Screen Printing delivered to Muldraugh

Muldraugh crews order screen printed gear from us because the numbers are public and the process is simple: free design help, a written proof within 24 hours, and delivery to any Muldraugh address in 5 to 7 business days.

With about 1,000 people spread over 0.5 square miles, Muldraugh gets the same flat delivery promise as everywhere else we serve: 5 to 7 business days to any door. The same run covers the neighboring communities too: Fort Knox, KY (3 mi), West Point, KY (4 mi), Doe Valley, KY (7 mi) all order from the same shop at the same published pricing. Fort Knox, around 9 miles from Muldraugh, anchors the local military community we print for every week.

Nothing here needs a storefront. Art goes in by phone or upload, a designer proofs it free, and the shipment lands in Muldraugh counted against your roster.

Screen Printing demand around Muldraugh does not stop at the town line. Crews from Fort Knox (3 miles out) order through the same process, which is why coverage is priced by pack, never by zip code.

What Muldraugh gets screen printed

Business and crew uniform tees

Crew tees built for daily abuse: heavy blanks, cured ink, and reorders that match exactly. Nobody chases an order here. Your contact tells you where it stands before you have to ask.

Event and fundraiser shirts

Runs, festivals, and booster fundraisers with published pricing so the margin math is done before the order form goes out. A real designer, not an upload widget, checks every file before it goes near production.

School and team spirit wear

Youth smalls through adult 5XL in a single pack at a single rate. Nobody chases an order here. Your contact tells you where it stands before you have to ask.

Reunion and anniversary runs

Era-correct designs drawn by our in-house team and printed for every generation of the crew. Youth and adult cuts run side by side in the same pack at the same price structure.

Bulk giveaway tees

When the count is high and the budget is fixed, light blanks and one-color prints deliver. Bring a rough idea, even a phone photo of a whiteboard, and our designers make it print ready at no charge.

Unit and company shirt runs

One design across the whole formation, printed at pack pricing that drops as the count climbs. Deadlines get treated like formation times, not suggestions.

Why order from a shop built for the military community

We print for units, veterans, and military families every day, and the discipline transfers. Muldraugh customers get straight answers on dates, a named person on their order, and work we would put our own name on.

It also means we say no when we should. If a design will not print well at the size you want, or a date cannot be hit, you hear it before you spend money, not after.

Build it on the real garment and watch the price calculate live.

Ninety seconds in the Design Lab gets you a complete number: garment, print, sizes, upcharges, and shipping, all before any contact form.

04 //

What to print it on

The right blank depends on budget, season, and how hard the gear will be worn. For Muldraugh customers, these three earn their keep.

Crewneck Sweatshirt

The clean-front fleece crew: 8.0oz, no pocket, no hood, maximum canvas for crests and block letters. Packs mix garment colors freely, so squads, shifts, or grade levels can each get their own.

Essential Light Tee

The budget workhorse for big runs. 4.5oz light ringspun cotton that keeps a 100 piece order affordable, from $12 a shirt at volume with the front print included. Deadlines get treated like formation times, not suggestions.

Classic Cotton Tee

The standard. 5.3oz heavy cotton in more than 80 colors including military green, sand, and every heather. Holds shape wash after wash. If a design will not print well at the size you want, you hear that before money changes hands.

05 //

The art department is included

Design help is not an upsell here, it is how orders start. Describe the concept in a sentence, attach whatever reference you have, and within 24 hours a real designer returns a proof drawn as clean vectors, era-correct where it matters. Revisions cost nothing and continue until the proof is right, and your written approval is the only thing that sends it to production.

The Design Lab is there when you want to drive: upload, place, and price the design yourself on the exact garment we print.

How it works, start to finish

01

Brief

The first step is just getting the idea out of your head: type it into the quote form or mock it up in the Design Lab, rough edges and all.

02

Proof

Twenty-four hours gets you a designer-built proof on the exact blank you chose. Iterate freely until it is right.

03

Approve

Nothing goes to press until you approve the proof in writing. What you sign off on is exactly what prints, that is the whole point of the proof.

04

Print and ship

Approval to doorstep runs 5 to 7 business days as the default, faster when rush is booked and honestly refused when it cannot be.

05

Reorder

Your art and specs stay on file, so reorders match the first run exactly, down to the ink.

08 //

Shipping and turnaround

The timeline to Muldraugh addresses is fixed and published: 5 to 7 business days door to door, production included. Shipping rates are flat, visible in the table, and free from 100 pieces.

Boxes get counted twice against the roster before they seal, and the tracking number reaches you the day of pickup. Damage or shortage claims are our expense and our rush.

Common questions

Is there a minimum order?

The minimum order is 10 pieces. Your muldraugh crew can order ten today and a hundred next month; the packs just make each piece cheaper as the count grows.

What file types work best?

Vector files such as AI, SVG, EPS, and PDF are ideal. A 300 DPI PNG with a transparent background also prints clean. If all you have is a screenshot, we redraw it free.

Do you ship to APO and FPO addresses?

Yes. We ship to all 50 states and to APO and FPO addresses for deployed and overseas service members.

Can I see the price before I talk to anyone?

Yes, and without giving up your email: the Design Lab keeps the complete total, packs to shipping, on screen while you design.

How long does shipping take?

The standard clock is 5 to 7 business days covering both production and delivery. Many orders can run faster; name the date and we will confirm or decline honestly.

Do you help with the design?

Yes, and it costs nothing with your order. Send a sketch, an old logo, or just the idea, and a designer sends a print ready proof within 24 hours.
