, with an alternative attached.
The Design Lab puts your art on the real garment, takes your size counts, and totals the whole order, shipping included, without asking who you are.
Garment choice makes or breaks the order. These are the blanks Marathon customers pick most, all designable online on real product photos.
For big front art, nothing beats this 8.0oz crew with its uninterrupted printing field. Deadlines get treated like formation times, not suggestions.
When the count is high, this 4.5oz ringspun blank keeps the math friendly: $12 a shirt at volume, front print included. If a design will not print well at the size you want, you hear that before money changes hands.
The default unit shirt: heavy cotton, an 80-color palette, and a fit that survives the wash cycle. One point of contact owns your order from first proof to delivery confirmation.
Half the orders we take begin as a phone photo of a sketch, an old shirt, or a sentence describing the idea. A designer turns that into print-ready vector art at no charge, sends the proof inside 24 hours, and revises it until you sign off in writing. Nothing is produced before that signature, which is why what shows up matches what you expected.

Three add-ons exist and all are flat per piece: the back print at the table rate ($3 from 25 pieces, $2 from 50), the oversized front at $3 or $2 depending on quantity, and extended sizes at $6 or $4. Nothing else gets added. The Design Lab applies every rule automatically, and the written quote confirms the total before anything is charged.
Kick it off however suits you: describe the concept in the quote form or drop your art straight into the Design Lab. Polish is not required at this stage.
Twenty-four hours gets you a designer-built proof on the exact blank you chose. Iterate freely until it is right.
Your written approval is the gate. Until it exists, nothing prints; once it exists, exactly that design prints.
From approval, count 5 to 7 business days to your door. If the event is sooner, ask about rush and get a straight yes or no.
The specs live in our archive permanently: same art, same colors, same result, on demand.
Production plus shipping to Marathon addresses runs 5 to 7 business days standard, tracked the whole way. Shipping is free at 100 pieces and flat rated below that, exactly as shown in the pricing table above.
Boxes get counted twice against the roster before they seal, and the tracking number reaches you the day of pickup. Damage or shortage claims are our expense and our rush.

Large orders are the specialty, not the exception: hundreds of mixed-size pieces, roster-counted boxes, one accountable contact.
Simple math: 2XL and up cost $6 more per piece on small orders and $4 more per piece from 25 pieces. No other size fees exist, and the Design Lab totals it live.
Custom work does not come back: due to custom orders, all work is finalized and no returns are accepted. The protection is up front instead, a free proof that must be approved in writing before anything prints, so check sizing and art carefully at that stage.
The minimum order is 10 pieces. Your marathon crew can order ten today and a hundred next month; the packs just make each piece cheaper as the count grows.
