Screen Printing in Marlette, MI.

Custom screen printed gear for Marlette businesses, schools, teams, churches, and crews. Proofs in 24 hours, delivered in 5 to 7 days.

Screen Printing delivered to Marlette

The workhorse method: vibrant plastisol or water-based ink pressed through mesh, one color at a time. Best price per shirt at volume and prints that survive hundreds of washes. For Marlette, that comes with published pack pricing and door delivery in 5 to 7 business days.

Census numbers put Marlette at about 1,900 people on 1.6 square miles of Michigan, all of it covered by the same tracked shipping. The same run covers the neighboring communities too: Clifford, MI (5 mi), Kingston, MI (8 mi), North Branch, MI (9 mi) all order from the same shop at the same published pricing. The closest major installation is Selfridge Air National Guard Base, roughly 51 miles out, and unit orders from there run through this same process daily.

The whole process runs remote: rough idea in, free designer-built proof back, written approval, and finished gear delivered to Marlette.

Because Clifford sits only 5 miles from Marlette, joint orders across town lines are common here: one proof, one pack price, two delivery stops if needed.

What Marlette gets screen printed

Event and fundraiser shirts

Event shirts priced before the first form is printed, so selling at a profit is arithmetic, not hope. A real designer, not an upload widget, checks every file before it goes near production.

School and team spirit wear

Youth smalls through adult 5XL in a single pack at a single rate. We handle the art, the sizing spread, and the deadline. You handle handing them out.

Reunion and anniversary runs

Era-correct designs drawn by our in-house team and printed for every generation of the crew. Deadlines get treated like formation times, not suggestions.

Bulk giveaway tees

Giveaway runs engineered to a number: budget blank, single color, maximum count. A real designer, not an upload widget, checks every file before it goes near production.

Unit and company shirt runs

The whole roster in one run, one design, with the per-piece price falling at every pack break. Every price is published before you talk to a person, so the budget math happens on your terms.

Business and crew uniform tees

Crew tees built for daily abuse: heavy blanks, cured ink, and reorders that match exactly. Mixed sizes and colors in one run are standard here, not a special request.

Why order from a shop built for the military community

We built this company on a simple standard: print it like the name on it matters. For Marlette customers, that means honest timelines, real proofs, and no excuses on delivery day.

Honesty runs in both directions here. A doomed timeline or a design that will disappoint gets called out early, with an alternative attached.

Build it on the real garment and watch the price calculate live.

The Design Lab puts your art on the real garment, takes your size counts, and totals the whole order, shipping included, without asking who you are.

04 //

What to print it on

Garment choice makes or breaks the order. These are the blanks Marlette customers pick most, all designable online on real product photos.

Classic Cotton Tee

The default unit shirt: heavy cotton, an 80-color palette, and a fit that survives the wash cycle. Bring a rough idea, even a phone photo of a whiteboard, and our designers make it print ready at no charge.

Crewneck Sweatshirt

An 8.0oz fleece crew with a clean uninterrupted front, the best canvas we stock for big crests and old school block lettering. One point of contact owns your order from first proof to delivery confirmation.

Essential Light Tee

Big-run economics start here: light ringspun cotton from $12 at volume, with the front print already in the price. The second order takes two minutes because the first one is archived down to the thread color.

05 //

Bring the idea, we draw the rest

Finished files are welcome but never required. A faded photo, a hand sketch, or three sentences of description all become professional vector art at no charge, proofed back to you within a day. The revision count is unlimited, the approval is in writing, and production does not move an inch until that approval exists.

Hands-on types can skip the wait entirely: the Design Lab puts your art on the actual garment with the price updating live.

What it costs

Start the budget from the real numbers: published light cotton tee packs, front print built into every figure Marlette customers see.

How it works, start to finish

01

Brief

The first step is just getting the idea out of your head: type it into the quote form or mock it up in the Design Lab, rough edges and all.

02

Proof

One day later the proof is in your inbox: your art, your garment, your colors, at true print scale. Revisions never cost a cent.

03

Approve

The press does not move without your written yes. It is the single checkpoint that makes the no-returns policy fair.

04

Print and ship

From approval, count 5 to 7 business days to your door. If the event is sooner, ask about rush and get a straight yes or no.

05

Reorder

Your art and specs stay on file, so reorders match the first run exactly, down to the ink.

08 //

Shipping and turnaround

Production plus shipping to Marlette addresses runs 5 to 7 business days standard, tracked the whole way. Shipping is free at 100 pieces and flat rated below that, exactly as shown in the pricing table above.

Boxes get counted twice against the roster before they seal, and the tracking number reaches you the day of pickup. Damage or shortage claims are our expense and our rush.

Common questions

What is your return policy?

Finality is the nature of custom work: no returns once it prints. Your protections live earlier in the process, in the free proof and the written approval that nothing skips.

Is there a minimum order?

Yes, 10 pieces. That is the smallest run we print, packs for your Marlette crew keep dropping the per piece price from there, and free shipping starts at 100.

What file types work best?

File quality is our problem, not yours: vectors are ideal, 300 DPI PNGs work, and weak files get redrawn at no charge.

Do you ship to APO and FPO addresses?

We do, at the same pace as domestic orders. Deployed and overseas service members at APO and FPO addresses are covered alongside all 50 states.

Can I see the price before I talk to anyone?

Yes, and without giving up your email: the Design Lab keeps the complete total, packs to shipping, on screen while you design.

How long does shipping take?

Five to seven business days, all in, from approval to arrival. Rush exists for real deadlines and gets an honest yes or no up front.

Do you help with the design?

Design help is included free. Whatever you have, a napkin sketch, a faded shirt photo, a sentence, becomes a print-ready proof from a real designer within 24 hours.
