Screen Printing in Pilot Point, AK.

From single pieces to full crew runs, Pilot Point gets screen printed gear with honest pricing and a 5 to 7 day door-to-door timeline.

Screen Printing delivered to Pilot Point

The workhorse method: vibrant plastisol or water-based ink pressed through mesh, one color at a time. Best price per shirt at volume and prints that survive hundreds of washes. For Pilot Point, that comes with published pack pricing and door delivery in 5 to 7 business days.

Pilot Point is home to a community of 61 across 24.6 square miles, and every one of those addresses is inside our standard 5 to 7 day delivery window. Nearby crews are already in the coverage circle, with Ugashik, AK (28 mi), Egegik, AK (46 mi), Port Heiden, AK (51 mi) sharing the identical pack rates and timelines. The closest major installation is Coast Guard Base Kodiak, roughly 197 miles out, and unit orders from there run through this same process daily.

The whole process runs remote: rough idea in, free designer-built proof back, written approval, and finished gear delivered to Pilot Point.

Screen Printing demand around Pilot Point does not stop at the town line. Crews from Ugashik (28 miles out) order through the same process, which is why coverage is priced by pack, never by zip code.

What Pilot Point gets screen printed

School and team spirit wear

Youth smalls through adult 5XL in a single pack at a single rate. Rush timelines get quoted honestly. If we cannot hit the date, we say so before you pay a cent.

Reunion and anniversary runs

Era-correct designs drawn by our in-house team and printed for every generation of the crew. Deadlines get treated like formation times, not suggestions.

Bulk giveaway tees

When the count is high and the budget is fixed, light blanks and one-color prints deliver. Reorders match the first run exactly because we keep your art and specs on file.

Unit and company shirt runs

Formation-wide runs are the bread and butter: single design, mixed sizes, pack rates that reward volume. Deadlines get treated like formation times, not suggestions.

Business and crew uniform tees

Uniform shirts that still look issued after a season of job-site laundry cycles. A real designer, not an upload widget, checks every file before it goes near production.

Event and fundraiser shirts

Fundraiser tees where the committee knows its margin up front, because every pack price is public. Youth and adult cuts run side by side in the same pack at the same price structure.

Why order from a shop built for the military community

We built this company on a simple standard: print it like the name on it matters. For Pilot Point customers, that means honest timelines, real proofs, and no excuses on delivery day.

That standard cuts both ways. If your art needs work or your timeline is impossible, we tell you up front and offer the fix, because a bad shirt with our print on it costs us more than the order.

No sales call needed to get a number.

Ninety seconds in the Design Lab gets you a complete number: garment, print, sizes, upcharges, and shipping, all before any contact form.

04 //

What to print it on

The right blank depends on budget, season, and how hard the gear will be worn. For Pilot Point customers, these three earn their keep.

Crewneck Sweatshirt

The clean-front fleece crew: 8.0oz, no pocket, no hood, maximum canvas for crests and block letters. Bring a rough idea, even a phone photo of a whiteboard, and our designers make it print ready at no charge.

Essential Light Tee

When the count is high, this 4.5oz ringspun blank keeps the math friendly: $12 a shirt at volume, front print included. What you approve in writing is what ships. That rule has no exceptions.

Classic Cotton Tee

The standard. 5.3oz heavy cotton in more than 80 colors including military green, sand, and every heather. Holds shape wash after wash. Packs mix garment colors freely, so squads, shifts, or grade levels can each get their own.

05 //

Bring the idea, we draw the rest

Finished files are welcome but never required. A faded photo, a hand sketch, or three sentences of description all become professional vector art at no charge, proofed back to you within a day. The revision count is unlimited, the approval is in writing, and production does not move an inch until that approval exists.

Hands-on types can skip the wait entirely: the Design Lab puts your art on the actual garment with the price updating live.

How it works, start to finish

01

Brief

Two doors in: the quote form if you want a person on it immediately, or the Design Lab if you want to see it on the garment first. Either way, unfinished ideas are the expected input.

02

Proof

One day later the proof is in your inbox: your art, your garment, your colors, at true print scale. Revisions never cost a cent.

03

Approve

You approve in writing before production starts. No surprises at the box opening, because you already saw the shirt.

04

Print and ship

Five to seven business days covers printing and delivery. Tight timeline? Rush gets a truthful quote, not a hopeful one.

05

Reorder

We archive your art and garment specs, which makes the second order a two minute conversation.

08 //

Shipping and turnaround

Production plus shipping to Pilot Point addresses runs 5 to 7 business days standard, tracked the whole way. Shipping is free at 100 pieces and flat rated below that, exactly as shown in the pricing table above.

The roster is the packing list: every size counted into the box, tracking issued at pickup, and any shortage or transit damage made right at our cost without argument.

Common questions

How long does shipping take?

Five to seven business days, all in, from approval to arrival. Rush exists for real deadlines and gets an honest yes or no up front.

Do you help with the design?

Design help is included free. Whatever you have, a napkin sketch, a faded shirt photo, a sentence, becomes a print-ready proof from a real designer within 24 hours.

Can you handle a large order for your Pilot Point crew?

Large orders are the specialty, not the exception: hundreds of mixed-size pieces, roster-counted boxes, one accountable contact.

How do 2XL and larger sizes work?

Simple math: 2XL and up cost $6 more per piece on small orders and $4 more per piece from 25 pieces. No other size fees exist, and the Design Lab totals it live.

What is your return policy?

Finality is the nature of custom work: no returns once it prints. Your protections live earlier in the process, in the free proof and the written approval that nothing skips.

Is there a minimum order?

Order ten, order fifty, order five hundred: 10 pieces is our floor, and for your Pilot Point crew, bigger packs simply pull the per-piece price down.
