Screen Printing in Oakwood, TX.

From single pieces to full crew runs, Oakwood gets screen printed gear with honest pricing and a 5 to 7 day door-to-door timeline.

Screen Printing delivered to Oakwood

The workhorse method: vibrant plastisol or water-based ink pressed through mesh, one color at a time. Best price per shirt at volume and prints that survive hundreds of washes. For Oakwood, that comes with published pack pricing and door delivery in 5 to 7 business days.

Census numbers put Oakwood at a community of 404 on 1.1 square miles of Texas, all of it covered by the same tracked shipping. If your people are spread out, that is fine: Buffalo, TX (15 mi), Elkhart, TX (16 mi), Palestine, TX (17 mi) sit close enough that one order can outfit all of them. Fort Cavazos, around 116 miles from Oakwood, anchors the local military community we print for every week.

No storefront visit required. Send a rough idea or finished art, a real designer builds the proof at no charge, and the finished gear ships straight to Oakwood.

A typical week of screen printing orders from this corner of Texas mixes Oakwood crews with neighbors like Buffalo, 15 miles over, all running through the same designer, the same proof cycle, and the same tracked delivery.

What Oakwood gets screen printed

Business and crew uniform tees

Uniform shirts that still look issued after a season of job-site laundry cycles. The second order takes two minutes because the first one is archived down to the thread color.

Event and fundraiser shirts

Event shirts priced before the first form is printed, so selling at a profit is arithmetic, not hope. Packs mix garment colors freely, so squads, shifts, or grade levels can each get their own.

School and team spirit wear

Youth smalls through adult 5XL in a single pack at a single rate. We handle the art, the sizing spread, and the deadline. You handle handing them out.

Reunion and anniversary runs

Anniversary shirts with the type and insignia matched to the era they honor. Packs mix garment colors freely, so squads, shifts, or grade levels can each get their own.

Bulk giveaway tees

When the count is high and the budget is fixed, light blanks and one-color prints deliver. Reorders match the first run exactly because we keep your art and specs on file.

Unit and company shirt runs

The whole roster in one run, one design, with the per-piece price falling at every pack break. Every price is published before you talk to a person, so the budget math happens on your terms.

Why order from a shop built for the military community

Serving the military community is not a marketing line here, it is the operating system. Oakwood customers deal with one accountable person, get dates that mean something, and receive work held to a uniform standard.

It also means we say no when we should. If a design will not print well at the size you want, or a date cannot be hit, you hear it before you spend money, not after.

See your exact price in about ninety seconds.

Upload art or add text in the Design Lab, set sizes and quantities, and the full estimate, shipping included, is on screen before you give anyone your email.

What to print it on

Start from the garment and the rest follows. Among Oakwood customers, these three blanks carry most of the orders, each designable online on its real photos.

Essential Light Tee

The budget workhorse for big runs. 4.5oz light ringspun cotton that keeps a 100 piece order affordable, from $12 a shirt at volume with the front print included. If a design will not print well at the size you want, you hear that before money changes hands.

Classic Cotton Tee

Eighty-plus colors of 5.3oz heavy cotton, from military green to every heather, that keeps its shape through the laundry years. One point of contact owns your order from first proof to delivery confirmation.

Crewneck Sweatshirt

For big front art, nothing beats this 8.0oz crew with its uninterrupted printing field. The proof comes first and it is free, so what arrives is exactly what you signed off on.

From rough idea to press-ready

The gap between what you have and what a press needs is our designers job to close, free with any order. Whatever the starting point, the output is the same: clean vectors, correct insignia, a proof within 24 hours, and unlimited revisions until you approve it in writing. Only then does anything print.

The Design Lab offers the self-serve path, with your art positioned on real product photos and the total priced as you go.

What it costs
