From single pieces to full crew runs, Peever gets screen printed gear with honest pricing and a 5 to 7 day door-to-door timeline.
The workhorse method: vibrant plastisol or water-based ink pressed through mesh, one color at a time. Best price per shirt at volume and prints that survive hundreds of washes. For Peever, that comes with published pack pricing and door delivery in 5 to 7 business days.
With a community of 173 spread over 0.1 square miles, Peever gets the same flat delivery promise as everywhere else we serve: 5 to 7 business days to any door. The same run covers the neighboring communities too: Peever Flats, SD (2 mi), Agency Village, SD (6 mi), Browns Valley, MN (7 mi) all order from the same shop at the same published pricing. The closest major installation is Camp Ripley, roughly 129 miles out, and unit orders from there run through this same process daily.
The whole process runs remote: rough idea in, free designer-built proof back, written approval, and finished gear delivered to Peever.
A typical week of screen printing orders from this corner of South Dakota mixes Peever crews with neighbors like Peever Flats, 2 miles over, all running through the same designer, the same proof cycle, and the same tracked delivery.
Fundraiser tees where the committee knows its margin up front, because every pack price is public. Every price is published before you talk to a person, so the budget math happens on your terms.
Mixed youth and adult sizes in one run at one pack price. One point of contact owns your order from first proof to delivery confirmation.
Reunion gear that gets the year right, drawn in-house and printed for every generation at once. Ask for the honest option and you get it, even when it is the cheaper one.
When the count is high and the budget is fixed, light blanks and one-color prints deliver. Youth and adult cuts run side by side in the same pack at the same price structure.
One design across the whole formation, printed at pack pricing that drops as the count climbs. Bring a rough idea, even a phone photo of a whiteboard, and our designers make it print ready at no charge.
Everyday workwear printed to survive the job site, the shop floor, and the industrial washer. The proof comes first and it is free, so what arrives is exactly what you signed off on.
Serving the military community is not a marketing line here, it is the operating system. Peever customers deal with one accountable person, get dates that mean something, and receive work held to a uniform standard.
It also means we say no when we should. If a design will not print well at the size you want, or a date cannot be hit, you hear it before you spend money, not after.
Upload art or add text in the Design Lab, set sizes and quantities, and the full estimate, shipping included, is on screen before you give anyone your email.
Garment choice makes or breaks the order. These are the blanks Peever customers pick most, all designable online on real product photos.
The default unit shirt: heavy cotton, an 80-color palette, and a fit that survives the wash cycle. Ask for the honest option and you get it, even when it is the cheaper one.
The clean-front fleece crew: 8.0oz, no pocket, no hood, maximum canvas for crests and block letters. Packs mix garment colors freely, so squads, shifts, or grade levels can each get their own.
When the count is high, this 4.5oz ringspun blank keeps the math friendly: $12 a shirt at volume, front print included. We handle the art, the sizing spread, and the deadline. You handle handing them out.
Half the orders we take begin as a phone photo of a sketch, an old shirt, or a sentence describing the idea. A designer turns that into print-ready vector art at no charge, sends the proof inside 24 hours, and revises it until you sign off in writing. Nothing is produced before that signature, which is why what shows up matches what you expected.
Prefer hands-on? Build the design yourself in the Design Lab on real product photos, with the running price on screen while you work.
Start the budget from the real numbers: published light cotton tee packs, front print built into every figure Peever customers see.

Add-on pricing is deliberately boring: back print per the table (later $3, then $2), oversize front $3 or $2 by volume, extended sizes $6 or $4 by volume. That is the complete list, and the Design Lab computes it live before any quote is written.
Send the idea through the quote form or build it yourself in the Design Lab. A napkin sketch photographed on a phone counts, our designers have built full unit runs from less.
Twenty-four hours gets you a designer-built proof on the exact blank you chose. Iterate freely until it is right.
Your written approval is the gate. Until it exists, nothing prints; once it exists, exactly that design prints.
Approval to doorstep runs 5 to 7 business days as the default, faster when rush is booked and honestly refused when it cannot be.
Art, thread colors, and size history stay archived, so the next season run starts with one email.
Count 5 to 7 business days, production included, for tracked delivery to Peever addresses. At 100 pieces shipping costs nothing; under that, the flat rates in the table are the whole story.
Boxes get counted twice against the roster before they seal, and the tracking number reaches you the day of pickup. Damage or shortage claims are our expense and our rush.
Standard production plus shipping takes 5 to 7 business days. Rush options are available on many orders, tell us your date and we answer honestly.
Always, at no charge. A designer takes your rough input, redraws it print ready, and has a proof in your inbox inside a day, with unlimited revisions after.
Large runs are the core business: hundreds of pieces, mixed sizes, multiple colors, one named contact who owns it from first proof to the delivery scan.
The extended-size rule fits in one line: add $6 per piece below 25 total, $4 per piece at 25 or more. The Design Lab applies it automatically.
Due to custom orders, all work is finalized and no returns are accepted. Double check sizing and artwork before submitting your order. Every order gets a free proof first, and nothing prints until you approve it in writing.
Our minimum is 10 pieces. Packs for your Peever crew begin at 10, the per piece price falls as the count climbs, and shipping goes free at 100.
File quality is our problem, not yours: vectors are ideal, 300 DPI PNGs work, and weak files get redrawn at no charge.
