Screen Printing in Mart, TX.

Custom screen printed gear for Mart businesses, schools, teams, churches, and crews. Proofs in 24 hours, delivered in 5 to 7 days.

Screen Printing delivered to Mart

The workhorse method: vibrant plastisol or water-based ink pressed through mesh, one color at a time. Best price per shirt at volume and prints that survive hundreds of washes. For Mart, that comes with published pack pricing and door delivery in 5 to 7 business days.

With about 1,800 people spread over 1.4 square miles, Mart gets the same flat delivery promise as everywhere else we serve: 5 to 7 business days to any door. If your people are spread out, that is fine: Hallsburg, TX (7 mi), Riesel, TX (8 mi), Mount Calm, TX (15 mi) sit close enough that one order can outfit all of them. Fort Cavazos, around 62 miles from Mart, anchors the local military community we print for every week.

Nothing here needs a storefront. Art goes in by phone or upload, a designer proofs it free, and the shipment lands in Mart counted against your roster.

Screen Printing demand around Mart does not stop at the town line. Crews from Hallsburg (7 miles out) order through the same process, which is why coverage is priced by pack, never by zip code.

What Mart gets screen printed

Event and fundraiser shirts

Event shirts priced before the first form is printed, so selling at a profit is arithmetic, not hope. What you approve in writing is what ships. That rule has no exceptions.

School and team spirit wear

Mixed youth and adult sizes in one run at one pack price. Start from a napkin sketch if that is what you have. Turning rough into print ready is the job.

Reunion and anniversary runs

Era-correct designs drawn by our in-house team and printed for every generation of the crew. Nobody chases an order here. Your contact tells you where it stands before you have to ask.

Bulk giveaway tees

When the count is high and the budget is fixed, light blanks and one-color prints deliver. One point of contact owns your order from first proof to delivery confirmation.

Unit and company shirt runs

The whole roster in one run, one design, with the per-piece price falling at every pack break. If a design will not print well at the size you want, you hear that before money changes hands.

Business and crew uniform tees

Uniform shirts that still look issued after a season of job-site laundry cycles. What you approve in writing is what ships. That rule has no exceptions.

Why order from a shop built for the military community

This shop exists for the military community, and it shows in how orders run. Deadlines are treated like formation times, proofs are honest instead of optimistic, and when Mart customers call, a person who owns the order answers.

Honesty runs in both directions here. A doomed timeline or a design that will disappoint gets called out early, with an alternative attached.

Build it on the real garment and watch the price calculate live.

The Design Lab puts your art on the real garment, takes your size counts, and totals the whole order, shipping included, without asking who you are.

04 //

What to print it on

Garment choice makes or breaks the order. These are the blanks Mart customers pick most, all designable online on real product photos.

Crewneck Sweatshirt

The clean-front fleece crew: 8.0oz, no pocket, no hood, maximum canvas for crests and block letters. A real designer, not an upload widget, checks every file before it goes near production.

Essential Light Tee

The budget workhorse for big runs. 4.5oz light ringspun cotton that keeps a 100 piece order affordable, from $12 a shirt at volume with the front print included. Nobody chases an order here. Your contact tells you where it stands before you have to ask.

Classic Cotton Tee

Eighty-plus colors of 5.3oz heavy cotton, from military green to every heather, that keeps its shape through the laundry years. Packs mix garment colors freely, so squads, shifts, or grade levels can each get their own.

05 //

No artwork? That is the normal case

Half the orders we take begin as a phone photo of a sketch, an old shirt, or a sentence describing the idea. A designer turns that into print-ready vector art at no charge, sends the proof inside 24 hours, and revises it until you sign off in writing. Nothing is produced before that signature, which is why what shows up matches what you expected.

Prefer hands-on? Build the design yourself in the Design Lab on real product photos, with the running price on screen while you work.

06 //

What it costs

No mystery pricing. These are the published packs on our light cotton tee, front print included, and Mart customers watch the per piece cost fall as quantity climbs.

QuantityPack pricePer shirtShippingAdd back print
10 pieces$180$18 ea$18$4 ea
15 pieces$250$16.67 ea$18$4 ea

Add-on pricing is deliberately boring: back print per the table (later $3, then $2), oversize front $3 or $2 by volume, extended sizes $6 or $4 by volume. That is the complete list, and the Design Lab computes it live before any quote is written.

How it works, start to finish

01

Brief

The first step is just getting the idea out of your head: type it into the quote form or mock it up in the Design Lab, rough edges and all.

02

Proof

One day later the proof is in your inbox: your art, your garment, your colors, at true print scale. Revisions never cost a cent.

03

Approve

You approve in writing before production starts. No surprises at the box opening, because you already saw the shirt.

04

Print and ship

Standard turnaround is 5 to 7 business days from approval to doorstep, with rush available when the calendar demands it.

05

Reorder

The specs live in our archive permanently: same art, same colors, same result, on demand.

08 //

Shipping and turnaround

Production plus shipping to Mart addresses runs 5 to 7 business days standard, tracked the whole way. Shipping is free at 100 pieces and flat rated below that, exactly as shown in the pricing table above.

The roster is the packing list: every size counted into the box, tracking issued at pickup, and any shortage or transit damage made right at our cost without argument.

Common questions

Can you handle a large order for your Mart crew?

Large runs are the core business: hundreds of pieces, mixed sizes, multiple colors, one named contact who owns it from first proof to the delivery scan.

How do 2XL and larger sizes work?

Extended sizes carry a flat per-piece add: $6 when the order is under 25 pieces, $4 once it reaches 25. The estimate in the Design Lab applies it for you.

What is your return policy?

Due to custom orders, all work is finalized and no returns are accepted. Double check sizing and artwork before submitting your order. Every order gets a free proof first, and nothing prints until you approve it in writing.

Is there a minimum order?

Yes, 10 pieces. That is the smallest run we print, packs for your Mart crew keep dropping the per piece price from there, and free shipping starts at 100.

What file types work best?

File quality is our problem, not yours: vectors are ideal, 300 DPI PNGs work, and weak files get redrawn at no charge.

Do you ship to APO and FPO addresses?

Deployed addresses are first-class here: APO and FPO ship on the standard timeline, right alongside all 50 states.

Can I see the price before I talk to anyone?

Completely. Build the design in the Design Lab and the full order total sits on screen the whole time; no email, no call, no waiting.
