Custom screen printed gear for Piketon businesses, schools, teams, churches, and crews. Proofs in 24 hours, delivered in 5 to 7 days.
The workhorse method: vibrant plastisol or water-based ink pressed through mesh, one color at a time. Best price per shirt at volume and prints that survive hundreds of washes. For Piketon, that comes with published pack pricing and door delivery in 5 to 7 business days.
With about 2,200 people spread over 2.5 square miles, Piketon gets the same flat delivery promise as everywhere else we serve: 5 to 7 business days to any door. If your people are spread out, that is fine: Waverly, OH (4 mi), Beaver, OH (9 mi), Stockdale, OH (11 mi) sit close enough that one order can outfit all of them. Wright-Patterson AFB, around 81 miles from Piketon, anchors the local military community we print for every week.
No storefront visit required. Send a rough idea or finished art, a real designer builds the proof at no charge, and the finished gear ships straight to Piketon.
Because Waverly sits only 4 miles from Piketon, joint orders across town lines are common here: one proof, one pack price, two delivery stops if needed.
Mixed youth and adult sizes in one run at one pack price. Deadlines get treated like formation times, not suggestions.
Anniversary shirts with the type and insignia matched to the era they honor. A real designer, not an upload widget, checks every file before it goes near production.
High-count, budget-tier blanks with a clean one-color print that keeps cost per piece low. Bring a rough idea, even a phone photo of a whiteboard, and our designers make it print ready at no charge.
The whole roster in one run, one design, with the per-piece price falling at every pack break. We handle the art, the sizing spread, and the deadline. You handle handing them out.
Crew tees built for daily abuse: heavy blanks, cured ink, and reorders that match exactly. Start from a napkin sketch if that is what you have. Turning rough into print ready is the job.
Fundraiser tees where the committee knows its margin up front, because every pack price is public. If a design will not print well at the size you want, you hear that before money changes hands.
This shop exists for the military community, and it shows in how orders run. Deadlines are treated like formation times, proofs are honest instead of optimistic, and when Piketon customers call, a person who owns the order answers.
Honesty runs in both directions here. A doomed timeline or a design that will disappoint gets called out early, with an alternative attached.
The Design Lab puts your art on the real garment, takes your size counts, and totals the whole order, shipping included, without asking who you are.
Garment choice makes or breaks the order. These are the blanks Piketon customers pick most, all designable online on real product photos.
The clean-front fleece crew: 8.0oz, no pocket, no hood, maximum canvas for crests and block letters. Mixed sizes and colors in one run are standard here, not a special request.
When the count is high, this 4.5oz ringspun blank keeps the math friendly: $12 a shirt at volume, front print included. Packs mix garment colors freely, so squads, shifts, or grade levels can each get their own.
The default unit shirt: heavy cotton, an 80-color palette, and a fit that survives the wash cycle. Reorders match the first run exactly because we keep your art and specs on file.
The gap between what you have and what a press needs is our designers job to close, free with any order. Whatever the starting point, the output is the same: clean vectors, correct insignia, a proof within 24 hours, and unlimited revisions until you approve it in writing. Only then does anything print.
The Design Lab offers the self-serve path, with your art positioned on real product photos and the total priced as you go.
No mystery pricing. These are the published packs on our light cotton tee, front print included, and Piketon customers watch the per piece cost fall as quantity climbs.

Beyond the table, the only extras are per-piece and public: back prints at the listed rate stepping down to $3 then $2, oversized fronts at $3 dropping to $2, and 2XL-plus at $6 dropping to $4. The Design Lab does this arithmetic for you in real time.
Two doors in: the quote form if you want a person on it immediately, or the Design Lab if you want to see it on the garment first. Either way, unfinished ideas are the expected input.
One day later the proof is in your inbox: your art, your garment, your colors, at true print scale. Revisions never cost a cent.
Your written approval is the gate. Until it exists, nothing prints; once it exists, exactly that design prints.
From approval, count 5 to 7 business days to your door. If the event is sooner, ask about rush and get a straight yes or no.
Art, thread colors, and size history stay archived, so the next season run starts with one email.
Count 5 to 7 business days, production included, for tracked delivery to Piketon addresses. At 100 pieces shipping costs nothing; under that, the flat rates in the table are the whole story.
The roster is the packing list: every size counted into the box, tracking issued at pickup, and any shortage or transit damage made right at our cost without argument.
Extended sizes carry a flat per-piece add: $6 when the order is under 25 pieces, $4 once it reaches 25. The estimate in the Design Lab applies it for you.
Custom work does not come back: due to custom orders, all work is finalized and no returns are accepted. The protection is up front instead, a free proof that must be approved in writing before anything prints, so check sizing and art carefully at that stage.
The minimum order is 10 pieces. Your piketon crew can order ten today and a hundred next month; the packs just make each piece cheaper as the count grows.
Vector files such as AI, SVG, EPS, and PDF are ideal. A 300 DPI PNG with a transparent background also prints clean. If all you have is a screenshot, we redraw it free.
Deployed addresses are first-class here: APO and FPO ship on the standard timeline, right alongside all 50 states.
