Screen Printing for Pax: free 24-hour proofs, published pack pricing, and tracked delivery in 5 to 7 business days.
Pax crews order screen printed gear from us because the numbers are public and the process is simple: free design help, a written proof within 24 hours, and delivery to any Pax address in 5 to 7 business days.
Pax is home to a community of 130 across 0.3 square miles, and every one of those addresses is inside our standard 5 to 7 day delivery window. If your people are spread out, that is fine: Bradley, WV (4 mi), Mount Hope, WV (5 mi), Scarbro, WV (6 mi) sit close enough that one order can outfit all of them. For the military community, Camp Dawson sits about 138 miles away, well inside our normal unit-order routes.
No storefront visit required. Send a rough idea or finished art, a real designer builds the proof at no charge, and the finished gear ships straight to Pax.
A typical week of screen printing orders from this corner of West Virginia mixes Pax crews with neighbors like Bradley, 4 miles over, all running through the same designer, the same proof cycle, and the same tracked delivery.
Fundraiser tees where the committee knows its margin up front, because every pack price is public. Every price is published before you talk to a person, so the budget math happens on your terms.
One run covers the team and the bleachers: kid sizes and adult sizes priced together. One point of contact owns your order from first proof to delivery confirmation.
Reunion gear that gets the year right, drawn in-house and printed for every generation at once. The second order takes two minutes because the first one is archived down to the thread color.
Giveaway runs engineered to a number: budget blank, single color, maximum count. Ask for the honest option and you get it, even when it is the cheaper one.
The whole roster in one run, one design, with the per-piece price falling at every pack break. Packs mix garment colors freely, so squads, shifts, or grade levels can each get their own.
Uniform shirts that still look issued after a season of job-site laundry cycles. Rush timelines get quoted honestly. If we cannot hit the date, we say so before you pay a cent.
We print for units, veterans, and military families every day, and the discipline transfers. Pax customers get straight answers on dates, a named person on their order, and work we would put our own name on.
Honesty runs in both directions here. A doomed timeline or a design that will disappoint gets called out early, with an alternative attached.
Ninety seconds in the Design Lab gets you a complete number: garment, print, sizes, upcharges, and shipping, all before any contact form.
Garment choice makes or breaks the order. These are the blanks Pax customers pick most, all designable online on real product photos.
For big front art, nothing beats this 8.0oz crew with its uninterrupted printing field. Youth and adult cuts run side by side in the same pack at the same price structure.
The budget workhorse for big runs. 4.5oz light ringspun cotton that keeps a 100 piece order affordable, from $12 a shirt at volume with the front print included. Every price is published before you talk to a person, so the budget math happens on your terms.
Eighty-plus colors of 5.3oz heavy cotton, from military green to every heather, that keeps its shape through the laundry years. If a design will not print well at the size you want, you hear that before money changes hands.
Design help is not an upsell here, it is how orders start. Describe the concept in a sentence, attach whatever reference you have, and within 24 hours a real designer returns a proof drawn as clean vectors, era-correct where it matters. Revisions cost nothing and continue until the proof is right, and your written approval is the only thing that sends it to production.
The Design Lab is there when you want to drive: upload, place, and price the design yourself on the exact garment we print.
The table below is the actual price list Pax customers order from, light cotton tee, front print included, no asterisks.

Add-on pricing is deliberately boring: back print per the table (later $3, then $2), oversize front $3 or $2 by volume, extended sizes $6 or $4 by volume. That is the complete list, and the Design Lab computes it live before any quote is written.
The first step is just getting the idea out of your head: type it into the quote form or mock it up in the Design Lab, rough edges and all.
Twenty-four hours gets you a designer-built proof on the exact blank you chose. Iterate freely until it is right.
The press does not move without your written yes. It is the single checkpoint that makes the no-returns policy fair.
From approval, count 5 to 7 business days to your door. If the event is sooner, ask about rush and get a straight yes or no.
Art, thread colors, and size history stay archived, so the next season run starts with one email.
Production plus shipping to Pax addresses runs 5 to 7 business days standard, tracked the whole way. Shipping is free at 100 pieces and flat rated below that, exactly as shown in the pricing table above.
Orders ship boxed and counted against your size roster, with tracking sent the day they leave. If anything arrives short or damaged, photograph it and send it over, and we correct it at our cost.
Simple math: 2XL and up cost $6 more per piece on small orders and $4 more per piece from 25 pieces. No other size fees exist, and the Design Lab totals it live.
Due to custom orders, all work is finalized and no returns are accepted. Double check sizing and artwork before submitting your order. Every order gets a free proof first, and nothing prints until you approve it in writing.
The minimum order is 10 pieces. Your pax crew can order ten today and a hundred next month; the packs just make each piece cheaper as the count grows.
Vector files such as AI, SVG, EPS, and PDF are ideal. A 300 DPI PNG with a transparent background also prints clean. If all you have is a screenshot, we redraw it free.
We do, at the same pace as domestic orders. Deployed and overseas service members at APO and FPO addresses are covered alongside all 50 states.
Completely. Build the design in the Design Lab and the full order total sits on screen the whole time; no email, no call, no waiting.
Five to seven business days, all in, from approval to arrival. Rush exists for real deadlines and gets an honest yes or no up front.
