Custom screen printed gear for Opheim businesses, schools, teams, churches, and crews. Proofs in 24 hours, delivered in 5 to 7 days.
Opheim crews order screen printed gear from us because the numbers are public and the process is simple: free design help, a written proof within 24 hours, and delivery to any Opheim address in 5 to 7 business days.
Census numbers put Opheim at a community of 73 on 0.2 square miles of Montana, all of it covered by the same tracked shipping. Nearby crews are already in the coverage circle, with Peerless, MT (27 mi), St. Marie, MT (31 mi), Glasgow, MT (47 mi) sharing the identical pack rates and timelines. Minot Air Force Base, around 239 miles from Opheim, anchors the local military community we print for every week.
The whole process runs remote: rough idea in, free designer-built proof back, written approval, and finished gear delivered to Opheim.
Because Peerless sits only 27 miles from Opheim, joint orders across town lines are common here: one proof, one pack price, two delivery stops if needed.
Crew tees built for daily abuse: heavy blanks, cured ink, and reorders that match exactly. The proof comes first and it is free, so what arrives is exactly what you signed off on.
Event shirts priced before the first form is printed, so selling at a profit is arithmetic, not hope. Youth and adult cuts run side by side in the same pack at the same price structure.
Youth smalls through adult 5XL in a single pack at a single rate. The second order takes two minutes because the first one is archived down to the thread color.
Era-correct designs drawn by our in-house team and printed for every generation of the crew. We handle the art, the sizing spread, and the deadline. You handle handing them out.
High-count, budget-tier blanks with a clean one-color print that keeps cost per piece low. Youth and adult cuts run side by side in the same pack at the same price structure.
The whole roster in one run, one design, with the per-piece price falling at every pack break. Mixed sizes and colors in one run are standard here, not a special request.
We print for units, veterans, and military families every day, and the discipline transfers. Opheim customers get straight answers on dates, a named person on their order, and work we would put our own name on.
Part of the job is refusing bad orders. When the art, the garment, or the date is wrong, saying so before you pay is the service.
Ninety seconds in the Design Lab gets you a complete number: garment, print, sizes, upcharges, and shipping, all before any contact form.
The right blank depends on budget, season, and how hard the gear will be worn. For Opheim customers, these three earn their keep.
The clean-front fleece crew: 8.0oz, no pocket, no hood, maximum canvas for crests and block letters. The second order takes two minutes because the first one is archived down to the thread color.
When the count is high, this 4.5oz ringspun blank keeps the math friendly: $12 a shirt at volume, front print included. If a design will not print well at the size you want, you hear that before money changes hands.
The default unit shirt: heavy cotton, an 80-color palette, and a fit that survives the wash cycle. Start from a napkin sketch if that is what you have. Turning rough into print ready is the job.
Most orders here start without finished artwork, and that is fine. Our in-house designers redraw low resolution logos as clean vectors, build new designs from a written description, and match era-correct type and insignia when the design calls for it. The service costs nothing with an order, the first proof lands within 24 hours, and revisions are unlimited. You approve the final art in writing before production, so the shirt that arrives is the shirt you signed off on.
Want to try it yourself first? The Design Lab lets you upload art, add text in stencil and athletic fonts, and position everything on the exact garment with live pricing the whole time.
Start the budget from the real numbers: published light cotton tee packs, front print built into every figure Opheim customers see.

Add-on pricing is deliberately boring: back print per the table (later $3, then $2), oversize front $3 or $2 by volume, extended sizes $6 or $4 by volume. That is the complete list, and the Design Lab computes it live before any quote is written.
Start in the Design Lab on the exact garment we print, or send whatever you have through the quote form. Rough ideas are welcome, that is what the free design service is for.
Twenty-four hours gets you a designer-built proof on the exact blank you chose. Iterate freely until it is right.
The press does not move without your written yes. It is the single checkpoint that makes the no-returns policy fair.
Production and shipping run 5 to 7 business days standard. Rush options exist and get quoted honestly against your date.
The specs live in our archive permanently: same art, same colors, same result, on demand.
Every order ships tracked to Opheim addresses with standard production plus shipping at 5 to 7 business days. Free shipping kicks in at 100 pieces, and pack shipping rates below that are published, not surprises at checkout.
Every box leaves counted, tracked, and matched to your roster. Shortages and shipping damage are on us to fix, fast, because delivery day is the only day the customer remembers.
Absolutely. Bulk is where pack pricing shines, and big mixed-size runs ship counted against your roster with a single person accountable for the date.
Extended sizes carry a flat per-piece add: $6 when the order is under 25 pieces, $4 once it reaches 25. The estimate in the Design Lab applies it for you.
Custom work does not come back: due to custom orders, all work is finalized and no returns are accepted. The protection is up front instead, a free proof that must be approved in writing before anything prints, so check sizing and art carefully at that stage.
Order ten, order fifty, order five hundred: 10 pieces is our floor, and for your Opheim crew, bigger packs simply pull the per-piece price down.
Best case: vector art (AI, SVG, EPS, PDF). Very good case: a 300 DPI transparent PNG. Worst case: a screenshot, which our designers redraw at no charge anyway.
We do, at the same pace as domestic orders. Deployed and overseas service members at APO and FPO addresses are covered alongside all 50 states.
