Screen Printing for Neosho: free 24-hour proofs, published pack pricing, and tracked delivery in 5 to 7 business days.
The workhorse method: vibrant plastisol or water-based ink pressed through mesh, one color at a time. Best price per shirt at volume and prints that survive hundreds of washes. For Neosho, that comes with published pack pricing and door delivery in 5 to 7 business days.
Neosho is home to about 13,000 people across 15.8 square miles, and every one of those addresses is inside our standard 5 to 7 day delivery window. Nearby crews are already in the coverage circle, with Goodman, MO (8 mi), Granby, MO (9 mi), Diamond, MO (11 mi) sharing the identical pack rates and timelines. Whiteman Air Force Base, around 140 miles from Neosho, anchors the local military community we print for every week.
The whole process runs remote: rough idea in, free designer-built proof back, written approval, and finished gear delivered to Neosho.
Because Goodman sits only 8 miles from Neosho, joint orders across town lines are common here: one proof, one pack price, two delivery stops if needed.
One design across the whole formation, printed at pack pricing that drops as the count climbs. What you approve in writing is what ships. That rule has no exceptions.
Everyday workwear printed to survive the job site, the shop floor, and the industrial washer. We handle the art, the sizing spread, and the deadline. You handle handing them out.
Event shirts priced before the first form is printed, so selling at a profit is arithmetic, not hope. Bring a rough idea, even a phone photo of a whiteboard, and our designers make it print ready at no charge.
One run covers the team and the bleachers: kid sizes and adult sizes priced together. Nobody chases an order here. Your contact tells you where it stands before you have to ask.
Anniversary shirts with the type and insignia matched to the era they honor. Rush timelines get quoted honestly. If we cannot hit the date, we say so before you pay a cent.
When the count is high and the budget is fixed, light blanks and one-color prints deliver. Mixed sizes and colors in one run are standard here, not a special request.
We print for units, veterans, and military families every day, and the discipline transfers. Neosho customers get straight answers on dates, a named person on their order, and work we would put our own name on.
The same discipline applies inward: an unrealistic date or a design that will not print well gets flagged before you commit, not explained after.
Upload art or add text in the Design Lab, set sizes and quantities, and the full estimate, shipping included, is on screen before you give anyone your email.
Garment choice makes or breaks the order. These are the blanks Neosho customers pick most, all designable online on real product photos.
The budget workhorse for big runs. 4.5oz light ringspun cotton that keeps a 100 piece order affordable, from $12 a shirt at volume with the front print included. We handle the art, the sizing spread, and the deadline. You handle handing them out.
The standard. 5.3oz heavy cotton in more than 80 colors including military green, sand, and every heather. Holds shape wash after wash. What you approve in writing is what ships. That rule has no exceptions.
The clean-front fleece crew: 8.0oz, no pocket, no hood, maximum canvas for crests and block letters. Bring a rough idea, even a phone photo of a whiteboard, and our designers make it print ready at no charge.
Half the orders we take begin as a phone photo of a sketch, an old shirt, or a sentence describing the idea. A designer turns that into print-ready vector art at no charge, sends the proof inside 24 hours, and revises it until you sign off in writing. Nothing is produced before that signature, which is why what shows up matches what you expected.

No mystery pricing. These are the published packs on our light cotton tee, front print included, and Neosho customers watch the per piece cost fall as quantity climbs.

Three add-ons exist and all are flat per piece: the back print at the table rate ($3 from 25 pieces, $2 from 50), the oversized front at $3 or $2 depending on quantity, and extended sizes at $6 or $4. Nothing else gets added. The Design Lab applies every rule automatically, and the written quote confirms the total before anything is charged.
Two doors in: the quote form if you want a person on it immediately, or the Design Lab if you want to see it on the garment first. Either way, unfinished ideas are the expected input.
One day later the proof is in your inbox: your art, your garment, your colors, at true print scale. Revisions never cost a cent.
The press does not move without your written yes. It is the single checkpoint that makes the no-returns policy fair.
From approval, count 5 to 7 business days to your door. If the event is sooner, ask about rush and get a straight yes or no.
Everything about the run gets archived, which turns every future reorder into a one-line email.
Count 5 to 7 business days, production included, for tracked delivery to Neosho addresses. At 100 pieces shipping costs nothing; under that, the flat rates in the table are the whole story.
Boxes get counted twice against the roster before they seal, and the tracking number reaches you the day of pickup. Damage or shortage claims are our expense and our rush.
Count 5 to 7 business days from approval to doorstep, production included. Tighter date? Ask about rush and you get a straight answer before paying.
Included with every order: a designer turns whatever you send into print-ready art, proofs it within 24 hours, and revises free until approved.
Absolutely. Bulk is where pack pricing shines, and big mixed-size runs ship counted against your roster with a single person accountable for the date.
The extended-size rule fits in one line: add $6 per piece below 25 total, $4 per piece at 25 or more. The Design Lab applies it automatically.
Custom work does not come back: due to custom orders, all work is finalized and no returns are accepted. The protection is up front instead, a free proof that must be approved in writing before anything prints, so check sizing and art carefully at that stage.
The minimum order is 10 pieces. Your neosho crew can order ten today and a hundred next month; the packs just make each piece cheaper as the count grows.
File quality is our problem, not yours: vectors are ideal, 300 DPI PNGs work, and weak files get redrawn at no charge.
