Screen Printing shipped anywhere in New York

every screen printing order in New York gets the same treatment: a real designer on the art, a written proof within 24 hours, and honest pack pricing published before you talk to anyone.

We print in one shop and deliver statewide, so a crew in a small New York town gets the same quality, pricing, and timeline as one in the biggest city. That includes direct delivery for units at Fort Drum, Fort Hamilton, West Point, Coast Guard Sector New York, and every armory and reserve center in between.

What New York crews get screen printed

Business and crew uniform tees

Everyday workwear printed to survive the job site, the shop floor, and the industrial washer. Start from a napkin sketch if that is what you have. Turning rough into print ready is the job.

Event and fundraiser shirts

Fundraiser tees where the committee knows its margin up front, because every pack price is public. What you approve in writing is what ships. That rule has no exceptions.

School and team spirit wear

Youth smalls through adult 5XL in a single pack at a single rate. Ask for the honest option and you get it, even when it is the cheaper one.

Reunion and anniversary runs

Reunion gear that gets the year right, drawn in-house and printed for every generation at once. What you approve in writing is what ships. That rule has no exceptions.

Bulk giveaway tees

High-count, budget-tier blanks with a clean one-color print that keeps cost per piece low. If a design will not print well at the size you want, you hear that before money changes hands.

Unit and company shirt runs

Formation-wide runs are the bread and butter: single design, mixed sizes, pack rates that reward volume. Ask for the honest option and you get it, even when it is the cheaper one.

Why order from a shop built for the military community

The shop runs on habits borrowed from the people we serve: accountability by name, honest reporting, and deadlines that do not slide. New york customers feel the difference on the first order.

The same discipline applies inward: an unrealistic date or a design that will not print well gets flagged before you commit, not explained after.

No sales call needed to get a number.

The Design Lab puts your art on the real garment, takes your size counts, and totals the whole order, shipping included, without asking who you are.

04 //

What to print it on

The right blank depends on budget, season, and how hard the gear will be worn. For New York customers, these three earn their keep.

Classic Cotton Tee

The standard. 5.3oz heavy cotton in more than 80 colors including military green, sand, and every heather. Holds shape wash after wash. Start from a napkin sketch if that is what you have. Turning rough into print ready is the job.

Crewneck Sweatshirt

The clean-front fleece crew: 8.0oz, no pocket, no hood, maximum canvas for crests and block letters. Reorders match the first run exactly because we keep your art and specs on file.

Essential Light Tee

The budget workhorse for big runs. 4.5oz light ringspun cotton that keeps a 100 piece order affordable, from $12 a shirt at volume with the front print included. The second order takes two minutes because the first one is archived down to the thread color.

05 //

The art department is included

Design help is not an upsell here, it is how orders start. Describe the concept in a sentence, attach whatever reference you have, and within 24 hours a real designer returns a proof drawn as clean vectors, era-correct where it matters. Revisions cost nothing and continue until the proof is right, and your written approval is the only thing that sends it to production.

The Design Lab is there when you want to drive: upload, place, and price the design yourself on the exact garment we print.

What it costs

Budget planning for New York customers starts with real numbers. This is our light cotton tee pack pricing with the front print already included.

Back prints add per piece at the rate shown, dropping to $3 at 25 pieces and $2 at 50. Oversized full body fronts add $3 per piece under 25 pieces and $2 at 25 or more, and sizes 2XL and up add $6 each under 25 pieces or $4 each at 25 or more. Heavier garments follow the same pack structure at their own price points, all shown live in the Design Lab.

How it works, start to finish

01

Brief

Two doors in: the quote form if you want a person on it immediately, or the Design Lab if you want to see it on the garment first. Either way, unfinished ideas are the expected input.

02

Proof

One day later the proof is in your inbox: your art, your garment, your colors, at true print scale. Revisions never cost a cent.

03

Approve

You approve in writing before production starts. No surprises at the box opening, because you already saw the shirt.

04

Print and ship

From approval, count 5 to 7 business days to your door. If the event is sooner, ask about rush and get a straight yes or no.

05

Reorder

Everything about the run gets archived, which turns every future reorder into a one-line email.

08 //

Quality is the whole product

Gear only works if people actually wear it, and people only wear what feels and looks right. That is why ink gets cured at temperature so it flexes instead of cracking, why embroidery is digitized in-house so lettering stays sharp at small sizes, and why the blank lineup runs from a 4.5oz summer tee to a 7.5oz max heavyweight instead of one-weight-fits-nobody. Production defects are our problem, not yours: a failed print gets remade at no charge.

09 //

Shipping and turnaround

Every order ships tracked to every address in New York with standard production plus shipping at 5 to 7 business days. APO and FPO addresses ship at the same pace, so deployed elements are covered. Free shipping kicks in at 100 pieces, and pack shipping rates below that are published, not surprises at checkout.

Every box leaves counted, tracked, and matched to your roster. Shortages and shipping damage are on us to fix, fast, because delivery day is the only day the customer remembers.

Common questions

What file types work best?

File quality is our problem, not yours: vectors are ideal, 300 DPI PNGs work, and weak files get redrawn at no charge.

Do you ship to APO and FPO addresses?

Yes. We ship to all 50 states and to APO and FPO addresses for deployed and overseas service members.

Can I see the price before I talk to anyone?

That is the point of the Design Lab: the complete number, packs, back prints, size upcharges, shipping, updates live while you design, before any contact form.

How long does shipping take?

Five to seven business days, all in, from approval to arrival. Rush exists for real deadlines and gets an honest yes or no up front.

Do you help with the design?

Design help is included free. Whatever you have, a napkin sketch, a faded shirt photo, a sentence, becomes a print-ready proof from a real designer within 24 hours.

Can you handle a large order for your New York crew?

Yes. Runs in the hundreds of pieces with mixed sizes and colors are our normal work, managed by one point of contact from proof to delivery.
